Abstract: Since the 18th Party Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has paid great attention to the realization of common prosperity for everyone for all people and formed a series of important new assertions and concepts.These new assertions and concepts are the product of combining the Marxist idea of all-round human development with Chinese reality,including:common prosperity for everyone is the essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of Chinese-style modernization;the goals of different stages should be studied in depth and common prosperity for everyone should be promoted in stages;the leadership of the Party must be strengthened to achieve common prosperity,and only the CPC can bear the historical burden of achieving common prosperity for everyone;promoting We must adhere to the four principles of encouraging hard work and innovation to get rich,adhering to the basic economic system,adhering to the principle of doing one's best according to one's ability,and adhering to the principle of gradual and orderly progress;the practical and feasible concrete path to achieve common prosperity for everyone lies in expanding the size of the middle-income group,making the main force of common prosperity for everyone more and more extensive,preventing the solidification of classes and the weir of flow channels,and opening up various channels for upward development and upward flow,etc.

New Features,Challenges and Countermeasures of Supply Chain Economy in the Context of "Double Carbon" Target

Abstract: In the process of achieving the goal of "double carbon",new opportunities will be brought by the withdrawal of high-carbon industries,low-carbon requirements for high-emission enterprises to increase technological transformation,and the emergence of a large number of new low-carbon economies,resulting in fundamental changes in the structure and layout of the original stock of supply chains,with digitalization becoming a new feature of the supply chain economy and the platform becoming a new requirement of the supply chain economy.The new carrier of supply chain economy,the green concept becomes the new requirement of supply chain economy,the synergy effect of supply chain will be further amplified,but it also faces the problems of insufficient competitiveness of supply chain enterprises in international market,weak sense of cooperation of enterprises,imperfect supply chain infrastructure and standard system,easy to be affected by unknown risks such as new crown pneumonia,etc.At present,the top-level design of supply chain economy development should be introduced to enhance.At present,we should introduce top-level design for the development of supply chain economy,improve the international competitiveness of supply chain enterprises,strive to improve the cooperation awareness of enterprises,comprehensively strengthen the construction of supply chain infrastructure and system,continuously improve the prevention and control of unknown risks such as Newcastle pneumonia,actively cultivate leading supply chain enterprises,and explore the construction of green supply chain system to reconstruct the supply chain economy.

A Study on the Dynamics of Industrial Structure Upgrading to Narrow the Gap between Urban and Rural Regional Development and Income Distribution under the Goal of Common Prosperity

Abstract: In order to achieve common prosperity,it is important to narrow the gap between urban and rural regional development and income distribution.Industrial structure upgrading can influence the coordinated development of urban-rural regions,but the mechanism and effect of its influence have not yet been determined.This paper constructs a non-linear mechanism based on the Lorenz curve for industrial structure upgrading to influence the coordinated development of urban-rural regions,incorporates the main resource allocation methods such as market demand mechanism and supply mechanism,government fiscal policy and monetary policy into the analytical framework,and studies the influence of industrial structure upgrading on the coordinated development of urban-rural regions under their effects.The effect of industrial structure rationalization on productivity urbanization and population urbanization is found to be insignificant,while the effect of industrial structure heightening on productivity urbanization shows a "U" effect and the effect on population urbanization satisfies an inverted "U" curve relationship.The trend of urbanization of population is increasing with time,but the time trend of urbanization of productivity is not obvious.Under the role of market demand mechanism,the impact of industrial structure upgrading on the coordinated development of urban and rural areas has changed,while the role of market supply mechanism,fiscal policy and monetary policy on the coordinated development of urban and rural areas has not yet been realized.The reasons are attributed to the rationalization of industrial structure and the heightening of industrial structure in China itself,the characteristics in terms of productivity urbanization and population urbanization,as well as the domestic and foreign economic development conditions,and the corresponding revelations are drawn.

Japan's "High Quality Infrastructure" Assistance to Central Asian Countries and Its Implications for China

Abstract: Japan has been adjusting its aid policy to Central Asian countries since 2015,highlighting the "high-quality infrastructure" aid as a guideline and vigorously strengthening its aid to infrastructure and other fields.Japan's move is based on its traditional strategic demands,such as widening energy import channels and achieving political power goals,as well as external strategic considerations to respond to the Silk Road Economic Belt and balance China's influence in Central Asia.From the perspective of the implementation effect,although it has deepened Japan's relations with Central Asian countries and raised the goodwill of Central Asian countries and people toward Japan to a certain extent,it is still difficult to achieve a breakthrough in energy acquisition and the pursuit of political power.In terms of counterbalancing China,the adjustment of Japan's aid policy to Central Asian countries will not have a significant negative impact on China,and the characteristics and results of its aid will be instructive for improving the effectiveness of China's infrastructure aid to Central Asian countries.

