摘" " 要:雅蜜是從黃金百香果自交后代中選育的優(yōu)質(zhì)鮮食百香果新品種。該品種果實(shí)近圓形,果大,平均單果質(zhì)量95.79 g;成熟時(shí)果皮黃色,表面有星狀白色果點(diǎn);果肉黃色至橙黃色,多汁,風(fēng)味酸甜,香氣濃郁,不易脫囊,可食率50.87%。可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)18.50%,總糖含量12.7 g·100 g-1,總酸含量16.97 g·kg-1,維生素C含量14.1 mg·100 g-1,氨基酸總量18.0 g·kg-1。該品種果實(shí)生長(zhǎng)期60~100 d,在福建種植區(qū)果實(shí)收獲時(shí)間集中在7月中下旬至9月上旬和10月上旬至11月中下旬;植株生長(zhǎng)勢(shì)強(qiáng),易成花,自交親和,每666.7 m2平均產(chǎn)量1 240.0 kg,豐產(chǎn)穩(wěn)產(chǎn)。較抗炭疽病和病毒病,較耐高溫。適應(yīng)范圍廣,適宜于在福建、廣西、云南等黃果百香果產(chǎn)區(qū)種植。

A new high-quality yellow passion fruit cultivar Yami

Abstract: The new fresh edible passion fruit (Passiflora edulis f. flavicarpa) cultivar, Yami was selected from selfing progeny of Huangjin cultivar. The parent (named H3) was selected from 48 passion fruit plants of Huangjin cultivar introduced from Taiwan, with traits of larger fruit size, higher content of soluble solids and more flowers in summer compared with the other plants. The selfing was made in the summer of 2013 and 262 health seedlings were obtained and transplanted into the field in 2014. After preliminary screening, a total of eight promising seedlings were selected in 2014, one superior plant (named 05) with high average single fruit weight, high edible rate, high soluble solid contents, rich aroma, delicious flavor and high yield was finally selected after 2 years (2015—2016) of observations. The grafted trees of the superior plant showed stable genetic traits in the multisite trials from 2017 to 2021. It was evaluated by experts’ on-site evaluation on 29 August , 2022 and it was named Yami. It was certified as a provincial cultivar on 26 December, 2023 in Fujian province. The vines were cylindrical shaped and colored green. The leaves were papery and green and had three shapes: unlobed, two-lobed, palmately three-lobed leave. The flowers were hermaphroditic and include three bracts, five sepals, five petals, five stamens, three floral column and one ovary. The shape of fruit was nearly round and the average weight of single fruit was 95.79 g. Ripe Yami fruit had yellow skin and with white spots. The pulp was yellow to orange yellow, juicy, with sour and sweet taste and strong aroma. The pulp was not easily detached from the funicle. The edible rate was 50.87%, the soluble solid content was 18.50%, the total sugar content was 12.7 g·100 g-1, the total acid content was 16.97 g·kg-1, the vitamin C content was 14.1 mg·100 g-1, and the total amino acids content was 18.0 g·kg-1. The fruit growth duration of Yami was 60-100 d, and the harvest time was mainly concentrated from mid-late July to early September, and early October to mid-late November in Fujian planting areas. Yami had strong growth vigor and was highly self-compatible, and was not only resistant to anthracnose and viruses, but also highly tolerant to high temperature than its parent. It had the advantage of relatively high and stable yield and wide adaptability. It would be suitable for planting in yellow passion fruit producing regions such as Fujian, Guangxi, Yunnan and other areas. The one-year cropping pattern was applicable to the regions with winter frost. High ridge cultivation was effective for preventing base rot disease. The planting density was would be 3 m × (1.0-2.0) m.

