Abstract: Shuguimei is a new early-ripening Chinese cherry [Cerasus pseudocerasus (Lindl.) G. Don] cultivar bred by Sichuan Agricultural University. The cultivar was derived from a cross between Hongfei and Nanzaohong in 2016.Through artificial cross pollination,approximately 2Oo hybrid seedlings flowered in 2019.The hybrid seedling HN880 was initially selectedas an excellent individual in 2020 for its superior performance and high quality.The field trials were conducted at three sites in Sichuan Province (including Chengdu city, Suining city and Xichang city) from 2020 to 2023.It was approved as a new Chinese cherry cultivar by the Sichuan Provincial Non-major Crop Cultivar Certification Commitee in January 2O25,and named as Shuguimei. The young trees exhibit vigorous growth with a semiopen posture.The branchlets are grayish-brown,and the mature leaves are green and oblong-ovate with a long tail tip and a round base. The inflorescence typically consists of corymbs with flowers. The flower buds are reddish,and the petals are white with a pink margin.Each flower has five round petals, one pistil,and 35-45stamens with orange-yellow anthers.The fruit is primarily eliptical, with orangered peel.Its flesh is light yellow,juicy,and rich inflavor.Fruit mass ranges from4.5 to 5.6g Theaverage longitudinal diameteris 1.95cm ,the transverse diameter 2.11cm ,witha fruit shape index around 0.93.The average pit mass is 0.29g .The fruit stalk ismedium inlength,averaging 2.33cm .The total soluble solid(TSS) content ranges from 14.5% to 16.9% ,andthe titratable acid(TA)contentisabout 0.42% ,giving a TSS/TA ratio of about 37.33. Glucose and fructose are the main components of soluble sugars, with contents of 392.48 and 301.67g?kg-1 ,respectively.Malic acid is the predominant organic acid, at 84.59g?kg-1 .The overall eating quality is excellent. In Chengdu, Sichuan Province, the fruit development period lasts about 48-52 days, maturing in early to mid-April, which is 5-7 days earlier than its male parent, Hongfei.The vegetative growth period is about 310 days.Shuguimei bears fruit earlier and has good yield potential, with a small yield in the second year after planting and substantial fruiting in the fourth to fifth year.The average yield can reach 8400-8700kg?hm-2. Young trees bear more fruit on middleand long branches,while adult trees predominantly bear fruit on boundary branches,short branches,and medium to long branches.The