為展現(xiàn)電商人才的活力與風采,推動濟南直播電商行業(yè)的健康快速發(fā)展,“海右人才節(jié)”期間,首屆濟南青年人才直播電商技能大賽、第二屆濟南市鄉(xiāng)村振興人才直播電商技能大賽等一系列精品活動在一片期待與熱忱中拉開了帷幕。
來自各行各業(yè)的青年才俊齊聚一堂,電商主播們或風趣幽默,或充滿激情,用各具特色的語言和表達方式,使出渾身解數(shù),全方位給直播間的觀眾展示著商品的魅力與獨特之處,妙語連珠、精彩不斷。
在濟南,還活躍著這樣一群新農(nóng)人主播。
他們搶抓發(fā)展新機遇,與直播電商平臺共舞,通過直播間為當?shù)剞r(nóng)產(chǎn)品打開了賣到全國各地的新銷路,讓手機成為“新農(nóng)具”,數(shù)據(jù)成為“新農(nóng)資”,直播帶貨成為泉城“新農(nóng)活”。
第二屆濟南市鄉(xiāng)村振興人才直播電商技能大賽就是他們最好的舞臺。
參賽選手中,既有在濟南扎根多年、卓有成效的“鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)客”“土專家”,也有遠在他鄉(xiāng)、情系家鄉(xiāng)的大學生、創(chuàng)業(yè)者,進入決賽的選手中,“80后”“90后”占六成,更有5名“00后”。歷時27天,眾多選手通過抖音、快手、視頻號等直播平臺,展示了作為“新農(nóng)人”的直播帶貨技巧以及對濟南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的理解。
“今天,我為家人們帶來的是來自平陰的玫瑰鮮花餅,想要嘗試一下玫瑰香的家人們,請把彈幕刷起來……”在桂花小哥呂星振的直播間內,熱情洋溢的直播吸引了不少網(wǎng)民的關注和點贊。
“作為一名新農(nóng)人,在參賽過程中,我實實在在地感受到了濟南農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的壯大,也感受到了濟南農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品的豐富多樣和獨特魅力。通過參加這次大賽,希望在我們‘太平寶西瓜’的種植和銷售中,也能充分發(fā)揮電商直播的作用,把咱們濟南優(yōu)質農(nóng)產(chǎn)品推廣出去?!眮碜詽闲屡f動能轉換起步區(qū)的參賽選手秦翠萍說。
During the Haiyou Talent Festival, a series of premier events kicked off, including the 1st Jinan Young Talent Live E-commerce Skills Competition and the 2nd Jinan Rural Revitalization Talent Live E-commerce Skills Competition. Young talents from diverse fields converged, and live streaming hosts, with their varied styles - humorous or heartfelt - left no effort untried to showcase the allure and uniqueness of the products to the audience.
In Jinan, a vibrant group of new-age farmers who have embraced live streaming has emerged. Capitalizing on emerging opportunities, they thrive with live e-commerce platforms, utilizing their live streaming studios to carve out new markets for local agricultural products across the country. They have transformed smartphones into ‘new farming tools’, data into ‘new agricultural resources’, and live-streaming sales into the ‘new agricultural practice’ of the City of Springs.
The 2nd Jinan Rural Revitalization Talent Live E-commerce Skills Competition serves as the ideal platform. During over 27 days, numerous contestants demonstrated their skills as ‘new farmers’ in live-streaming sales and their deep understanding of Jinan’s agricultural products through live streaming platforms such as TikTok, Kwai, and WeChat channels.
