日前，《濟(jì)南人才發(fā)展藍(lán)皮書（2024）》出版發(fā)布，為濟(jì)南在構(gòu)建全省人才集聚雁陣格局中走在前、助力打造黃河流域人才集聚高地提供了理論支撐和智力支持。
6月27日，作為第二屆“海右人才節(jié)”系列精品活動(dòng)之一，《濟(jì)南人才發(fā)展藍(lán)皮書（2024）》出版發(fā)布座談會(huì)召開。來(lái)自山東社會(huì)科學(xué)院、山東大學(xué)、山東師范大學(xué)、濟(jì)南大學(xué)、山東財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)等駐濟(jì)高校、智庫(kù)的專家學(xué)者和有關(guān)領(lǐng)域人才代表圍繞《濟(jì)南人才發(fā)展藍(lán)皮書（2024）》研究成果和2023年濟(jì)南人才工作情況進(jìn)行了深入座談交流，對(duì)藍(lán)皮書的編撰出版給予了充分肯定，并結(jié)合濟(jì)南人才工作實(shí)際提出了意見建議。
《濟(jì)南人才發(fā)展藍(lán)皮書（2024）》共十一章。在主題方面，緊緊圍繞濟(jì)南人才工作創(chuàng)新這一主題，突出創(chuàng)新在人才工作中的核心地位，聚焦人才政策創(chuàng)新和舉措關(guān)鍵支撐、人才工作創(chuàng)新路徑和機(jī)制、人才工作成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和做法等方面，系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了2023年濟(jì)南人才工作的創(chuàng)新成效，全面描繪了濟(jì)南人才工作的整體格局，展現(xiàn)濟(jì)南人才工作的創(chuàng)新特色；在內(nèi)容方面，緊貼濟(jì)南人才工作實(shí)際，在廣泛調(diào)研和深入思考的基礎(chǔ)上，以嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)难芯靠蚣?、?zhǔn)確的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)對(duì)濟(jì)南人才發(fā)展的總體情況、人才政策、“海右人才”品牌、人才服務(wù)體系、區(qū)縣及各領(lǐng)域人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)情況、“四鏈”融合探索與實(shí)踐、重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)人才需求和人才發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了全方位多角度的分析，有助于摸清濟(jì)南市人才“家底”，為挖掘全市人才資源潛力、科學(xué)精準(zhǔn)配置人才資源、引進(jìn)培養(yǎng)使用人才提供了科學(xué)指導(dǎo)。
《濟(jì)南人才發(fā)展藍(lán)皮書（2024）》既是一部人才工作者的工具書，也是一部研究人才工作的理論專著，具有很強(qiáng)的針對(duì)性、指導(dǎo)性和可操作性，對(duì)全市人才工作創(chuàng)新發(fā)展將發(fā)揮十分重要的作用。
Recently， the Blue Book on Talent Development in Jinan （2024）（hereinafter referred to as the “Blue Book”） has been published， providing both theoretical and intellectual supports， as Jinan assumes a vanguard role in shaping the provincial talent aggregation paradigm and contributes to the establishment of a premier talent hub within the Yellow River Basin.
On June 27th， as one of the series of splendid events of the second“Haiyou Talent Festival，” a symposium for the publication and release of the “Blue Book” was held. Experts and scholars from Shandong Academy of Social Sciences， Shandong University， Shandong Normal University， University of Jinan， Shandong University of Finance and Economics， along with representatives from other Jinan-based universities， think tanks， and relevant talent sectors， engaged in profound discussions and exchanges regarding the research outcomes of the “Blue Book” and the status of Jinan’s talent work in 2023. They fully endorsed the compilation and publication of the Blue Book and provided suggestions and recommendations based on the practical aspects of talent work in Jinan.
The “Blue Book” is not only a practical handbook for talent professionals but also a theoretical monograph for talent work. Characterized by its relevance， guidance， and practicality， it will play a pivotal role in driving the innovative development of talent work throughout Jinan.
