Urban Leisure Sports:A New National Fitness Route〔*〕

It has highlighted the innovative and opening orientation of the social sport development in the targets of constructing new normal of the social sport development.Therefore,taking the urban leisure sports as a brand new direction of breakthroughs,the social natural resources and ecological environment shall be effectively integrated to improve the inherent quality of the urban sport culture in order to meet the new demands and new standards for the social sport development of modern urban community.The effective integration of the ecological civilization and the national fitness will form a new tendency and a new trend of the coordinated development to make the urban leisure sport development a key complement to the construction and exploration of the route for the national fitness so as to improve the inherent quality of the national fitness and drive the progress of the diversified development and construction of the social sport culture.

Ⅰ.Formation of the new national fitness development route based on the perfect combination of the urban nature and economy

Urban natural resources have provided the urban socio-economic development with a good material insurance.Thus,the rational development and utilization of the natural resources have become the fundamental for the socio-economic development.The urban leisure sport development can adapt to the trend of the social natural resources and economic coordinated development,accelerate the progress of the national leisure fitness development,provide necessary impetus to meet new requirements for urban economic development,and offer potential natural and ecological development conditions to satisfy the new level of social community demands for sports in the progress of the modern urbanized development to effectively improve the inherent quality of the national fitness activities.〔1〕

According to the new trend of the macro social and economic development,the thoughts of urban sport,leisure fitness and entertainment shall be effectively integrated to prompt the scientific convergence between the ecological leisure sport fitness and socio-economic development,lead the overall direction for the national urban fitness development route in order to drive the comprehensive achievement of new development of the urban leisure sport industry.While forming a good breakthrough for the development of the national fitness industry and satisfying the new requirements on social and economic development,positive promotion shall also be applied to the national urban leisure fitness development.〔2〕It is an important way to coordinate the new development trend between the urban economy and the nature.It can also directly push forward the new development route of the national fitness to provide new solid foundation for the ecological and economic coordinated development for the effective implementation of the social ecological development thoughts in the process of satisfying the new requirements on social nature and economic development.

Ⅱ.Broadening the living space structure of urban leisure sport to be the innovation point of national fitness

1.New development trend of the urban leisure life,broadening the space for national fitness activities

Urban life development has gradually turned from general life thought to lifestyle development which means a qualitative leap in the universal life concept of the social community and the national fitness has become an integral part of today’s social life.Based on the specific analysis from the perspective combining with the development space for national urban fitness activities,the constituent elements of urban leisure sport combine the comprehensive integration of ecology and nature,resulting in more extensive penetration of the thoughts of social ecological development and the concept of the resource optimization and development in sport culture.〔3〕Thus,the formation of the new trend of the urban leisure life development can exert positive influence on the spatial extension of the national fitness activities and actively promote the scientific development of the national urban leisure fitness industry to guide the urban leisure sport to step forward to the direction of national fitness development so as to meet the fundamental inherent needs for urban leisure life development.

2.Trend of the diversified development of urban culture,exploring new space for the national urban fitness development

Sport culture,an integral part in the constituent elements of urban culture,has shown the vigor and vitality of a city.Therefore,the cultural characteristics expressed by urban leisure sport can be more appropriate to the reality of the urban social development and able to meet the inherent demands of urban population for social sport culture.In this respect,the urban leisure sport culture can form the cultural development power for the diversified development of the comprehensive urban fitness route.The close combination of the internal relations between the leisure sport and the diversified development of urban culture can achieve the overall development of the urban leisure sport fitness from the perspective of cultural promotion.〔4〕National urban fitness culture will be improved to a new height of development.

3.Improvement of quality of urban entertainment culture,forming new development of the comprehensive leisure fitness space

According to the progress of the urban entertainment cultural development in the contemporary society,the quality of the entertainment culture has reached the development requirement of continuing to be improved and people have renewed their understanding to the development of the entertainment activities.Traditional entertainment culture focused on the creation of an entertainment atmosphere while the necessary inherent association between the entertainment and the physical and mental development is not obvious.However,in today’s society,what the social cultural construction and development emphasize on is the close integration between the mind and body and the entertainment atmosphere.Thus,the urban leisure sport culture has become an important direction for the development of the urban entertainment culture and the national fitness route has turned from the direction of single sport to the level of the entertainment culture step by step.Taking into account the fundamental needs of the urban entertainment cultural development,leisure fitness has played an increasingly important role in the urban entertainment activities.

Ⅲ.Creation of new concept of urban leisure sport fitness based on the transformation of the ways of urban leisure

1.Formation of the sport leisure trend,facilitating the generation of the view of urban leisure sport fitness

Development of the sport leisure has become a new trend of the sport development in the contemporary society and the core power to drive the progress of the urbanized sport development.It can be seen from the basic characteristics of the urban leisure sport development that the core of the urban leisure sport lies in the mutual combination between leisure and sport to achieve a comprehensive improvement in the leisure nature of sport to meet the specific psychological needs of different populations for urban sports;while the urban development environment and the urban sport development atmosphere are keys for the effective combination between leisure activities and sports.Valid construction of the ecological environment will lead to more specific cultural influences owned by sport activities and form an organic complementation between the development advantages of the ecological leisure and sports to urge more positive effect of ecological leisure environment on the pleasure of mind and body as well as to scientifically reflect the impact of sports on physical health.〔5〕The viewpoint of urban leisure sport fitness is further formed in the urbanized development atmosphere and mutually unified with the effect and function produced by national fitness to be able to actively drive the promotion of the living quality of the social communities.Thus,urban leisure sport has gradually become people’s basic choice for national fitness in the contemporary society.It is a change in cognitive perspective for the ways of urban leisure and the fundamental representation of the effective development of the national fitness route,as well as conforms to the primary demands for the national urban fitness development in the times and society.

