城市與大學(xué)對話 探索校地融合新“打法”

對話會上，中國科學(xué)院大學(xué)黨委常委、副校長金德鵬，上海交通大學(xué)黨委常委、副校長張安勝，吉林大學(xué)黨委常務(wù)副書記馮正玉，中南大學(xué)黨委常委、副校長郭學(xué)益，新加坡南洋理工大學(xué)公共管理研究生院副院長王航圍繞“發(fā)展共生·創(chuàng)新共贏”作深化校地合作主題發(fā)言。

于海田代表中共濟(jì)南市委、市政府向各位院士專家、高校負(fù)責(zé)人長期以來對濟(jì)南發(fā)展的關(guān)心支持表示感謝。他說，近年來，濟(jì)南全方位深化與高校的合作共建，大力引進(jìn)教育、科技、人才資源，實(shí)現(xiàn)了城市與高校良性互動、雙向賦能。當(dāng)前，濟(jì)南大力實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，全面推進(jìn)科教強(qiáng)市、人才興市，加快建設(shè)“強(qiáng)新優(yōu)富美高”新時代社會主義現(xiàn)代化強(qiáng)省會，這些都離不開高校的積極參與和鼎力支持。真誠希望大家暢所欲言、集思廣益，對濟(jì)南更好實(shí)現(xiàn)城市與大學(xué)融合發(fā)展多提寶貴意見。濟(jì)南將以強(qiáng)省會建設(shè)的扎實(shí)成效，為高校發(fā)展提供全方位服務(wù)保障，不斷深化拓展與國內(nèi)外知名院校的交流合作，主動完善城xVQ2wTOb2x9T1bolAO7v/w==市與高校共建互動機(jī)制，推動城市與大學(xué)同頻共振、深度融合、共建共贏，攜手譜寫校地高質(zhì)量發(fā)展嶄新篇章。

活動現(xiàn)場，濟(jì)南市與中國人民大學(xué)、上海交通大學(xué)分別簽訂校地人才工作合作協(xié)議。

院士代表，部分國內(nèi)外重點(diǎn)高校負(fù)責(zé)同志，有關(guān)省直部門、省屬國有企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)同志，市領(lǐng)導(dǎo)陳陽、戴龍成、任廣鋒，市政府秘書長韓振國，市直有關(guān)部門、區(qū)縣負(fù)責(zé)同志等參加活動。

On June 12th， the “City-University” Dialogue， a key event of the second “Haiyou Talent Festival，” was held in Jinan. It aimed to explore novel approaches， philosophies， and mechanisms for the synergistic innovation and high-quality development of urban and academic fields. Yu Haitian， Deputy Secretary of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee and Mayor of Jinan， delivered a keynote address. Guo Xinli， Vice-President of the China Society for Higher Education， and Ren Youqun， Secretary of the Party Committee at Shandong University， attended the meeting， with Yang Feng， Deputy Secretary of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee， presiding over the proceedings.

The dialogue featured distinguished speakers who shared their insights on the theme of “Coordinated Development and Mutually Beneficial Innovation.” At the event， the CPC Jinan Municipal Government forged collaborative agreements with Renmin University of China and Shanghai Jiao Tong University to enhance school-local talent initiatives.