cultivar shows strong growth potential,adaptability, and resistance to diseases.Itis suitable for planting in areas with ecological conditions similar to those found in the plains and hils of Sichuan Province.Shuguimei is best suited for planting in sandy loam with good drainage and deep soil layers. Spacing recommended is (2.5-3) m×(3.5–4)m . It is suitable to adopt open-center or central leader system.

中國櫻桃[Cerasus pseudocerasus(Lindl.)G.Don]又名櫻桃、小櫻桃,素有“春果第一枝\"的美譽(yù),是原產(chǎn)中國的核果類果樹,已有3000余年栽培歷史。中國櫻桃適應(yīng)性廣、抗逆性強(qiáng),在我國從南至北均有栽培,具有早花、早果特性,花朵秀麗、果實(shí)晶瑩剔透,是農(nóng)業(yè)旅游(第一、第三產(chǎn)業(yè))融合發(fā)展的理想果樹種類。小櫻桃,大產(chǎn)業(yè),近年來在我國南方各省份鄉(xiāng)村振興和都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著重要作用。一直以來,中國櫻桃生產(chǎn)中普遍存在熟期集中、果?。▎喂|(zhì)量通常 2~3g 、味酸(可溶性固形物含量 9% 212% )等種質(zhì)瓶頸[2-41,優(yōu)良品種匱乏,通過雜交選育中國櫻桃品種尚未見報(bào)道。
過去10余年,四川農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)果樹種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新與遺傳改良團(tuán)隊(duì)系統(tǒng)開展了我國櫻桃資源的考察、收集和比較評(píng)價(jià)3,選擇、選配親本,先后設(shè)計(jì)30余個(gè)雜交組合,開展櫻桃種內(nèi)和種間雜交育種及雜種胚挽救研究[5-8],以期篩選優(yōu)良株系,為小櫻桃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供品種支撐。蜀貴美系從紅妃 .× 南早紅雜交后代中選育出的早熟中國櫻桃優(yōu)良新品種。
1選育過程
2016年以中國櫻桃紅妃為母本、南早紅(又名諸暨短柄)為父本進(jìn)行雜交,成功獲得 F1 后代。2019年F實(shí)生苗始花,代號(hào)HN880單株表現(xiàn)早熟,果大,品質(zhì)優(yōu)。2020年開始在四川省成都市、遂寧市和西昌市等地通過高接換種開展品比和區(qū)域試驗(yàn),連續(xù)3年觀察鑒定,該品種經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀穩(wěn)定,色澤艷麗、早熟、果大,適應(yīng)性和抗病性較強(qiáng),豐產(chǎn)穩(wěn)產(chǎn)性好,經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值高。2022年7月申請(qǐng)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部植物新品種權(quán)(申請(qǐng)?zhí)枺?0221005798),2023年4月完成田間現(xiàn)場考察,2025年1月通過四川省非主要農(nóng)作物品種認(rèn)定委員會(huì)認(rèn)定(認(rèn)定編號(hào):川認(rèn)果2025003),定名為蜀貴美(圖1)。
2 主要性狀
2.1 果實(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀
蜀貴美果實(shí)橢圓形,端正,畸形果少,果頂平(圖1)。單果質(zhì)量 4.5~5.6g ,果實(shí)縱徑 1.95cm ,橫徑2.11cm ,果形指數(shù)0.93。果皮橙紅色,有光澤。果核近圓形,核大,質(zhì)量 0.29g 。果肉乳黃色,溶質(zhì),風(fēng)味濃郁,柔軟多汁??扇苄怨绦挝锖?(ωψ ,后同) 14.5%~ 16.9% ,可溶性糖組分以葡萄糖 (392.48g?kg-1) 和果糖 (301.67g?kg-1) 為主,含少量山梨醇 (51.50g?kg-1) (22和蔗糖 (3.21g?kg-1) ;可滴定酸含量 0.42% ,有機(jī)酸組分主要為蘋果酸 (84.59g?kg-1) ,其次為檸檬酸(20 (6.28g?kg-1) 。固酸比高,為37.33(表1)。果柄中等,平均長度為 2.23cm ,不易脫落。
2.2 植物學(xué)特征
該品種樹勢強(qiáng)健,生長旺盛,樹姿較直立,樹冠半開張;1年生枝灰褐色,具皮孔,新梢紅褐色;成熟葉片綠色,橢圓形,平均長度 12.91cm ,平均寬度6.70cm ,葉片平展,先端尾尖;葉柄長 1.67cm ,具2個(gè)綠黃色腺體?;ㄐ騻惴繝?,有花3~6朵,先葉開放,花蕾紅色;花瓣中等大,倒卵圓形,開放后淺粉色至白色,先端微凹,花中等大,平均直徑 2.66cm ,最大可達(dá) 3.20cm ?;ò?枚,雌蕊1枚,雄蕊35~45枚,花藥黃色,花絲白色,花粉量大,自花結(jié)實(shí)。
