[摘要] 目的 總結(jié)并歸納臨床路徑式教學(xué)法在肝膽外科護理帶教中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取2017年6月—2019年3月60名肝膽外科護理實習(xí)生,通過隨機數(shù)字表的方法分為對照組和觀察組,各30名,對照組實習(xí)生進行傳統(tǒng)教學(xué),觀察組實習(xí)生采用臨床路徑式教學(xué)法,探析不同帶教方式下實習(xí)生理論知識、操作技能的掌握程度和綜合素質(zhì)能力評分及對教學(xué)的滿意程度。結(jié)果 觀察組實習(xí)生的理論知識評分(96.71±6.09)分、操作技能評分(91.55±6.30)分和綜合素質(zhì)評分(94.69±6.76)分高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05),觀察組實習(xí)生滿意度96.67%高于對照組80.00%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 肝膽外科護理帶教中使用臨床路徑式教學(xué)法效果顯著,可提高實習(xí)生對理論知識及操作技能的掌握,提高實習(xí)生教學(xué)滿意度,值得臨床上推廣使用。

[Abstract] Objective To summarize and summarize the application effect of clinical path teaching method in nursing teaching of hepatobiliary surgery. Methods 60 nursing students from hepatobiliary surgery were selected from June 2017 to March 2019. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table, 30 students in each group. The intern trainees in the control group were traditionally taught. Using the clinical path-based teaching method, this paper analyzes the theoretical knowledge of the interns under the different teaching methods, the mastery of the operational skills and the comprehensive quality ability scores and the satisfaction with the teaching. Results The theoretical knowledge score (96.71±6.09)points, the operational skill score (91.55±6.30)points, and the comprehensive quality score (94.69±6.76)points of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). The student satisfaction rate was 96.67% higher than that of the control group (80.00%),the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical path teaching method in the nursing teaching of hepatobiliary surgery is effective, which can improve the intern's mastery of theoretical knowledge and operational skills, and improve the teaching satisfaction of interns. It is worthy of clinical promotion.

隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高,對護理質(zhì)量的要求也越來越高,優(yōu)質(zhì)護理服務(wù)可有效提高患者的生存質(zhì)量,緩解患者的不良情緒,促進治療的順利進行,對患者的及早康復(fù)及預(yù)后均具有重要作用,因此提高護理人員的綜合素質(zhì),提供滿足要求的護理服務(wù)十分重要[1-2]。臨床實習(xí)作為護理人員從學(xué)校畢業(yè)至踏入工作的重要過渡階段,教學(xué)質(zhì)量水平的高低直接影響到護理實習(xí)生的專業(yè)能力[3]。傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方式主要通過跟班方式等進行教學(xué),難以激發(fā)實習(xí)生的積極性與主動性,而臨床路徑式教學(xué)法作為一種通過制定詳細護理計劃、規(guī)范護理流程指導(dǎo)實習(xí)生進行護理的方法,可有效提高護理效率,促進實習(xí)生更好地將理論知識運用于實踐操作,效果顯著[4-5]。該研究選取2017年6月—2019年3月60名肝膽外科護理實習(xí)生,探討臨床路徑式教學(xué)法的應(yīng)用效果,報道如下。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
選取肝膽外科護理實習(xí)生,通過隨機數(shù)字表方法分為對照組和觀察組,各30名。兩組實習(xí)生均為女性。對照組實習(xí)生年齡在19~23歲之間,平均(22.01±2.33)歲,7名為大專學(xué)生,23名為本科學(xué)生;觀察組實習(xí)生年齡在19~22歲之間,平均(21.89±2.21)歲,8名為大專學(xué)生,22名為本科學(xué)生。兩組護理實習(xí)生一般資料對比差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P>0.05),具有可比性。
