丁姣：用畫筆為城市添彩

在2024屆濟南市大學生畢業(yè)典禮上，中共山東省委常委、濟南市委書記劉強的致辭中再度提到了一個熟悉的名字——丁姣。

早在2年前的2022屆濟南市大學生畢業(yè)典禮上，她的奮斗故事就曾激勵了在場的大學畢業(yè)生。

丁姣的人生經(jīng)歷充滿了挑戰(zhàn)。她在2歲時因脊椎血管瘤手術(shù)成為高位截癱患者，但她并沒有向命運低頭。歷經(jīng)多次手術(shù)和多年艱苦康復訓練，丁姣創(chuàng)造了能夠獨立行走的“醫(yī)學奇跡”。在這個過程中，動漫成為了她生活中的一束光，照亮了那段灰暗的日子。

2013年，丁姣考取了山東輕工職業(yè)學院世博動漫學院的動漫專業(yè)，正式踏上了自己的漫畫之路。大學期間，丁姣的才華得到了進一步的展現(xiàn)。2014年，以其自身成長經(jīng)歷為素材的漫畫作品《懦懦的夢》，在第十六屆齊魯國際動漫藝術(shù)博覽會上榮獲原創(chuàng)漫畫金獎。

2016畢業(yè)后，丁姣選擇來到濟南，加入山東世博華創(chuàng)動漫傳媒有限公司成為了一名漫畫師。畫畫對于丁姣而言不僅僅是興趣愛好，更像是一種信仰，一種力量，她通過畫筆去表達自我，去描繪自己腦海里的天馬行空，去宣泄對祖國、對濟南、對所有美好事物的熱愛。她與濟南的故事，也在其創(chuàng)作的一筆一畫間愈加豐富多彩。

2年前，丁姣用手中的畫筆向泉城市民傳遞了戰(zhàn)“疫”必勝的信心。扁鵲、辛棄疾、秦瓊，當濟南人手一張的核酸檢測貼紙變成了動畫人物傳遍網(wǎng)絡(luò)，作為貼紙肖像設(shè)計者的丁姣火出了“圈”。

東京殘奧會期間，丁姣利用一個多月的時間，為獲得金牌的中國殘奧運動員一口氣繪制了96幅漫畫，獲得了很多殘奧運動員的收藏和點贊。這組漫畫像作品也讓她得到了國際殘奧委員會的關(guān)注，并在次年特邀她創(chuàng)作北京2022年冬殘奧會主題的系列漫畫，那些生動、傳神又不失可愛的比賽瞬間定格再次火爆全網(wǎng)。

濟南不僅是丁姣生活的地方，更給予了她創(chuàng)作的舞臺。這些年來，丁姣設(shè)計了濟南城市IP形象的消費季吉祥物“多多”“花花”，濟南市婦聯(lián)IP形象“泉小荷”、濟鐵旅服IP形象“鐵寶兒”；參與了濟南飛機場IP形象“清泉朵朵”、濟南投促局IP“大舜小象”等多個重要IP的設(shè)計工作。這些作品讓丁姣的名字與這座城市緊密相連，她的努力和才華也得到了更廣泛的認可。

2023年，丁姣被中共濟南市委人才工作領(lǐng)導小組辦公室認定為首批哲學社會科學、文化藝術(shù)、體育高層次人才，頒發(fā)了泉城人才服務(wù)金卡，享受濟南市D類人才待遇。

“感覺有點像做夢，我只是一名漫畫師，從來沒有想過會被濟南市認定為人才?！?意外的身份轉(zhuǎn)變讓丁姣在開心和激動之余，更以為是一種前進的動力。她深知，這一榮譽不僅代表著過去的成就，更意味著未來的責任和挑戰(zhàn)?！斑@對我來說是一個新征程的起點，我會以此為契機，更加努力提高自己的專業(yè)水平，在未來的工作中，發(fā)揮自己的專業(yè)特長，多多為濟南宣傳，為濟南建設(shè)貢獻自己的力量?！?/p>

近日，丁姣以16位濟南名士為原型創(chuàng)作了系列主題漫畫，被山東世博華創(chuàng)動漫傳媒有限公司制作成了文創(chuàng)書簽。趙孟頫、張養(yǎng)浩、伏生、李清照……16位“古代人才”在丁姣這位“新生代海右人才”的筆下變得Q萌可愛，少了幾分神秘，多了一絲親切。

“濟南名士多，我想通過我的畫筆，讓更多人了解這些歷史人物的故事?！倍℃榻B。創(chuàng)作這一系列作品時，她查閱了大量歷史資料，用Q萌的形象，讓歷史人物走進人們的生活。

濟南是一個剛剛好的城市，在這里工作生活了8年的丁姣深有體會?！皾辖o外來人員一種家的感覺，會讓我們覺得很親切，沒有陌生感，可以很快地融入這個城市。而且最近幾年濟南的人才政策越來越開放、包容、多元，讓越來越多的年輕人相信三百六十行，行行出狀元。”在丁姣看來，在濟南著力打造人人皆可成才、人人皆可出彩的濃厚氛圍下，一定會有更多像她一樣的年輕人選擇來到濟南、留在濟南。

