Abstract: Zheli No. 6 (original code: A14, also known as Wancui) is a mid-maturing,table pear (Pyrus pyrifolia L.) variety with excellnt internal quality. The cultivar was selected from Cuiguan seedling population. The paternal parent was identified as Qingxiang through SNP molecular markers.The Cuiguan pear seeds were obtained at the base of Hangzhou Binjiang Fruit Industry Co.,Ltd. in Binjiang District,Hangzhou in 2001. Over 300 sedlings were raised in 2002,and these seedlings were planted in the pear breeding nursery in 2Oo3,resulting in 71 seedling trees.Some of the individual plants in this group began to bear fruit in 2006. One of them with the nursery code A14 stood out for its large fruit size and excelent internal quality.It was then identified as asuperior strain and multi-sites field trials were initiated in the autumn. Consecutive observations were made on the trial trees in the area at the Haining Yangdu base of the Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences from 2011 to 2O18,and the fruitingand cultivation characteristicsof the strain were found stable.Consequently, itwas confirmed as the final selected superior strain. After years of continuous observation,the strain was named Zheli No.6 and submited for China Plant Variety Protection application in January 2017.It was passed the on-site inspection in October 2017 and granted authorization in April 2019 (Certificate number: CNA20170034.7). It was also approved by the Fujian Provincial Forest Tree Variety Committee (Certificate number: Fujian S-SV-PP-018-2022) in 2022.The tree was vigorous and semi-spreading,and the trunk bark of mature tree was smooth.The 1-year-old branches weres straight,with an average internode length of 5.1cm . The main color of the sunny side of the branches was reddish-brown. The young leaves were light red,and the mature leaves were ovate.The flowers were white without red blush, the petals were entirely white and ovate,the stigma was the same height as the anthers,and the anthers were purple-red.The fruit was nearly round with araised calyx end,and with a green peel that featured rust spots. The flesh was white,fine,crispy,and juicy. The average single fruit weight was 355g ,and themaximumsingle fruitweightwas 750g .The fruit shape indexwas O.93.The fruitqualitywas excellent, with a soluble solid content of 14% .The average flesh hardness was 3.1kg?cm-2 . The fruit matured in the mid-August in the Haining area of Zhejiang Jiaxing and in the end of July in the Jianning area of Fujian,approximately 2O days later than that of the local Cuiguan cultivar. It was a self-incompatible cultivar with S3S7 genotype.Huanghua (SIS2) , Cuiguan (S3Ss) and Cuiyu (S3S4) )were recommended as pollinater varieties. The spacing could be 4m×(2-3) m in plain areas, and 3m×2m in hilly areas.

浙梨6號是實生選育成的中熟、大果型優(yōu)質(zhì)砂梨新品種,于2019年獲得國家植物新品種權(quán),2022年通過福建省林木品種委員會審定,現(xiàn)簡介如下。
1選育經(jīng)過