Doubts about the Subject Matter in the Legal Structure of the Trust Transfer of Agricultural Land Management Rights in the Context of the Civil Code

Abstract:Trust transfer,as an innovative means of agricultural land transfer,can better utilize the function of production factors of agricultural land without compromising the social security function of agricultural land,solve the problem of idleness and fragmentation of agricultural land,maximize the efficiency of agricultural land use,and achieve the maximum benefit for farmers.After the implementation of the Civil Code,the trust property of agricultural land trust shall be the right to operate agricultural land.The trustee of agricultural land management right trust can only be farmers,but in order to realize the scale and intensive operation of agricultural land,the rural collective economic organization or village committee should be indirectly entrusted to exercise the rights of the trustee on behalf of farmers;the trustee of agricultural land management right trust should be limited to commercial trust companies to provide financial support for agricultural land trust and solve the problem of insufficient funds for agricultural operation,and the government should provide incentives to farmers by means of financial subsidies and tax exemptions.Farmers should be the only beneficiaries of agricultural land management trusts,and a beneficiary assembly system and an agricultural land trust supervisor system should be established to effectively protect their interests.

The Application of Civil Trial Audio and Video Recording in Judicial Practice--An Empirical Analysis Based on 100 Judicial Documents

Abstract:There are ambiguities in the scope of the qualification of civil trial audio and video evidence and the scope of the object of proof,and the access channels are not smooth.The above dilemma is mainly caused by the narrow positioning of the function of civil trial audio and video recordings,the tradition that the trial transcript prevails,and the unsound access system.The audio and video recordings of civil trials have independent evidentiary status,and the audio and video recordings of civil trials produced by the court through the digital court system are electronic data evidence,and the CDs and the copies delivered to the parties are regarded as the same as the originals.The objects of the civil trial audio and video recordings include procedural matters and substantive matters.When there is a conflict between the civil trial audio and video recording and the trial transcript,the civil trial audio and video recording shall prevail,but the civil trial audio and video recording does not completely replace the trial transcript.Application for delivery to the trial court and application for access to the court of second instance are two effective ways for parties to obtain the audio and video recordings of civil trials.Except for the exception of trial disclosure,the court may not refuse the parties' application for delivery.As long as the formal elements of the application for court access to evidence are met,the post-appeal court shall access the audio and video recordings of the civil trial based on the application.

China's Foreign Cultural Communication Capacity Enhancement Strategy

Abstract: Improving China's foreign cultural communication capacity can enhance the international influence of Chinese culture, shape a good international image of China, strengthen the cultural confidence of our people, and promote the prosperous development of world culture.However, there are still outstanding problems in China's foreign cultural communication capacity building,such as unclear responsibilities of the main body,imbalanced content structure, ineffective channels and insufficient audience analysis.The article argues that in order to effectively improve and innovate the practice of foreign cultural communication,we should clarify the responsibility of communication and guarantee the supply of foreign cultural communication;adjust the content of communication and optimize the structure of foreign cultural communication;broaden the communication channels and improve the effectiveness of foreign cultural communication;and deepen the audience analysis to better meet the cultural needs of overseas audiences.

Research on Employability of Young Students from the Perspective of Labor Market Demand--An Empirical Survey Based on Employability of 1537 College Students in Xinjiang

Abstract: Employability of young students is not only closely related to their future career choices,but also affects their full employment and high quality employment.This study conducted an empirical investigation on the employability ability of 1537 college students in Xinjiang based on the perspective of labor market,and concluded that young students in Xinjiang scored low in overall basic ability,low in career development ability,and slightly weak in vocational ability;scored very high in overall question items of employment-related personality qualities;and scored relatively high in social coping ability.Suggestions are made from individual students,universities and enterprises:young students should enhance and maintain sustainable employability as the primary goal to obtain clear career development;universities should play a key role in enhancing employability of young students from a strategic perspective;and enterprises should take responsibility for the development of employability of college students with the market force.