2.Construction of the leisure sport culture,accelerating the development of the concept of urban leisure sport fitness

The construction and development of the urban leisure sport culture has highlighted the characteristics of leisure in sport culture and comprehensively sublimed the significance,value and effect of urban sports.The urban leisure sport culture will be able to be more suitable for the urban social development environment and will change the essential connotation of urban sports accordingly.The constituent elements of urban leisure sport culture has clarified the organic sharing of ecological environment and resource environment to effectively coordinate the inherent relationship between the ecological environment and urban sports so that leisure sport can meet the fundamental requirements of physical and mental entertainment of the social community and improvement of the physical quality in the progress of the urbanized development.Furthermore,it has essentially subverted the connotation of the urban sport culture,making “l(fā)eisure” to be an integral part of sport culture in order to maintain the mutual unity between the natural and ecological environment for social development and the urban sport development and promote the important cultural concept for the formation of the idea of ecological health in leisure sport.Meanwhile,it provide important development elements for the urban leisure exploration of the national fitness development route so that the times development space for leisure sport culture can continue to be expanded and provide scientific conceptual guidance for the new targets and new requirements of urban sport development in order to accelerate the pace of comprehensive development of the urban leisure sport fitness

3.Formation of the concept of ecological society,promoting the generation of the thoughts of urban ecological leisure fitness

According to the analysis from the perspective of social development environment,construction of society of ecological conservation-oriented society has become the mainstay of the social environment development in the contemporary China,and also the key to enhance the efficiency of the urban ecological resource utilization.Low consumption of resources in the overall pace of the urban sport development has become a new emphasis for the modern urban sport development,and also a brand new starting point for the innovation and development of the national fitness route.Based on the thoughts of urban leisure sport development,the specific analysis of the use value of the ecological resources enabled the ecological environmental resources to be the carrier of leisure sport,which is crucial to directly push forward the ecological protection and ecological development while rationally utilize the ecological resources.It is a fundamental expression of the effective implementation of the idea to develop the ecological conservation-oriented society as well as an integral part of the thoughts to comprehensively improve the scientific and rational natures of the urban resources development and utilization.Excessive consumption,irrational application of resources and other prominent phenomenon existing in the development of the traditional national urban fitness route has resulted in idle and abandoned natural resources and ecological resources from time to time.〔6〕However,the formation of the concept of urban ecological sport development has invisibly strengthened the principle of rational application of nature and ecology to closely tighten up the urban leisure to national fitness,which can exert substantial effect on the generation and implementation of the idea of the urban ecological leisure fitness,expressing the innovative thoughts to explore the era of national fitness route.

4.Development of environment-friendly society,promoting the development of the urban-friendly leisure fitness activities

Construction of environment-friendly society,core development idea of the today’s social development and effective environmental optimization,has also expressed the inherent relationship between the social environment and the urban development.The development of the urban leisure sport,based on the effective utilization of the ecological environmental atmosphere,is a kind of comprehensive improvement for the quality of urban sport development to promote the deep exploration and wide spread of urban sport culture.With respect of such development direction,the power to drive the development of the urban leisure sport is very obvious,which has highlighted the perfect integration between the social ecological environment and the urban sport activities in order to turn the urban sport development from centering on “sport” to taking “l(fā)eisure” as the new direction step by step.It provides an important driving force for protecting the ecological environment and promoting the development of the physical and mind health of the social communities while reflecting the use value of the urban ecological environment.It is an important direction for the implementation of the urban-friendly leisure fitness activities,and a further representation of the urban leisure and urban sport development value.It enables the construction and development of the urban fitness route to conform to the law of the social ecological development as well as deeply explore all of its application value to keep highly consistent with the idea for the construction of the current social environment.It can meet the brand new needs of the social communities for the development of the national urban fitness activities and form a scientific complementation to the social element of era contained in the connotation of national fitness.

Ⅳ.Conclusion

Socio-economic development and the scientific transformation of the idea to construct the social development environment have provided a brand new challenge to the direction of the development of national urban fitness industry.For the general policy of constructing an environment-friendly and resource conservation-oriented society,the construction of the national fitness route has been gradually turned to the new directions including the scientific development of the urban natural resources and the rational application of the ecological environment.The central idea for the construction of the national fitness route in modern cities is that the urban leisure sport development can keep the mutual unity with the general policy for the development of the current socio-economy and environment,provide the potential driving power for the construction and innovation of the national fitness route,and meet the specific needs of different social communities for the development of spiritual activities.
