【摘要】 目的:分析精神科護(hù)理人員工作壓力現(xiàn)狀及影響因素。方法:選取2018年1月-2019年12月80名精神科護(hù)理人員為研究對(duì)象,將其采用護(hù)士工作壓力源量表進(jìn)行評(píng)估,比較不同性別、年齡、文化程度、職稱、護(hù)齡、社會(huì)支持程度、職業(yè)倦怠感、主觀幸福感及情緒狀態(tài)者的評(píng)估結(jié)果,采用多因素Logistic回歸分析精神科護(hù)理人員工作壓力的影響因素。結(jié)果:80名精神科護(hù)理人員中重度工作壓力者15名,占18.75%,不同性別護(hù)理人員的重度工作壓力發(fā)生率比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),不同年齡、文化程度、職稱、護(hù)齡、社會(huì)支持程度、職業(yè)倦怠感、主觀幸福感及情緒狀態(tài)護(hù)理人員的重度工作壓力發(fā)生率比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05),且多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,年齡、文化程度、職稱、護(hù)齡、社會(huì)支持程度、職業(yè)倦怠感、主觀幸福感及情緒狀態(tài)均是精神科護(hù)理人員工作壓力的影響因素(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:精神科護(hù)理人員工作壓力較重,且影響因素較多,應(yīng)重視對(duì)影響因素的干預(yù)與調(diào)控。

Analysis and Study on the Working Pressure Status of Nurse Staff in Department of Psychiatry and Its Influence Factors/FU Meihua, XIAO Zhiliang. //Medical Innovation of China, 2020, 17(15): -116
[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the working pressure status of nurse staff in Department of Psychiatry and its influence factors.Method: A total of 80 nurse staff in Department of Psychiatry from January 2018 to December 2019 were chosen as the study object, and all nurses were evaluated with nurse's work pressure source scale, then the evaluation results of nurses with different gender, ages, education degree, professional title, nurse-job seniority, social support, job burnout, subjective well-being and emotional state were compared, then the influence factors of working pressure of nursing staff in Department of Psychiatry were analyzed with multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Result: 15 cases of 80 nursing staff in Department of Psychiatry were with severe working pressure, the rate was 18.75%, the severe working pressure rates of nurses with different gender were compared, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), the severe working pressure rates of nurses with different ages, education degree, professional title, nurse-job seniority, social support, job burnout, subjective well-being and emotional state were compared, there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05), the multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed the ages, education degree, professional title, nurse-job seniority, social support, job burnout, subjective well-being and emotional state were the influence factors of working pressure of nursing staff in Department of Psychiatry (P<0.05). Conclusion: The nursing staff in Department of Psychiatry bear working pressure, and the influence factors are more, so the influence factors should be paid to more intervention and regulation.