2001年在浙江省杭州市濱江區(qū)杭州濱江果業(yè)有限公司基地獲得翠冠梨實生種子,2002年培育實生苗300余株,2003年將實生苗定植于杭州市內(nèi)的浙江省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院園藝所梨育種圃內(nèi),最終成苗71株。2006年,該群體部分單株開始結(jié)果,其中圃內(nèi)代號為A14的單株表現(xiàn)大果型、內(nèi)在品質(zhì)優(yōu)異等特點,遂初選為優(yōu)株,當(dāng)年秋季即開始多頭高接觀察,同時育苗用于區(qū)試。2011—2018年期間在浙江省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院海寧楊渡基地對A14區(qū)試結(jié)果樹進(jìn)行連續(xù)觀察,果實性狀及栽培性狀表現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定,確定為終選優(yōu)系,定名浙梨6號并申請植物新品種權(quán)保護(hù),2019年5月獲國家植物新品種權(quán)授權(quán)(品種權(quán)號:CNA20170034.7),2022年通過福建省林木品種審定委員會主要林木品種審定(審定編號:閩S-SV-PP-018-2022)。
在杭州市濱江區(qū)杭州濱江果業(yè)有限公司基地,栽培有黃花、新世紀(jì)、杭青、清香和圓黃等品種,上述品種可能是浙梨6號的父本。已知翠冠、黃花、新世紀(jì)、杭青和清香的 s 基因型分別是 S3S5,SIS2,S3S5, S3S4,SIS4 和 S4S7[1] ,圓黃為 S3S4[2] 。參考關(guān)于梨 S 基因型的鑒定方法3,經(jīng)PCR擴(kuò)增、測序比對鑒定出浙梨6號的 S 基因型是 S3S7 ,因此推斷清香最有可能是其父本。隨后對上述5個可能的親本品種進(jìn)行基因組重測序,對比翠冠高質(zhì)量基因組[4共獲得331497個SNP。子代的等位基因分別來自父母雙親,基于上述SNP利用PLINK1.9計算出浙梨6號與翠冠、黃花、新世紀(jì)、杭青、清香和圓黃等6個品種的共享等位基因比例分別為 0.5,0,0.11,0.08,0.48 和0。除翠冠外,浙梨6號與清香的共享等位基因比例最接近0.5,表明清香最可能為其父本。進(jìn)一步篩選出用于親子鑒定的高質(zhì)量且較少連鎖的SNP標(biāo)記1602個,篩選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為:位點檢出率 100% 、最小等位基因頻率(minorallelefrequency,MAF)大于0.48、位點符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡、每條染色體上相鄰SNP平均間距 0.3Mb 。采用Cervus(V3.0.7)軟件進(jìn)行父權(quán)鑒定,結(jié)果(表1)顯示,在已知母本為翠冠時, 95% 置信度下,浙梨6號-翠冠-清香三聯(lián)體具有最高的LOD值,為93.69。最終確認(rèn)浙梨6號的系譜圖(圖1)。
2主要性狀
2.1 植物學(xué)特征
參照梨種質(zhì)資源描述規(guī)范和數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),該品種在浙江嘉興海寧地區(qū)表現(xiàn)樹勢中庸偏壯,樹姿半開張,成齡樹主干樹皮光滑,1年生枝條形狀直,平均節(jié)間長度 5.1cm ,枝條陽面主色呈紅褐色,單位面積皮孔數(shù)量中多,休眠葉芽頂端銳尖、離生。新梢花青苷顯色強(qiáng)度為強(qiáng),茸毛稀疏,嫩葉淡紅色。成熟葉片卵圓形,平均長 13.9cm ,寬 8.9cm ,葉柄長度平均 6.3cm ,葉片平展不反卷,相對于枝條呈向上著生,葉基部呈圓形,葉尖呈漸尖,葉緣具銳鋸齒?;ɡ侔咨珶o紅暈,花瓣全白、卵圓形,柱頭與花藥等高,花藥紫紅色。
參照梨屬DUS測試指南,該品種與其親本對照品種翠冠的主要形態(tài)差異有:(1)浙梨6號果實近圓形,近萼端有凸起,萼片脫落或部分宿存;翠冠果實圓形,近萼端無凸起,萼片脫落(圖2-A);(2)浙梨6號花蕾白色無紅暈,嫩葉淡紅色;翠冠花蕾白色有紅暈,嫩葉暗紅色(圖2-B)。典型果實見圖2-C。
2.2 果實特征及經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀
果皮綠色,有銹斑,果面較光滑。果心較小,果肉白色,肉質(zhì)松脆細(xì)嫩、味甜多汁、石細(xì)胞少。在浙江嘉興海寧地區(qū)平均單果質(zhì)量 355.0g ,可溶性固形物含量 (w, 后同) 14.0% ,高者可達(dá) 15.5% ,果肉硬度3.1kg ·cm-2"(表2)。在福建建寧地區(qū)平均單果質(zhì)量378.9g ,大果質(zhì)量可達(dá) 750.0g ,可溶性固形物含量11.5% 以上[8]。
2.3 主要物候期
在浙江嘉興海寧地區(qū),葉芽萌動期2月底至3月上旬,盛花期3月下旬至4月初,8月上中旬果實成熟,果實生育期130~135d,比翠冠晚20d左右(表2)。在福建建寧地區(qū)果實成熟期在7月底,果實生育期 126~129d[9]"。
3 栽培技術(shù)要點
3.1 合理確定定植密度
該品種生長勢強(qiáng)健,種植密度可依據(jù)地形條件區(qū)別設(shè)定。在平原地區(qū)推薦株距 (2.0~3.0)m× 行距 4.0m 定植,每 666.7m2 種植55~85株;在丘陵地區(qū)可適當(dāng)加密為 2.0m×3.0m ,每 666.7m2 種植110~115株。一般定植3a(年)后開始結(jié)果,5a后進(jìn)入盛果期。
3.2合理配置授粉樹
為保證豐產(chǎn)、穩(wěn)產(chǎn),商業(yè)化栽培時推薦按照主栽品種與授粉品種4\~6:1的比例配置授粉品種。為提高授粉效果可選擇花期相遇概率高、親和力強(qiáng)的黃花 (SIS2) 作為授粉品種,其次是翠冠 (S3Ss) 、翠玉(S3S4) 等。
在花期,結(jié)合果園放蜂與人工輔助授粉以保證充分授粉受精,以更好地消減不良天氣影響,并有利于改善果實外觀品質(zhì)。
3.3重視骨干枝培養(yǎng)
該品種的新稍在生長初期,由于葉片過于厚重,常常會彎曲下垂,并在弓背處產(chǎn)生二次梢,這會影響枝條的延伸。因此,在對幼樹進(jìn)行整形時,夏季應(yīng)適時在新梢快速生長期對骨干枝進(jìn)行固定,并適當(dāng)抬高新梢的角度(以 60°~70° 為宜),以維持其生長優(yōu)勢;而在冬季修剪時,則應(yīng)對骨干枝進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)亩探?,去除背上枝(芽)和背下枝(芽)?/p>
3.4合理使用脫萼劑
有研究表明,在福建建寧地區(qū),三種脫萼劑(PBO、氟硅唑、丙環(huán)唑)在花序分離期間施用均能顯著促進(jìn)浙梨6號梨果實脫萼和降低近萼端尖凸率,改善果實外觀品質(zhì),但同時也存在坐果率下降、果面銹斑加重等問題,且濃度越高不利影響越大[]。因此,生產(chǎn)上使用脫萼劑時應(yīng)在保證脫萼、防凸的前提下,在適宜濃度范圍內(nèi)就低配制濃度,并嚴(yán)格控制在適宜的時間內(nèi)施用。
4應(yīng)用前景
該品種在福建等地的試種表現(xiàn)為較抗葉部病害,果實品質(zhì)綜合評價優(yōu)于黃花,且早實性、持續(xù)豐產(chǎn)性好。在長江流域砂梨產(chǎn)區(qū),可作為補(bǔ)充翠冠和黃花間的成熟空檔品種,也可部分替代黃花等中晚熟品種應(yīng)用。