2.3生長結(jié)果習(xí)性
該品種幼樹生長旺盛,成年樹萌芽率高,成枝力強(qiáng);1年抽梢3次,以春梢為主,其次抽生夏梢、秋梢。幼年樹初結(jié)果以中、長果枝為主,成年樹結(jié)果以花束狀果枝、短果枝為主。自然坐果率達(dá) 85% ,無異常生理落果現(xiàn)象。結(jié)果早,豐產(chǎn)性好。高接后第2年初投產(chǎn),4~5a(年)進(jìn)入盛產(chǎn)期,平均產(chǎn)量 8400~ 8700kg?hm-2 。
2.4 物候期
該品種在四川成都地區(qū)一般2月上中旬開花,花期持續(xù)時(shí)間較長 (10~12d) 。4月上中旬果實(shí)成熟,成熟期與父本南早紅相近,較母本紅妃早5~7d。果實(shí)生育期48~52d。
2.5適應(yīng)性與抗逆性
區(qū)域試驗(yàn)調(diào)查表明,該品種適應(yīng)性較強(qiáng),適宜四川省微酸性、透氣性良好的壤砂土及相似生境栽植,較抗旱、耐瘠薄,抗病蟲害能力較強(qiáng)。
3 遺傳特異性
以課題組組裝的洛陽古櫻基因組(未發(fā)表)為參考,基于全基因組重測序結(jié)合單堿基分辨率變異進(jìn)行檢測分析。相較于參考基因組,蜀貴美共檢測到變異位點(diǎn)2778732個(gè),其中單堿基變異(SNP)位點(diǎn)2312259個(gè),插入缺失(InDel)位點(diǎn)466473個(gè)。與母本紅妃和父本南早紅的差異位點(diǎn)分別為3648076個(gè)和3001010個(gè),分別占參考基因組大小的12.73‰ 和 10.47‰ 。與對(duì)照品種黑妃和黑珍珠相比,差異位點(diǎn)分別為3773083個(gè)和3334367個(gè)。結(jié)果表明,蜀貴美與親本、對(duì)照品種均存在明顯的遺傳差異。
選擇蜀貴美與對(duì)照品種的特有差異序列開發(fā)引物,利用6對(duì)引物對(duì)5個(gè)中國櫻桃品種進(jìn)行遺傳差異鑒定。經(jīng)PCR擴(kuò)增、酶切和瓊脂糖凝膠電泳檢測,6對(duì)引物在5個(gè)品種中均能成功擴(kuò)增。分子鑒定結(jié)果表明,蜀貴美與親本及對(duì)照品種均存在明顯差異(圖2)。
4栽培技術(shù)要點(diǎn)
4.1 苗木種植
以適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)的野生中國櫻桃為砧木。選擇土層深厚、土質(zhì)疏松、保水力較強(qiáng)的壤砂土 ΦpH6.5~
7.5)栽培。選擇1年生健壯苗木,株高 120cm 以上,嫁接口 2~3cm 處直徑 1.5cm 以上,株行距 (2.5~3)m× 號(hào) (3.5~4)m 為宜,春季萌芽前及秋季落葉后栽植。
4.2 土肥水管理
栽植前全園深翻 30~50cm ,每穴施入有機(jī)肥(腐熟羊糞) 40~50kg 進(jìn)行土壤改良。定植后第2年起,每年10月前后結(jié)合施基肥逐年擴(kuò)穴深翻。幼年樹薄肥勤施,每月1次。成年樹一年施肥4次:第1次在2月上旬開花前,施用液態(tài)腐殖酸和海藻素類的有機(jī)質(zhì)肥料;第2次在3月上中旬果實(shí)硬核期,以平衡性復(fù)合肥、鉀肥為主;第3次在4月下旬至5月初采果后,以高鉀復(fù)合肥為主;第4次在9月初至10月底,施基肥,以腐熟羊糞和有機(jī)肥為主,占全年施肥量的 50% 以上。蜀貴美忌水,花前和果實(shí)膨大期適量澆水,果實(shí)膨大轉(zhuǎn)色期后控水。高溫干旱季節(jié)澆水以浸透土壤 50cm 為宜。該品種不耐澇,雨季注意及時(shí)排水。
4.3 整形修剪
樹形采用疏散分層形、主干形或自然開心形。幼年樹以整形為主,春季采用除萌、拉枝和摘心等方法整形修剪。成年樹修剪以夏剪為主,拉枝長放控制生長。采果后及時(shí)更新修剪結(jié)果枝組,調(diào)整各次枝梢比例結(jié)構(gòu),回縮過長的主枝和側(cè)枝。落葉后12月至翌年1月上旬,剪去過密的夏梢、病枝和枯枝。冬剪后及時(shí)清園,樹干涂白,全園噴施 石硫合劑。
4.4花果管理
結(jié)合休眠期修剪,對(duì)花量過多的成年樹,合理短截和回縮結(jié)果枝。盛花期噴施 0.2%~0.3% 硼砂和0.3% 高鉀水溶肥?;ū99麑?shí)發(fā)育期交替噴施0.1%~0.2% 鈣肥(糖醇鈣或螯合鈣)和 0.3%~0.5% 磷酸二氫鉀各1~2次,并輔以氨基酸或海藻類型葉面肥。該品種果皮較薄,果實(shí)膨大轉(zhuǎn)色期后注意控水,防止裂果。花前覆膜,果實(shí)轉(zhuǎn)色期加蓋防鳥網(wǎng)。早春注意預(yù)防低溫對(duì)花和幼果產(chǎn)生冷害。
4.5 病蟲害防治
采用預(yù)防為主、防治結(jié)合的方法。該品種樹體強(qiáng)健,果實(shí)成熟期早,果實(shí)生長期基本不需要進(jìn)行病蟲害防治。采果后進(jìn)行常規(guī)生長季節(jié)病蟲害防治,主要包括細(xì)菌性穿孔病、流膠病和褐斑病及蚜蟲、食心蟲、紅蜘蛛、黃刺蛾和紅頸天牛等。
4.6避雨設(shè)施栽培
生產(chǎn)上推薦采用避雨設(shè)施栽培。根據(jù)實(shí)際情況選擇簡易鋼架拱棚或連棟鋼架大棚,栽植后第2年12月前搭建。大棚覆蓋物選擇8~10絲膜,棚膜透光率在 85% 以上,防霧防流滴性好。1月中旬前完成蓋膜,采果后立即收起棚膜。
