中藥湯劑聯(lián)合針灸治療強(qiáng)直性脊柱炎的效果及對(duì)患者Bath強(qiáng)直性脊柱炎功能指數(shù)的影響

【摘要】 目的：探討中藥湯劑聯(lián)合針灸治療強(qiáng)直性脊柱炎（AS）的效果及對(duì)患者Bath強(qiáng)直性脊柱炎功能指數(shù)（BASFI）的影響。方法：選取2016年1月-2018年9月本院收治的AS患者114例，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將其分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組各57例。對(duì)照組給予柳氮磺吡啶治療，觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上給予中藥湯劑聯(lián)合針灸治療。比較兩組治療效果、治療前后BASFI和Bath強(qiáng)直性脊柱炎病情活動(dòng)指數(shù)（BASDAI）以及炎癥因子水平（ESR、CRP）變化，并記錄不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果：觀察組總有效率87.72%，高于對(duì)照組的63.16%（P<0.05）;治療后，觀察組BASFI和BASDAI評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）;治療后，觀察組ESR、CRP水平均低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）;治療期間，兩組均未發(fā)生明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論：對(duì)于AS患者，應(yīng)用中藥湯劑聯(lián)合針灸治療可顯著提高治療效果，改善患者的癥狀和提高脊柱功能，且安全性良好，值得臨床推廣。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with acupuncture on ankylosing spondylitis（AS）and its influence on Bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index（BASFI）.Method：A total of 114 patients with AS admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to September 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method，they were divided into control group and observation group，57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sulfasalazine，while observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect，BASFI，Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index（BASDAI）and levels of inflammatory factors（ESR，CRP）between two groups before and after treatment were compared，and adverse reactions were recorded.Result：The total effective rate of observation group was 87.72%，which was higher than 63.16% of control group（P<0.05）.After treatment，the BASFI and BASDAI scores in observation group were lower than those of control group（P<0.05）.After treatment，the levels of ESR and CRP in observation group were lower than those of control group（P<0.05）.During the treatment period，no significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion：For AS patients，the application of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the therapeutic effect，improve the symptoms of patients and improve spinal function，and has good safety，which is worthy of clinical promotion.
