羅平黃山羊體尺性狀與屠宰性能相關(guān)性分析

摘要 以30只35周齡羅平黃山羊（公羊15只、母羊15只）為研究對(duì)象，分別測(cè)定其體重、屠宰性能以及各體尺性狀，并分析各測(cè)定指標(biāo)間的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果顯示：35周齡羅平黃山羊公羊平均體重43.57 kg、母羊38.93 kg，公羊宰前活重極顯著大于母羊（ P< 0.01），公羊的體高、體長(zhǎng)、胸圍、胸寬、胸深及管?chē)@著大于母羊（ P< 0.05）。公羊體尺性狀與體重中有11對(duì)性狀呈極顯著正相關(guān)（ P< 0.01），母羊中有3對(duì)性狀呈極顯著正相關(guān)（ P< 0.01），還有4對(duì)性狀呈顯著正相關(guān)（ P< 0.05）。公羊胴體重、凈肉重、屠宰率均極顯著高于母羊（ P< 0.01），母羊骨肉比極顯著高于公羊（ P< 0.01）。公羊體高、體長(zhǎng)、胸圍、管?chē)c骨肉比呈極顯著負(fù)相關(guān)（ P< 0.01），與屠宰率呈極顯著正相關(guān)（ P< 0.01）。母羊腰部出肉率與體高、體長(zhǎng)和胸寬呈顯著正相關(guān)（ P< 0.05）。后腿出肉率與體高呈極顯著正相關(guān)（ P< 0.01），而與體長(zhǎng)、胸圍、胸寬呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)（ P< 0.05）。母羊屠宰率與體高呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)（ P< 0.05），與胸寬呈極顯著負(fù)相關(guān)（ P< 0.01）。綜上所述，35周齡羅平黃山羊公羊、母羊在體重、體尺性狀和屠宰性能方面存在顯著差異，可為羅平黃山羊肉用性狀的選育與提高提供參考依據(jù)。

Analysis of the Correlation between the Body Size Traits and Slaughter Performance of Luoping Yellow Goat

Abstract Taking 30 35-week-old Luoping Yellow Goats （15 male and 15 female） as research objects，their body weight，slaughter performance and body size traits were measured，and the correlation among the indices was analyzed.The results showed that the average body weight of male and female goats were 43.57 and 38.93 kg respectively.The live weight before slaughter of male goats was significantly higher than that of female goats （ P< 0.01）.The body height，body length，chest circumference，chest width，chest depth and tube circumference of male goats were significantly larger than female goats （ P< 0.05）.11 pairs of body size traits were significantly positively correlated with the body weight （ P< 0.01） in male goats.Otherwise，3 pairs of body size traits in female goats were significantly positively correlated with the body weight （ P< 0.01），and 4 pairs of traits were significantly positively correlated with the body weight （ P< 0.05）.The carcass weight，meat percentage and dressing percentage of male goats were significantly higher than those of female goats （ P< 0.01）， the ratio of bone to meat in female goats was significantly higher than that of male goats.The body height，body length，chest circumference and tube circumference of male goats were significantly negatively correlated with the ratio of bone to meat （ P< 0.01），they were significantly positively correlated with the dressing percentage （ P< 0.01）. The yield of meat in waist of female goats was significantly positively correlated with body height，body length and chest width （ P< 0.05）.The meat yield of hind legs was significantly positively correlated with body height （ P< 0.01）， and it was significantly negatively correlated with body length，chest circumference and chest width （ P< 0.05）.The dressing percentage of female goats was significantly negatively correlated with body height （ P< 0.05） and it was extremely significantly negatively correlated with breast width （ P< 0.01）.The above results showed that there were significant differences in body weight and slaughter performance of 35-month-old Luoping Yellow Goat between male goats and female goats，which could provide theoretical basis for the selection and improvement of meat traits of Luoping Yellow Goat.
