摘?要:為篩選出適合明溪縣種植的高產(chǎn)、優(yōu)質(zhì)、高抗的優(yōu)良淮山品種,2019年從全國引進(jìn)21個淮山新品種進(jìn)行對比試驗,綜合考察各品種的產(chǎn)量、抗逆性、結(jié)薯性及口感。試驗結(jié)果表明:麻沙本地大薯、武夷山紫山藥每667 m2產(chǎn)量為3784.64、3541.90 kg,分別比對照明溪淮山1號增產(chǎn)15.31%和7.92%,這兩個品種可作為大薯品種淮山小面積推廣試種。安砂小葉薯每667 m2產(chǎn)量為2519.68 kg,莖蔓生長勢較強(qiáng)、較抗病、品質(zhì)優(yōu)、薯塊短粗、易挖掘、商品率高,總體經(jīng)濟(jì)效益優(yōu)良,可作為重點推廣試種。浙江文城糯米山藥與浙江文城營養(yǎng)糯米山藥,肉質(zhì)呈白色,糯性極強(qiáng),口感較好;六月薯、七月薯具有生育期短的特點,可在每年六、七月成熟上市,這4個品種可作為特色品種小面積推廣試種。廣西紫玉淮山、紅皮白心、白條山藥、陽明山山藥、麻沙小金薯、麻沙硬殼薯等7個品種具有產(chǎn)量較高,莖蔓生長勢較強(qiáng),較抗病,品質(zhì)較好等優(yōu)點,可采用品種試驗與擴(kuò)繁相結(jié)合的方式繼續(xù)開展淮山新品種試驗示范。

Regional Screening Test of the 21 New Varieties of Chinese Yam

Abstract: In order to screen out the superior Chinese yam varieties suitable for Mingxi County with high yield, high quality and high resistance, 21 new Chinese yam varieties were introduced from all over the country in 2019 for the comparative test to comprehensively investigate the yield, stress resistance, tuberization capability and taste of each variety. The results showed that the yield of Masha local big potato and Wuyishan purple yam per 667 m2 was 3784.64 kg and 3541.90 kg respectively, and the yield was increased by 15.31% and 7.92% respectively, compared with that of Mingx Chinese yam No.1. The two varieties could be experimentally planted in the small area as the big potato varieties of Chinese yam. The yield of Ansha lobular potato per 667 m2 was 2519.68 kg, with strong vine growth, better disease resistance, superior quality, short and thick potato blocks, easy to dig, high commodity rate and good overall economic benefits, which could be used as the key promotion trial. The meat of Zhejiang Wencheng glutinous rice yam and Zhejiang Wencheng nutrition glutinous rice yam was white, with glutinous strong and good taste. And due to June potato and July potato had the charateristics of short growth period, they could be put on the market when ripening in June and July every year. So, the 4 varieties could be experimentally planted in the small area as the characteristic varieties. The 7 varieties of Guangxi Ziyu yam, Hongpibaixin, Baitiao yam , Yangmingshan yam, Masha little yam and Masha shell yam had the advantages of higher yield, stronger vine growth, better disease resistance and better quality, etc. Therefore, the experiment demonstration of the new varieties of Chinese yam could be carried out by combining the variety test and the expanding propagation.
