著力進一步優(yōu)化人才發(fā)展環(huán)境,濟南市持續(xù)擦亮“天下泉城、人來無憂”全生命周期人才服務(wù)品牌,通過提供全方位、多層次的服務(wù),確保人才在濟南能夠安心工作、舒心生活。同時,濟南市還傾力打造“一節(jié)一賽,一會一禮,一刊一行”的招才引智工作體系,通過舉辦各種形式的人才活動,不斷拓寬人才引進的渠道,提高人才引進的質(zhì)量和效率。
為切實推動全市人才工作不斷邁上新臺階,第二屆“海右人才節(jié)”期間,中共濟南市委人才工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室推出“一把手談人才”專欄,邀請各部門主要負責(zé)同志暢談在人才工作方面的主要舉措和工作思路,共同譜寫城市與人才相互成就的精彩篇章。
自6月份以來,已有34位“一把手”通過專訪,分享了各自部門在人才工作方面的經(jīng)驗和做法。系列專訪不僅展示了濟南市在人才工作方面的豐富實踐和積極探索,也讓我們更加清晰地看到濟南市作為青年才俊匯聚之地、四海英才逐夢之城的獨特魅力和廣闊前景。
Talent is of great importance among the resources essential for driving high-quality development. In recent years, Jinan has deeply recognized the significance of talent in urban development. Consequently, it has actively implemented a strategy aimed at reinforcing the city with talent, striving to become a beacon that attracts exceptional individuals. During this process, Jinan adheres to the principle of "attracting talents from all over the world to the City of Springs." The city has been continuously innovating and refining its talent policies, endeavoring to provide the best services and strongest support to talents of all kinds.
To further enhance the development environment for talent, Jinan continues to refine its "The City of Springs, No Worries for People" full-cycle talent service brand, by providing all-round and multi-level services to ensure that talents can work and live with peace of mind in Jinan. Additionally, Jinan has dedicated itself to establishing a comprehensive talent attraction and recruitment system, which includes a festival, a competition, a conference, a ceremony, a publication, and a talent program. Through a variety of events, it continually broadens the channels for talent introduction, enhancing both the quality and efficiency of the process.
To effectively promote the advancement of talent work across the city to new heights, the Talent Office of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee launched a special column titled ’Leaders’ Discussion on Talent’ during the second ’Haiyou Talent Festival’. It invites key officials from various departments to discuss their major measures and strategies in talent work, aiming to elevate the city’s talent efforts to new heights and together write a remarkable chapter of mutual achievement between the city and its talents.
Since June, 34 key officials have shared their experiences and practices in talent work through interviews. These interviews not only showcase Jinan’s extensive practice and active exploration in talent work but also highlight its unique charm and broad prospects as a city where young talents converge and where talents from all over the world pursue their dreams.
