新華社北京6月19日電 記者19日從公安部獲悉，近日，公安部部署遼寧省公安機(jī)關(guān)對(duì)美方通報(bào)的佟某某涉毒洗錢線索開展工作，依法以涉嫌非法經(jīng)營（外匯）犯罪立案偵查。經(jīng)查，2017年以來，佟某某等人在美國開設(shè)車行銷售汽車并為購車客戶提供人民幣和美元兌換服務(wù)，后期轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閷ｉT從事非法買賣外匯等犯罪活動(dòng)。該犯罪嫌疑人已被公安機(jī)關(guān)抓獲，案件正在進(jìn)一步偵辦中。此案是近期中美禁毒合作的成功案例。（來源：新華社）

150名在緬甸大其力地區(qū)實(shí)施跨境電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙的犯罪

嫌疑人被移交我方

為持續(xù)深入推進(jìn)打擊緬北涉我電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙犯罪專項(xiàng)行動(dòng)，進(jìn)一步清剿犯罪窩點(diǎn)、緝捕涉詐人員，近日，公安部強(qiáng)化與緬甸相關(guān)執(zhí)法部門的警務(wù)執(zhí)法合作，推動(dòng)開展打擊行動(dòng)，成功搗毀10個(gè)位于大其力地區(qū)的電詐窩點(diǎn)，抓獲150名實(shí)施跨境電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙的中國籍犯罪嫌疑人，其中網(wǎng)上在逃人員14名。目前，全部犯罪嫌疑人及涉案物品已通過云南西雙版納打洛口岸移交我方。

去年以來，為堅(jiān)決遏制緬北涉我電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙犯罪多發(fā)高發(fā)態(tài)勢，公安部持續(xù)深化與緬甸相關(guān)執(zhí)法部門的警務(wù)執(zhí)法合作，聯(lián)合開展了一系列打擊行動(dòng)，累計(jì)4.9萬名中國籍涉詐犯罪嫌疑人被成功抓獲并移交我方。受打擊行動(dòng)震懾，一些電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙分子向大其力等地分散轉(zhuǎn)移。近日，在公安部大力推動(dòng)下，緬甸相關(guān)執(zhí)法部門在大其力地區(qū)成功抓獲150名中國籍電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙犯罪嫌疑人。經(jīng)查，該批犯罪嫌疑人藏匿于大其力地區(qū)一處電詐園區(qū)內(nèi)，冒充軍人通過交友方式實(shí)施虛假投資理財(cái)詐騙。目前，公安部已部署貴州公安機(jī)關(guān)將犯罪嫌疑人押回，全力開展案件偵辦工作。

公安部有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人表示，公安機(jī)關(guān)將始終保持對(duì)此類犯罪的高壓嚴(yán)打態(tài)勢，決心不變、力度不減，不斷強(qiáng)化警務(wù)執(zhí)法合作，不斷加大打擊力度，深入組織專案攻堅(jiān)，全面清剿詐騙窩點(diǎn)，依法緝捕涉詐人員，堅(jiān)決遏制跨境電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙犯罪高發(fā)態(tài)勢，切實(shí)維護(hù)人民群眾財(cái)產(chǎn)安全和合法權(quán)益。（來源：公安部網(wǎng)站）

150 Telecom Fraud Suspects Handed over to China by Myanmar

BEIJING， June 18 （Xinhua） -- China's Ministry of Public Security （MPS） on Tuesday said 150 Chinese nationals suspected of cross-border telecom fraud have been transferred from Myanmar to China.

Since last year， the MPS has deepened law enforcement cooperation with Myanmar police to crack down on telecom and online fraud crimes， with a total of 49，000 Chinese suspects handed over to the Chinese side， according to the MPS.

The 150 suspects were caught during operations that smashed 10 telecom and online fraud dens in the area of Tachilek. The suspects， along with relevant evidence and items， have been repatriated back to China.

The MPS has pledged continuous efforts to enhance international and border law enforcement cooperation to intensify the fight against such crimes and ensure the safety of people's assets and their legitimate rights. （Source：Xinhua）
