一直以來(lái)，濟(jì)南是設(shè)身處地為學(xué)子們考慮的，這座城市一直在努力為人才栽培“熱帶雨林”。

隨著“海右人才節(jié)”的盛大啟幕，一系列精心策劃的活動(dòng)在駐濟(jì)高校相繼展開(kāi)。這不僅是濟(jì)南提升駐濟(jì)高校大學(xué)生留濟(jì)率、吸引青年才俊的創(chuàng)新之舉，更是這座城市向莘莘學(xué)子發(fā)出的誠(chéng)摯邀請(qǐng)與堅(jiān)定承諾。

夢(mèng)想啟航的號(hào)角

“海右人才駐濟(jì)高校行”巡回宣講活動(dòng)，如同一場(chǎng)精心編排的交響樂(lè)，在濟(jì)南的各大高校間奏響。

它以幾十所駐濟(jì)高校為陣地，邀請(qǐng)知名企業(yè)家、行業(yè)專(zhuān)家、優(yōu)秀校友等，分享個(gè)人成長(zhǎng)經(jīng)歷、職業(yè)規(guī)劃心得以及濟(jì)南的就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境，通過(guò)面對(duì)面的交流、生動(dòng)的案例分享、深入的互動(dòng)問(wèn)答，讓學(xué)子們不僅了解了濟(jì)南的歷史文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，更被這座城市對(duì)人才的渴望與尊重所深深打動(dòng)，。

“為了讓世界看到濟(jì)南的量子通信成果，我們憑著一股韌勁，‘關(guān)關(guān)難過(guò)關(guān)關(guān)過(guò)’?！泵鎸?duì)青年學(xué)子，濟(jì)南量子技術(shù)研究院副院長(zhǎng)、歷下區(qū)科技副區(qū)長(zhǎng)周飛講述了他的團(tuán)隊(duì)助力濟(jì)南量子從無(wú)到有、從有到優(yōu)、從優(yōu)到強(qiáng)的艱辛故事。

山東師范大學(xué)應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生王雯漪回想起她在濟(jì)南的七年求學(xué)之路時(shí)說(shuō)：“我感受到了濟(jì)南的熱情和變化，這里有著廣闊的發(fā)展前景，帶給了我滿(mǎn)滿(mǎn)的愛(ài)與包容，也見(jiàn)證了我的青春成長(zhǎng)。未來(lái)，我愿與這座城市一起成長(zhǎng)?！痹谌松木駬衤房冢x擇了留在濟(jì)南，與城市共成長(zhǎng)。

像王雯漪一樣，在宣講會(huì)上，有不少學(xué)子向濟(jì)南“表白”：“濟(jì)南不僅是一座很美的城市，也是一座很溫暖的城市?！薄叭粘Ｉ钪?，處處可以感受到濟(jì)南的熱情?！?/p>

這個(gè)熱烈的仲夏，夢(mèng)想啟航的號(hào)角正在每一位宣講人的口中吹響，而濟(jì)南的“未來(lái)故事”也將從這里“啟航”。

實(shí)踐出真知的舞臺(tái)

如果說(shuō)“海右人才駐濟(jì)高校行”是夢(mèng)想的啟航，那么“大學(xué)生追夢(mèng)濟(jì)南”暑期實(shí)訓(xùn)營(yíng)則是夢(mèng)想照進(jìn)現(xiàn)實(shí)的橋梁。隨著暑假的來(lái)臨，7月15日，“大學(xué)生追夢(mèng)濟(jì)南”暑期實(shí)訓(xùn)營(yíng)正式開(kāi)營(yíng)。

此次實(shí)訓(xùn)營(yíng)面向清華大學(xué)、中國(guó)人民大學(xué)、浙江大學(xué)、武漢大學(xué)、西安交通大學(xué)等國(guó)內(nèi)頂尖學(xué)府，精心選拔了93名品學(xué)兼優(yōu)、綜合素質(zhì)出類(lèi)拔萃的在校大學(xué)生。他們?cè)诮酉聛?lái)的一個(gè)月里，深入濟(jì)南市有關(guān)企事業(yè)單位一線(xiàn)，參與實(shí)際工作項(xiàng)目，體驗(yàn)從理論到實(shí)踐的跨越。

這一個(gè)月的時(shí)間，對(duì)于每一位參與實(shí)訓(xùn)的大學(xué)生而言，都是一次難得的成長(zhǎng)機(jī)遇。期間，學(xué)子們不僅能夠接觸到最新的技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)，更能在實(shí)踐中學(xué)習(xí)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作、項(xiàng)目管理等職場(chǎng)必備技能。

他們將深入濟(jì)南市的經(jīng)濟(jì)命脈，從新興產(chǎn)業(yè)到傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)，全方位、多角度地感受這座城市的脈動(dòng)與活力。這些寶貴的經(jīng)歷無(wú)疑將成為他們未來(lái)職業(yè)生涯中不可多得的財(cái)富。

對(duì)于他們而言，這次實(shí)訓(xùn)營(yíng)不僅是一場(chǎng)知識(shí)的盛宴，更是實(shí)踐出真知的舞臺(tái)。

With the opening of the ‘Haiyou Talent Festival，’ a series of elaborately organized events have nourished the soil of universities in Jinan like a gentle spring breeze and refreshing rain. These initiatives are not merely an innovative step to enhance the retention rate of university students in Jinan and attract young talents； they also represent a sincere invitation and a steadfast commitment to the city’s future.

The call for dream setting sail

The ‘Haiyou Talents Touring Universities in Jinan’ is like a well-orchestrated symphony throughout the major colleges and universities in Jinan.

With a number of universities in Jinan as its foundation， renowned entrepreneurs， industry experts， and distinguished alumni are invited to share their personal growth stories， insights into career planning， and perspectives on Jinan’s employment and entrepreneurial environment. Face-to-face exchanges， vivid case studies， and engaging Q&A sessions are conducted. Students not only gain an understanding of Jinan’s rich history and thriving cultural landscape， but also develop a deep appreciation for the city’s earnest desire and profound respect for talent.

During these seminars， students expressed their affection for Jinan： ‘Jinan is a charming and warm city.’ ‘The warmth of Jinan can be felt in every aspect of daily life.’

A platform for genuine insight

If the ‘Haiyou Talents Touring Universities in Jinan’ marks the beginning of aspirations， then the “Dream Chaser in Jinan” Summer Internship Camp stands as the instrument that transforms dreams into reality. As the summer season arrived， the camp opened on July 15th.

This month-long experience was a unique opportunity for every student to flourish. During this time， they were able to gain access to the latest advancements in technology， products， and services， and also immersed themselves in obtaining essential professional skills such as team collaboration and project management through hands-on learning.

For them， this camp was not merely a feast of intellectual enrichment but also a stage where knowledge starts with practice.
