    重慶國際文旅之窗:聯(lián)動(dòng)內(nèi)外深度開放“文旅樣板”

    These are the highlights of the performance sheet of Chongqing Window for International Exchanges of Culture and Tourism (WICT)since it was officially put into operation in August 2021.

    舉辦40余場國際交流活動(dòng),與40余家境外機(jī)構(gòu)、10余家市級(jí)部門/機(jī)構(gòu)和重慶多個(gè)區(qū)縣建立合作關(guān)系,來自10余個(gè)國家4000余名中外嘉賓線下參加活動(dòng)、近3萬人次在線參加活動(dòng),媒體相關(guān)報(bào)道累計(jì)超過300條……這是自2021年8月正式運(yùn)營以來,重慶國際文旅之窗交出的數(shù)據(jù)清單。

    重慶國際文旅之窗由重慶市文化和旅游發(fā)展委員會(huì)、重慶市人民政府外事辦公室、重慶兩路寸灘保稅港區(qū)管理委員會(huì)聯(lián)合共建,定位“重慶市級(jí)文化旅游國際交流服務(wù)平臺(tái)”,建設(shè)“國際文旅交流”“國際文旅商品展銷”“出入境游公共服務(wù)”三大核心功能,全力打造“全國首家集文旅宣傳展示推廣、出入境游服務(wù)體驗(yàn)和國際交流服務(wù)為一體的綜合性對(duì)外交往平臺(tái)”。

    Chongqing International Culture, Tourism and Trade Salon further expands Chongqing’s international “circle of friends.”重慶國際文旅經(jīng)貿(mào)沙龍進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大重慶國際“朋友圈”。

    WICT is jointly built by the Chongqing Commission of Culture and Tourism Development, the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, and the Administration of Chongqing Lianglu/Cuntan Bonded Port Zone. Positioned as a municipal-level international exchange and service platform for culture and tourism in Chongqing,it has three core functions, i.e. international culture and tourism exchange,“international culture and tourism commodity exhibition, and cross-border public tourism services. Efforts have been strengthened to create the first comprehensive foreign exchange platform in China that integrates publicity, exhibition, and promotion of culture and tourism, cross-border tourism service and experience,and international exchange services.

    Such brilliant results in just one year have been made possible by three major actions taken by the WICT.

    Internal and External Efforts to Integrate Resources

    WICT has actively sought cooperation with consulates and institutions,established ties with over 40 overseas institutions, and reached nearly 100 projects with preliminary intentions of cooperation.

    Active efforts were also made to promote the mutual exchange of platforms and grouped recommendations. The Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism and the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce signed a strategic cooperation agreement on jointly promoting the construction of the WICT. Cooperation agreements were signed by the WICT with the Municipal International Cultural Exchange Center and the Municipal Foreign Investment Promotion Center, and international exchange activities were carried out with the support of the Information Office of Chongqing Municipal Government, the Municipal Education Commission among other relevant departments.

    It strives to go global by taking the initiative to serve the districts/counties and culture and tourism enterprises and set up platforms for international cooperation.

    Building the Brand and Enhancing International Influence

    WICT strives to build a two-way promotion platform for cross-border tourism, and launched a promotion brand of “Chongqing Meets the World”. It has successively held Tourism Specialist Training and Sharing Meetings with tourism authorities of Australia and Malaysia, the “Chongqing-Singapore” Drone Friendly Competition for the Youth with the Singapore Tourism Board, and the “Chongqing Meets Australia” Youth Promotion Officer Competition with Tourism Australia.

    WICT strives to build a new pattern of international exchange and cooperation by advancing the development of economy and trade through culture and tourism, and launched the “International Culture, Tourism, and Trade Salon”.In May 2022, the “2022 Chongqing International Culture, Tourism, and Trade Salon Opening Ceremony and Canada: Part of Your Healthy Lifestyle Salon”was successfully held.

    Upgrading and Improving the Venue and Facilities

    The venue of WICT is located at the Belt and Road Commodity Exhibition and Trading Center at Cuntan Free Trade Port Area, with an area of approximately 4,200 square meters.

    After upgrading, the WICT is becoming more and more functional: it is equipped with functional areas including a public exhibition area, multifunctional hall, conference and training area, experience and exhibition center, and a VIP hall, as well as customized services including simultaneous interpretation, Western-style buffet, international dedicated network, and activity planning. In addition, it is capable of organizing small, medium, and large-sized conferences and forums, performing activities, tourism destination exhibition and promotions, commodity sales, and other activities.

    短短一年多時(shí)間能夠交出一份亮眼的成績單,究其原因,得益于重慶國際文旅之窗專注做了三件事。

    聯(lián)動(dòng)內(nèi)外 著力整合資源

    主動(dòng)走進(jìn)領(lǐng)館和機(jī)構(gòu)尋求合作,與40余家境外機(jī)構(gòu)建立合作聯(lián)系,累計(jì)達(dá)成初步合作意向近百項(xiàng)。

    主動(dòng)尋求“相互借臺(tái)”“抱團(tuán)推介”,市文化旅游委與市工商聯(lián)、市公安局出入境管理局就共同推動(dòng)國際文旅之窗平臺(tái)建設(shè)簽訂戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議,國際文旅之窗與市國際文化交流中心、市外商投資促進(jìn)中心簽訂合作協(xié)議,并在市政府新聞辦、市教委等相關(guān)部門的支持下開展國際交流活動(dòng)。

    “走出去”,主動(dòng)服務(wù)區(qū)縣及文旅企業(yè),搭建國際合作平臺(tái)。

    打造品牌 提升國際影響力

    著力打造出入境游雙向推介平臺(tái),策劃推出“渝見不同”活動(dòng)品牌,先后與澳大利亞旅游局、馬來西亞旅游局舉辦旅游專家培訓(xùn)會(huì)、分享會(huì),與新加坡旅游局舉辦重慶—新加坡青少年無人機(jī)友誼賽,與澳大利亞旅游局舉辦“渝見澳洲”少年推介官選拔賽。

    著眼構(gòu)建“文旅搭臺(tái),經(jīng)貿(mào)唱戲”的對(duì)外交流合作新格局,策劃推出“國際文旅經(jīng)貿(mào)沙龍”品牌活動(dòng)。2022年5月,成功舉辦“2022重慶國際文旅經(jīng)貿(mào)沙龍啟動(dòng)儀式暨加拿大悅享最‘加’健康生活沙龍”。

    提檔升級(jí) 場地配套不斷完善

    重慶國際文旅之窗自有場地位于寸灘保稅港“一帶一路”商品展示交易中心,面積約4200平方米。

    經(jīng)過提檔升級(jí),重慶國際文旅之窗場地功能日趨完善:設(shè)置包括公共展示區(qū)、多功能廳、會(huì)議培訓(xùn)區(qū)、體驗(yàn)展示中心、VIP廳等功能區(qū),配套包括同傳翻譯、西式冷餐、國際專線網(wǎng)絡(luò)、活動(dòng)策劃等定制服務(wù),具備承接大中小型會(huì)議論壇、演藝活動(dòng)、旅游目的地展示推廣、商品展銷等活動(dòng)的能力。