百香果為西番蓮科(Passifloraceae)西番蓮屬(Passiflora Linn.)多年生藤本常綠果樹,原產(chǎn)于安地列斯群島。百香果果實(shí)香氣濃郁,風(fēng)味獨(dú)特,富含黃酮、萜烯等100多種生物活性物質(zhì)[1-2],具鎮(zhèn)靜、抗氧化等保健功效,并且百香果種植周期短見效快,受到消費(fèi)者及種植者的喜愛。近十年,中國(guó)百香果產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,在廣西、福建、海南、云南等地區(qū)廣泛種植[3-5]。福建氣候溫暖濕潤(rùn),熱量資源豐富,百香果適種區(qū)較廣,龍巖、漳州、泉州、福州、寧德等地均有種植,龍巖和漳州為主要產(chǎn)區(qū)。福建作為中國(guó)百香果主產(chǎn)區(qū)之一,近十年來(lái)主栽品種經(jīng)歷了明顯的變化,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展初期主栽品種為紫果百香果(P. edulis),如臺(tái)農(nóng)一號(hào)[6]、紫香、滿天星等,紫果百香果香氣濃郁,風(fēng)味偏酸,鮮食加工兼用;此后黃果百香果(P. edulis f. flavicarpa)因果實(shí)酸味較紫果百香果淡,市場(chǎng)接受度更高,迅速取代紫果百香果成為市場(chǎng)寵兒,代表品種有黃金、福建百香果3號(hào)[7]、欽蜜9號(hào)[8]等;目前,為滿足市場(chǎng)需求的多樣化和差異化,新品種不斷被選育出來(lái),如金都3號(hào)[9]和蜜語(yǔ)[10]等,為百香果產(chǎn)業(yè)品種結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化奠定了基礎(chǔ)。針對(duì)福建氣候條件,在追求甜味口感的同時(shí),穩(wěn)產(chǎn)、優(yōu)質(zhì)、多用途、耐儲(chǔ)運(yùn)新品種的選育對(duì)促進(jìn)百香果品種結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和良種化商品化生產(chǎn)也具有積極意義?;诖耍=ㄊ∞r(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院果樹研究所和漳州市果粒多農(nóng)業(yè)科技有限公司以大果、優(yōu)質(zhì)、豐產(chǎn)穩(wěn)產(chǎn)為育種目標(biāo),開展了百香果新品種選育工作,經(jīng)多年努力育成新品種雅蜜,該品種具大果、優(yōu)質(zhì)、抗性強(qiáng)、豐產(chǎn)穩(wěn)產(chǎn)、適應(yīng)性廣等特點(diǎn)。
1 選育過程
2012年臺(tái)灣嘉義人石滿寶將臺(tái)灣民間選育的品種黃金百香果引入福建漳州百花村。同年,對(duì)定植于漳州市南靖縣靖城大道西側(cè)福建省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院果樹研究所漳州育種基地內(nèi)的48株黃金進(jìn)行跟蹤觀測(cè),篩選出植株健壯且平均單果質(zhì)量和可溶性固形物含量高的單株3株并越冬栽培。2013年夏,以夏季花量多的H3單株為親本進(jìn)行自交,獲得314粒種子,11月播種后育成健壯雜種實(shí)生苗262株。2014年4月上旬移大苗定植于該育種基地,并進(jìn)行田間觀測(cè),以花期早、單果質(zhì)量大和風(fēng)味甜為主要指標(biāo),初步選出較早掛果、風(fēng)味較甜的F1優(yōu)株8株,編為01~08。2015—2016年連續(xù)2 a(年)對(duì)8個(gè)優(yōu)株進(jìn)行跟蹤觀測(cè),結(jié)果顯示,05優(yōu)株相較于其他單株綜合性狀更優(yōu),具有大果、香氣濃、高可溶性固形物含量、高可食率、高固酸比、風(fēng)味酸甜、株產(chǎn)較高等特點(diǎn)。2016年秋季,以金霸為砧木,以05優(yōu)株的半木質(zhì)化莖段為接穗,繁育嫁接苗,2017年開始陸續(xù)在福建省漳州市薌城區(qū)、南靖縣、武平縣、長(zhǎng)汀縣等地進(jìn)行無(wú)性子代的遺傳穩(wěn)定性觀測(cè)。經(jīng)過5 a觀測(cè),表明該優(yōu)株的無(wú)性子代遺傳性狀穩(wěn)定一致,表現(xiàn)為果大、風(fēng)味酸甜、香氣濃、品質(zhì)佳、豐產(chǎn)穩(wěn)產(chǎn)。2022年8月定名為雅蜜,2023年通過了福建省非主要農(nóng)作物品種認(rèn)定,認(rèn)定編號(hào):閩認(rèn)果2023001。
