6月19日,第十屆女科學家論壇暨清照論壇·女性領導力論壇在濟南市章丘區(qū)成功舉辦。該論壇由濟南籍女科學家、中國科學院院士、深圳醫(yī)學科學院院長顏寧教授發(fā)起,自2015年起已連續(xù)舉辦9屆。
作為濟南第二屆“海右人才節(jié)”的重要活動之一,本屆論壇以“如何培養(yǎng)女性領導力、如何破除性別困境及生物醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的發(fā)展”為主題,邀請學術界、企業(yè)界、投資界等10余位具有廣泛影響力的女性專家參與,旨在匯聚科學界杰出女性領導者,分享成功經(jīng)驗與面臨的挑戰(zhàn),共同探討如何支持、培養(yǎng)、激勵女性科學家,提升更多女性科研人員領導力和影響力,激勵更多女性施展才華、勇敢出彩。
生物化學與分子生物學家,中國科學院院士,中國科學院生物物理研究所研究員、博士生導師王志珍;中國科協(xié)榮譽委員,中國自然科學博物館學會名譽理事長,中國女科技工作者協(xié)會名譽副會長程東紅;中國科學院院士,深圳醫(yī)學科學院院長,深圳灣實驗室主任,清華大學生命科學學院講席教授顏寧等中外頂尖科學家和產(chǎn)業(yè)界精英參加。
中共濟南市委常委、組織部部長陳陽出席活動并致辭。她表示,近年來,濟南深入踐行“天下泉城聚天下英才”理念,著力構(gòu)筑“天下泉城、人來無憂”全生命周期人才服務體系,推出人才政策“雙30條”等一系列政策舉措,形成了“近悅遠來”的良好人才生態(tài)。在城市與人才的雙向奔赴中,廣大女性人才積極投身科技創(chuàng)新最前沿、經(jīng)濟建設主戰(zhàn)場、社會發(fā)展各領域,頑強拼搏、傾情奉獻,盡顯“巾幗風采”。在濟南,女性人才數(shù)量已超過130萬,女性和城市共成長,演繹出“女性更出彩、泉城更精彩”的生動畫卷。
來自駐章高校、駐地生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)、本地女性人才、優(yōu)秀教師和學生代表、優(yōu)秀醫(yī)務工作者及生物醫(yī)藥領域相關人才共計200多人共同參加活動。

On June 19th, the 10th Women Scientists Forum and Qingzhao Forum -Women’s Leadership Forum was successfully held in Zhangqiu District, Jinan. The forum, initiated by Professor Yan Ning -a Jinan-born female scientist, a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the founding president of the Shenzhen Medical Academy of Research and Translation - has been held for nine consecutive years since 2015.
Under the theme of “Cultivating Female Leadership, Over8HdYGypaSM3y9FU80RoDa+Qp69c9LecchJKkoKV8gQc=coming Gender Dilemmas, and Advancing the Biomedical Industry,” this year’s forum invited over ten influential female experts from academia, business, and investment circles. Its objective is to convene distinguished female leaders in the scientific community, facilitating the sharing of their experiences and the challenges they’ve faced, while exploring paths to support, nurture, and inspire female scientists. The ultimate goal is to elevate the leadership and impact of a larger number of female researchers and encourage more women to showcase their talents and excel. Furthermore, guests from the biomedical industry discussed their research findings and industry insights, fostering cross-sector collaboration and innovation within the biomedical field.