如今，扎根濟南的丁姣早已把這座城市當成了自己的第二故鄉(xiāng)?！拔野盐覍系臒釔鄱甲兂闪宋以O(shè)計的吉祥物中的那一縷清泉，那一朵荷花，那一雙雙含笑的眼睛。我愛濟南，我愛我生活的故鄉(xiāng)?！?/p>

At the graduation ceremony of university students of the Class of 2024 in Jinan， Liu Qiang， memb--er of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and Secretary of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee once again mentioned a familiar name in his speech - Ding Jiao. Two years prior in Jinan， her inspiring story had motivated the graduates in attendance at the graduation ceremony for the Class of 2022.

Ding Jiao’s life is a tapestry woven with challenges. At the tender age of two， she underwent surgery for a spinal hemangioma that resulted in tetraplegia， but she never succumbed to her circumstances. Through a series of surgeries and years of arduous rehabilitation， Ding Jiao defied the odds and crafted her own “medical miracle” by gaining the ability to walk independently. Throughout this journey， animation served as a beacon of light in her life， casting away the shadows of those somber days.

In 2013， Ding Jiao was accepted into the Animation Department of the Shibo Animation Institute at Shandong Light Industry Vocational College， thus beginning her journey in the world of comics. Upon graduating in 2016， she chose to relocate to Jinan and joined Shandong Shibo Huachuang Animation Media Co.， Ltd. as a comic artist. Since then， her story with Jinan has been enriched with every line and brushstroke of her creations.

Two years ago， Ding Jiao employed her artistic skills to convey to the residents of Jinan her unwavering confidence in overcoming the pandemic. When the nucleic acid testing stickers featuring historical figures like Bian Que， Xin Qiji， and Qin Qiong， which were designed by Jinan residents， transformed into animated characters and spread widely online， Ding Jiao， the designer of these sticker portraits， gained fame beyond her immediate circle. During the Tokyo Paralympic Games， Ding Jiao dedicated over a month to crafting 96 comics in tribute to the Chinese Paralympic athletes who secured gold medals. Her heartfelt work was met with admiration， earning the admiration， collections， and accolades of many Paralympic athletes.

Jinan is not only the home for Ding Jiao but also a platform for her creative aspiration. Throughout the years， she has crafted the seasonal consumption mascots “Duo Duo” and “Hua Hua” for Jinan， the mascot“Quan Xiao He” for the Jinan Women’s Federation， and the mascot “Tie Bao Er” for Jinan Railway Travel Service. She has also been involved in designing notable mascots such as “Qing Quan Duo Duo” for Jinan Airport and “Da Shun Xiao Xiang” for the Jinan Investment Promotion Bureau. These creations have intertwined her name with the city’s identity， garnering broader recognition for her diligence and talent.

In 2023， Ding Jiao was identified by the Leading Group Office for Talent Work of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee as one of the first batches of high-level talents in new employment patterns and in the fields of philosophy， social sciences， culture， arts， and sports. She was awarded the Quancheng Talent Service Gold Card， granting her access to the benefits accorded to Class D talents in Jinan.

Ding Jiao understands that this honor signifies not only past accomplishments but also future responsibilities and challenges. “For me， this is the beginning of a new journey， and I will seize this opportunity to diligently enhance my professional skills. In my future endeavors， I will leverage my professional expertise to contribute more to promoting overall development of Jinan.”

Recently， Ding Jiao created a series of themed cartoons featuring 16 prominent figures from Jinan， which were turned into cultural bookmarks. Zhang Yanghao， Fusheng， Li Qingzhao...these 16 “ancient talents” have been given a charming， Q-version makeover by Ding Jiao， the “new-generation talent of Haiyou，” making them less mysterious and more endearing.

“Jinan is rich with famous figures， and I want to use my illustrations to introduce more people to the stories of these historical personalities，” Ding Jiao explained. In creating this series， she delved into extensive historical research， using cute designs to bring these historical figures closer to everyday life.

Jinan is a city that strikes the perfect balance， a sentiment echoed by Ding Jiao， who has been living and working there for eight years. “Jinan offers newcomers a sense of belonging， making us feel at ease and not alienated， and enabling us to blend into the city quickly. In recent years， Jinan’s talent policies have become increasingly open and embracing of diversity， which encourages young people to believe that excellence can be achieved in any field.” Ding Jiao is convinced that with Jinan’s dedication to fostering a vibrant atmosphere where everyone can excel and stand out， more young individuals like herself will opt to come and stay in Jinan， contributing to its dynamic community.

Now deeply rooted in Jinan， Ding Jiao considers this city her second home. “I’ve poured all my affection for Jinan into the mascots I design—the clear springs， the lotus blossoms， and the pairs of smiling eyes，” she says. “I love Jinan， I love the hometown in which I live.”