2 特征特性
2.1 植物學(xué)特征
雅蜜藤形狀圓柱形,藤顏色綠色。葉片紙質(zhì),綠色,不裂、2裂和掌狀3裂交替出現(xiàn),葉緣鋸齒狀,葉柄2個(gè)蜜腺鄰近葉基(圖1)?;閮尚曰?,具自交親和性,具苞片3枚、萼片5枚、花瓣5枚、雄蕊5枚、花柱3枚、子房1個(gè)?;ò咪忼X,平均長(zhǎng)25.01 mm;花萼片綠色,平均長(zhǎng)34.37 mm,寬11.61 mm;花瓣平均長(zhǎng)32.16 mm,寬6.29 mm,正面主色淺綠色;花冠喉斑點(diǎn)狀環(huán)紋的色彩強(qiáng)度中等;外副花冠花絲顏色具白、紫兩種,副花冠花絲上具紫色環(huán)紋,環(huán)紋平均寬度11.10 mm,絲狀副花冠平均直徑61.12 mm,副花冠花絲平均長(zhǎng)度23.90 mm,花絲平均數(shù)量為160枚;花柄平均長(zhǎng)31.44 mm。
2.2 果實(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀
雅蜜果實(shí)近圓形,果實(shí)平均縱徑71.48 mm,橫徑67.7 mm,果形指數(shù)1.05,單果質(zhì)量95.79 g。果皮上有星狀白色果點(diǎn),果皮成熟后為黃色(圖2-A),果皮平均厚0.45 cm。果實(shí)成熟后果肉黃色至橙黃色(圖2-B),平均可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)18.50%,總糖含量12.7 g·100 g-1,總酸含量16.97 g·kg-1,維生素C含量14.1 mg·100 g-1,氨基酸總量18.0 g·kg-1,可食率50.87%(表1),果實(shí)香氣濃郁,風(fēng)味佳,品質(zhì)優(yōu)。種子為卵狀三角形,黑褐色,平均長(zhǎng)寬為5.60 mm×3.66 mm。該品種保留了親本黃金果大和香氣濃的性狀,但總酸含量明顯下降,口感較黃金更甜,風(fēng)味酸甜可口,不易脫囊;相較于欽蜜9號(hào),該品種香味較濃,且秋冬季果與夏季果大小無(wú)明顯差異。
2.3 品種分子鑒定結(jié)果
利用筆者已開發(fā)的西番蓮SSR分子標(biāo)記[11]對(duì)雅蜜和黃金百香果進(jìn)行SSR分子鑒定,隨機(jī)抽取4對(duì)引物(表2)開展測(cè)試,PCR產(chǎn)物利用LabChip GX
Touch 24核酸分析(PerkinElmer)進(jìn)行電泳檢測(cè)。結(jié)果如圖3所示,利用4對(duì)引物擴(kuò)增出的2個(gè)品種的特異性條帶分布于100~300 bp,雅蜜與黃金的多數(shù)條帶較為一致,表明雅蜜為黃金的自交后代。
2.4 生長(zhǎng)結(jié)果習(xí)性
雅蜜植株生長(zhǎng)勢(shì)強(qiáng)。在20~30 ℃下生長(zhǎng)迅速,二級(jí)蔓和三級(jí)蔓為主要結(jié)果蔓,具有自交親和性,成花坐果性好,每年開花結(jié)果集中于兩批次,持續(xù)結(jié)果期長(zhǎng)。在福建漳州薌城、南靖、龍巖武平、巖前鎮(zhèn)、長(zhǎng)汀、福州長(zhǎng)樂等示范基地進(jìn)行多年多點(diǎn)試驗(yàn),三年區(qū)試試驗(yàn)每666.7 m2平均年產(chǎn)量為1 240.0 kg,兩年豐產(chǎn)性試驗(yàn)每666.7 m2年產(chǎn)量為1 194.2 kg,多年多點(diǎn)每666.7 m2平均年產(chǎn)量為1 218.7 kg,豐產(chǎn)、穩(wěn)產(chǎn)性好。
2.5 物候期
在福建栽培區(qū),3月底大苗定植后,4月中下旬花芽萌動(dòng),花期主要集中在5月—7月上旬和8月上旬—10月,果實(shí)收獲時(shí)間集中在7月中下旬—9月上旬和10月上旬—11月中下旬,夏季果實(shí)發(fā)育期較短,為60~70 d,秋冬季果實(shí)發(fā)育期長(zhǎng),為80~100 d。
2.6 嫁接親和性及抗逆性
