〔Abstract〕As the official newspaper of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, People’s Daily has always been a front to publicize various principles and policies of the Communist Party of China. Since the reform and opening up, its reports on “Strict Governance over the Party” have faithfully reflected the CPC’s strict and severe governance of itself. Using the LDA topic model and Gephi social network analysis software, this paper analyzes the text of strict Party governance in People’s Daily from 1978 to 2020. The result finds that although the discourse of “Strict Governance over the Party” has evolved in terms of connotation, concept, and governance since the reform and opening up, “change” implies “unchanged.” The subject matter, main line, basis, and discourse position remain unchanged. The central theme, main line, foundation, and discourse position remain unchanged. In the great journey of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the discourse of strict Party governance shows the dialectical unity of “change” and “invariable” in the narrative expression of “strict” and “governing,” “restraint” and “positive,” “soft” and “rigid,” “feeling” and “reason.”

〔Abstract〕Among the most influential analyses of the relationship between Lukács and Marx is Mr. Sun Bo-Kui’s Lukács and Marx. Through his analysis of Lukács’ concepts such as reification, history, totality, and proletarian consciousness, Mr. Sun pointed out the fundamental differences between Lukács’ historical dialectic and Marx’s historical materialism. Lukács tried to overcome the reified capitalist ideology by using the concept of totality, thus placing the mission of historical change on the concept of the “proletariat,” which is divorced from reality, thus metaphysicalising Marx’s concept of history once again and turning totality into an absolute spirit with a mask. On the contrary, Marx’s historical concept of historical materialism is rooted in the production practice and communication activities of civil society. Starting from the contradictory movement of realistic capitalism, Marx considers the specific fate of the exploited proletariat to provide a practical guide for walking out of the capitalist system and towards the socialist society. 〔Abstract〕As one of the multiple subjects of rural governance, social organizations are essential in the modernization and development of rural governance. This paper uses the village inn alliance in village H of Anhui Province as a case study.