2.3?參試淮山新品種鮮薯產(chǎn)量及抗病性比較
由表3可知,麻沙本地大薯、武夷山紫山藥每667 m2產(chǎn)量分別為3784.64、3541.90 kg、比對照明溪淮山1號增產(chǎn)15.31%和7.92%。其他參試品種與對照明溪淮山1號相比均有不同程度減產(chǎn),其中每667 m2產(chǎn)量為2000~3000 kg的品種有7個,分別為米易、廣西紫玉淮山、臺灣紅龍山藥、白條山藥、紅皮白心、陽明山山藥(大薯品種),以及安沙小葉薯(小薯品種);每667 m2產(chǎn)量為1000~2000 kg的有6個品種,分別是安徽六安蘇紫一號、云南野生淮山、麻沙硬殼薯、麻沙小金薯、陜西紅廟山藥、浙江文城糯米山藥;每667 m2產(chǎn)量為1000 kg以下的有5個品種,分別是六月薯、七月薯、明溪薯組培、明淮一號、浙江文城營養(yǎng)糯米山藥。分析這5個品種低產(chǎn)的原因主要是六月薯、七月薯受氣候影響,栽培時間推遲,生育期短有關(guān);明溪薯組培可能與供種組培種薯過小、出苗較弱以及后期病害較重有關(guān),明淮一號與采用地面爬藤種植有關(guān);浙江文城營養(yǎng)糯米山藥與抗病性差、前期炭疽病較重以及生長勢差有關(guān)。對各品種炭疽病發(fā)生情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,結(jié)果表明浙江文城糯米山藥、浙江文城營養(yǎng)糯米山藥、陜西紅廟山藥、明溪薯組培、六月薯抗病性弱,其他品種抗病性中至較強(qiáng)。
2.4?參試淮山新品種鮮食口感
由表4可知,鮮食口感粉性強(qiáng)糯性就弱,脆性隨之增強(qiáng);反之口感粉性弱糯性就強(qiáng),脆性隨之減弱。小薯品種淮山除麻沙小金薯外粉性較強(qiáng),大薯品種淮山粉性一般。浙江文城糯米山藥、浙江文城營養(yǎng)糯米山藥粉性最弱,但糯性最好,明溪淮山1號和明溪薯組培糯性較弱,其他品種糯性一般。小薯品種淮山除麻沙小金薯脆性一般外其他品種脆性都較好;大薯品種淮山除浙江文城糯米山藥、浙江文城營養(yǎng)糯米山藥、云南野生淮山脆性較弱外,其他品種脆性一般。小薯品種淮山肉質(zhì)都比較細(xì)膩,大薯品種淮山中浙江文城糯米山藥、浙江文城營養(yǎng)糯米山藥肉質(zhì)都比較細(xì)膩,云南野生淮山肉質(zhì)比較粗糙,其他品種肉質(zhì)一般。小薯品種淮山適口性均較好,大薯品種淮山中浙江文城營養(yǎng)糯米山藥適口較好,云南野生淮山適口性較差,其他品種表現(xiàn)一般。香甜度最好的有明溪淮山1號(CK)、明溪薯組培、安沙小葉薯,云南野生淮山淡而無味,其他品種表現(xiàn)一般。小薯品種淮山總體口感好,大薯品種淮山中浙江文城營養(yǎng)糯米山表現(xiàn)較好,云南野生淮山表現(xiàn)不佳,其他品種總體評價中等。
3?結(jié)論與討論
本試驗結(jié)果表明,麻沙本地大薯產(chǎn)量排名第1位,每667 m2產(chǎn)量3784.64 kg,地下塊莖長41.1 cm,橫徑6.8 cm,表皮粗糙,肉質(zhì)呈白色,具有高產(chǎn)、莖蔓生長勢強(qiáng)、抗病性強(qiáng)、口感好、品質(zhì)較好等優(yōu)點;武夷山紫山藥產(chǎn)量排名第2位,每667 m2產(chǎn)量3541.90 kg,地下塊莖長45.1 cm,橫徑7.1 cm,表皮粗糙,肉質(zhì)呈紫色,具有高產(chǎn)、莖蔓生長勢強(qiáng)、抗炭疽病、口感及品質(zhì)較好等優(yōu)點;這兩個品種可作為大薯品種淮山小面積推廣試種。安砂小葉薯每667 m2產(chǎn)量2519.67 kg,薯塊長38.8 cm,橫徑4.86 cm,單薯重0.85 kg,莖蔓生長勢較強(qiáng),抗病性好,表皮光滑,肉色雪白,肉質(zhì)密實,品質(zhì)優(yōu)。該品種薯塊短粗,易挖掘,相比明溪淮山1號等品種能明顯提高采收效率,降低用工成本,并且其外觀好,口感好,品質(zhì)優(yōu),商品率高,總體經(jīng)濟(jì)效益優(yōu)良,可作為重點推廣試種。浙江文城糯米山藥及浙江文城營養(yǎng)糯米山藥兩個品種地下塊莖長34.3~45.6 cm,橫徑5.33~5.37 cm,單塊薯重0.53~0.55 kg,表皮較粗糙,肉質(zhì)呈白色,糯性極強(qiáng),口感較好,但抗炭疽病能力較弱;六月薯及七月薯(2019年受天氣影響,種植日期推遲,生育過短,不能反映真實產(chǎn)量)具有表皮光滑,肉色雪白,肉質(zhì)密實,品質(zhì)優(yōu),生育期短的特點,可在每年六、七月成熟上市,此時正是淮山的空檔期,能豐富市場供給,提高農(nóng)民收入;這4個品種可作為特色品種小面積推廣試種。廣西紫玉淮山、紅皮白心、白條山藥、陽明山山藥、麻沙小金薯、麻沙硬殼薯等品種具有產(chǎn)量較高,莖蔓生長勢較強(qiáng),抗病性強(qiáng),品質(zhì)較好的特點,可采用品種試驗與擴(kuò)繁相結(jié)合的方式繼續(xù)開展淮山新品種試驗示范。臺灣紅龍山藥、云南野生淮山、明淮一號、明溪薯組培表現(xiàn)一般,建議終止試驗。