在嫁接適宜期,雅蜜與生產(chǎn)上常用砧木(如金霸)小苗嫁接,成活率均高于90%,嫁接后嫁接口愈合良好,生長(zhǎng)結(jié)果正常,嫁接親和性強(qiáng)。經(jīng)田間病害調(diào)查,該品種對(duì)炭疽病、病毒病抗性強(qiáng);經(jīng)田間觀測(cè),該品種較耐高溫,在高溫下停滯開花掛果時(shí)間較親本黃金短,耐高溫性強(qiáng)于親本黃金。
3 栽培技術(shù)要點(diǎn)
3.1 適宜區(qū)域
適宜在福建龍巖和漳州、廣西北流、貴州從江和榕江等生態(tài)環(huán)境條件類似地區(qū)栽培。在百香果適宜種植地區(qū),選擇年均溫高于18 ℃、最冷月平均氣溫不低于10 ℃、冬季基本無(wú)霜凍、水源豐富、陽(yáng)光充足的平地或山地建園。山地宜選坡度<20°,不在風(fēng)口處、冷空氣易堆積或易積水等處建園。土壤以肥沃、酸堿度適中(pH值5.5~7.5)、排水良好的壤砂土或改良后的紅黃壤土為佳。
3.2 園地建設(shè)
根據(jù)自然條件、生產(chǎn)規(guī)模和經(jīng)營(yíng)模式等情況,建設(shè)生產(chǎn)道路、排灌系統(tǒng)、種植棚架等。棚架可采用平棚式、籬笆式、T形棚等,架高1.8~2.0 m較適宜,材料可選水泥柱、石柱、竹竿、木桿、鐵絲、鋁鋼線、鍍鋅線等。果園需挖設(shè)排水溝及排洪溝,果園平整后起高畦,高約30 cm,畦上可布設(shè)滴灌設(shè)施并覆蓋防草膜。
3.3 定植技術(shù)
全年均可定植,福建栽培區(qū)以3—4月定植最佳,種植時(shí)間應(yīng)選陰天或雨后晴天進(jìn)行。根據(jù)園地情況及棚架類型確定種植密度,行距約3.0 m,株距1.0~2.0 m,每666.7 m2種植110~230株。定植前2~3個(gè)月完成全園翻犁,并挖長(zhǎng)、寬、深均為50 cm的定植穴,每穴施入有機(jī)肥約10 kg,以及1 kg的鈣鎂磷肥。壘出高出地面20 cm的墩臺(tái),以便定植時(shí)挖穴種植。定植后灌溉充足的定根水。
3.4 整枝修剪
定植后初期要及時(shí)抹除砧木上萌發(fā)的腋芽,根據(jù)需要抹除主蔓上新萌的腋芽。單主蔓種植時(shí),抹除所有主蔓上新萌腋芽,保障頂芽營(yíng)養(yǎng)以促主蔓迅速上架,待主蔓長(zhǎng)40~50 cm時(shí),用細(xì)繩或支架做好牽引,主蔓上架后及時(shí)摘心,留3~4個(gè)側(cè)枝作為一級(jí)蔓朝不同方向延展,側(cè)枝長(zhǎng)至1.0~1.5 m摘心,促發(fā)二級(jí)蔓和三級(jí)蔓以待結(jié)果。多主蔓種植時(shí),保留主蔓上新萌腋芽1~2個(gè),形成2~3個(gè)主蔓,同樣待蔓長(zhǎng)40~50 cm時(shí),根據(jù)布局將各主蔓牽引至棚架適宜位置,后續(xù)管理同單主蔓,注意要保留所有主蔓上萌發(fā)的全部花芽,以待結(jié)果。因該品種生長(zhǎng)勢(shì)強(qiáng),生長(zhǎng)量大,在種植過程中要及時(shí)疏除過密枝條,如開花坐果期疏除無(wú)花果枝條,采果后短截側(cè)蔓,疏除病蟲枝、瘦弱枝等,垂地枝條距地面20~30 cm處修剪等。
3.5 肥水管理
苗期多施氮肥以促植株生長(zhǎng),可在定植10 d后開始結(jié)合灌溉約每7 d株施濃度(w,后同)0.3%~0.5%的高氮復(fù)合肥水溶液1次,肥量可依據(jù)植株大小酌情增加。藤蔓上架后可在距植株兩側(cè)40 cm處各開約20 cm深的施肥溝追施磷鉀肥,株施入復(fù)合肥0.25 kg,硫酸鉀0.20 kg,后及時(shí)覆土。花期及幼果期可通過葉片噴施0.3%磷酸二氫鉀和0.2%硼砂水溶液以利于?;ū99麑?shí)迅速膨大期,以鉀肥為主,配以其他中微量肥,并需注意良好的水分供應(yīng)。果實(shí)成熟期應(yīng)適當(dāng)控水。
3.6 病蟲害防治
病害主要有莖基腐病、病毒病、疫病、炭疽病等,莖基腐病可通過選用抗性砧木和高畦種植來(lái)防控;病毒病可通過選用健康苗木,建網(wǎng)室栽培,防控薊馬、蚜蟲等傳媒媒介來(lái)防控;疫病和炭疽病可選用70%甲基硫菌靈1000倍液、75%百菌清可濕性粉劑800倍液、50%多菌靈可濕性粉劑800倍液等藥劑進(jìn)行防控。蟲害主要有薊馬、果蠅、蚜蟲等。薊馬可用黃色粘蟲板誘殺成蟲,用70%吡蟲啉3000~4500倍液在卵盛孵期、低齡若蟲期和蟲害始發(fā)期噴施;果蠅可通過實(shí)蠅誘捕球、誘捕器和帶有性誘劑的黃板誘捕成蟲,用5%阿維菌素1500倍液或10%高效氯氟氰菊酯3000倍液噴灑果園地面防控幼蟲;蚜蟲可噴霧40%毒死蜱800倍液或90%敵百蟲800倍液來(lái)防控。