大舜，中華民族的人文始祖，三皇五帝之一。從史書記載的“舜耕歷山”到濟南古稱“舜城”，從濟南古城的兩條母親河歷水與娥英水，到如今遍布城市的“舜跡”，大舜自古至今都是這座城市引以為傲的歷史人物。

鮑叔牙，春秋時齊國大夫。他知人善任，舉管仲以自代，甘居下位，史稱“管鮑之交”。相傳，昔日濟南東郊15公里鮑山下有一座石城，名叫“鮑城”，是鮑叔牙食邑所在。其墓亦在鮑山下。

閔子騫，名損，字子騫，春秋時期魯國人，孔門七十二賢之一，以孝聞名?？鬃臃Q贊說：“孝哉，閔子騫！人不間于其父母昆弟之言?！?074年，齊州太守李肅之在墓前建祠祭祀（現(xiàn)濟南閔子騫路）。

扁鵲，姬姓，秦氏，名越人，春秋戰(zhàn)國時期盧國名醫(yī)。濟南鵲華煙雨中的鵲山即因扁鵲在此煉丹而得名，山下有扁鵲墓；又濟南藥山有藥王祠，祠扁鵲。

鄒衍，有“談天衍”之稱，戰(zhàn)國末期齊國人（今山東省濟南市章丘區(qū)相公莊鎮(zhèn)郝莊），五行創(chuàng)始人，戰(zhàn)國時期哲學家、陰陽家代表人物。其思想“陰陽五行說”最為著名。

終軍，字子云，西漢濟南人。今濟南南部仲宮即終軍出生地。終軍著述見于史載有8篇，其后散佚，清代學者馬國翰輯得4篇，流傳于世。

伏生，名勝，字子賤，秦漢時人。伏生保藏、傳授《尚書》，“挽斯文于不墜”，開創(chuàng)兩漢經(jīng)學。伏氏家族，在秦漢時期，歷400余年，世傳經(jīng)學，號為“伏不斗”，對中國儒家經(jīng)學文化影響至為深遠。

房玄齡，名喬，字玄齡，唐朝政治家、史學家，凌煙閣二十四功臣之一。章丘區(qū)相公街道房莊村為其祖籍。其才華和忠誠為唐朝的繁榮穩(wěn)定做出了重要貢獻，被譽為“大唐第一宰相”。

秦瓊，字叔寶，齊州歷城（濟南）人，隋末唐初大將，凌煙閣二十四功臣之一。曾追隨唐高祖李淵父子為大唐王朝的穩(wěn)固南北征戰(zhàn)，立下汗馬功勞。民間與尉遲恭為傳統(tǒng)門神。

杜甫，字子美，自號少陵野老，祖籍襄陽（今湖北襄陽市）。天寶四年（745），詩圣杜甫來到濟南。時任北海太守的李邕設(shè)宴款待，杜甫當席賦詩《陪李北海宴歷下亭》，“海右此亭古，濟南名士多”的名句自此千古流傳。

李清照，千古第一才女，號易安居士，與辛棄疾并稱“濟南二安”，宋齊州章丘（今山東濟南章丘西北）人，居濟南。在趵突泉公園有李清照紀念館，章丘區(qū)百脈泉公園有李清照故居。

辛棄疾，字幼安，中年后別號稼軒，南宋將領(lǐng)，山東濟南府歷城縣人。辛棄疾是豪放派詞人代表，有“詞中之龍”之稱，與蘇軾合稱“蘇辛”，與李清照并稱“濟南二安”。歷城區(qū)遙墻鎮(zhèn)四風閘村南有辛棄疾紀念館。

趙孟頫，字子昂，號松雪道人，吳興（今浙江湖州）人，南宋末至元初著名書法家、畫家、詩人。曾任同知濟南路總管府事，其詩《趵突泉》頸聯(lián)“云霧潤蒸華不注，波濤聲震大明湖”，今刻掛于趵突泉泉池北岸濼源堂的楹柱上，其畫《鵲華秋色圖》聞名于世。

張養(yǎng)浩，號云莊，又稱齊東野人，元代著名政治家，文學家，代表作品有《三事忠告》、散曲《山坡羊·潼關(guān)懷古》等。濟南西濼河路有文忠園，是張養(yǎng)浩的墓，為山東省重點文物保護單位。

鐵鉉，字鼎石，元回回人后裔，歷任山東布政使、兵部尚書等。因靖難之役，抗擊燕王朱棣而得以保濟南城平安，最后被朱棣處以磔刑（凌遲）而亡。乾隆五十七年（1792），山東鹽運使阿林保在濟南大明湖畔北岸修建了鐵公祠。

李攀龍，號滄溟，字于鱗，明代濟南歷城韓倉人?？釔酃糯霓o，其創(chuàng)建的“歷下詩派”在文學上獨樹一幟，為“后七子”領(lǐng)袖人物。其與白雪樓的故事，仍在濟南廣為流傳。
