高校思想政治理論課新課程體系下新型教學(xué)文化的構(gòu)建

摘 ?要：隨著全民教育的推行發(fā)展，思想政治理論的學(xué)習(xí)地位逐漸提高。思想政治理論課程是當(dāng)前高校教學(xué)課程的重點關(guān)注對象，思想政治理論是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生思想政治教育的有效途徑。高校思想政治理論課程的合理建設(shè)滿足了當(dāng)前國家教育行業(yè)對學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的嚴(yán)格要求，提高全體學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)能力，主要基于學(xué)生思想道德修養(yǎng)的建設(shè)，即思想政治理念的正確樹立。高校在發(fā)揮思想政治理論課程的特定效用時，促進其思政體系的教學(xué)文化構(gòu)建，有效保障高校思想政治理論課程的發(fā)展。

Abstract： With the implementation and development of education for all， the learning status of ideological and political theory has gradually improved. Ideological and political theory course is the focus of current college teaching courses， and ideological and political theory is an effective way to train students' ideological and political education. The reasonable construction of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities meets the strict requirements of the current national education industry for students' comprehensive quality， and improves the comprehensive quality and ability of all students， mainly based on the construction of students' ideological and moral cultivation， that is， the correct establishment of ideological and political ideas. When colleges and universities give full play to the specific utility of ideological and political theory courses， they promote the construction of teaching culture of their ideological and political system and effectively guarantee the development of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.

針對我國教育行業(yè)對當(dāng)前社會教育情況的總體了解，國家指出教育行業(yè)應(yīng)向下推行思想政治教育理念，將思想政治教育融入到教育教學(xué)中，高校應(yīng)提高思想政治理論課程在校內(nèi)課程修習(xí)的相關(guān)地位，促進思想政治教育的推行。當(dāng)前社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，不再是科技知識能力的培養(yǎng)拓展，國家發(fā)展以及創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)，更離不開思想道德修養(yǎng)的提高培養(yǎng)。因此，高校針對新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系的新要求，建設(shè)優(yōu)質(zhì)的思政教育教師團隊，在督促各思想政治教師完善自身思政教育的同時，充分提高校內(nèi)思想政治理論的課程地位，對高校思想政治理論新課程體系的教學(xué)文化進行分析研究。

一、思想政治理論的認(rèn)識

（一）思想政治理論新課程的內(nèi)容

思想政治內(nèi)容是當(dāng)前高校與國家思想政治工作的聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)任務(wù)，中國特色社會主義事業(yè)的建設(shè)以及發(fā)展離不開思想政治教育的學(xué)習(xí)，即教育思想應(yīng)貫徹落實“立德樹人”的基本理念，推動高校思想政治理論教育的課程發(fā)展。高校開設(shè)思想政治理論課程，其學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容主要圍繞馬克思主義、毛澤東思想、思想道德修養(yǎng)、中國近代史綱要四部分內(nèi)容進行高校學(xué)生的思想政治教育。針對我國教育部門對高校學(xué)生思政教育的學(xué)習(xí)要求，各高校就思想政治理論課程的內(nèi)容創(chuàng)新做出了對應(yīng)調(diào)整，以規(guī)劃思想政治理論的新課程要求，保障高校學(xué)生對思政教育的充分認(rèn)識，樹立正確的思想政治理念。

（二）思想政治理論課新課程體系的相關(guān)認(rèn)識

針對高校思想政治理論新課程的建立，對應(yīng)的課程體系也隨之發(fā)生調(diào)整。根據(jù)我國教育部對高校施行思想政治理論課程的效果，教育部就高校開展思想政治理論課程的部分局限性進行方案調(diào)整，鼓勵高校進一步加強思想政治理論課程的課程管理，改進思想政治理論課程的計劃要求。對高校思想政治理論課程體系做出明確規(guī)定。思想政治理論課程的改革主要依據(jù)教育部對高校思想政治教育的開展提出意見，思想政治理論課程的設(shè)置是高校對思想政治理論課程體系的總體把握。

面對思想政治體系的相關(guān)內(nèi)容，以高校制定的課程設(shè)置框架為基礎(chǔ)，圍繞馬克思主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論以及三個代表重要思想，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生進行思想政治教育的學(xué)習(xí)，樹立正確的思想道德觀，從而培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的道德品質(zhì)，能夠深入貫徹以優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的價值標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對建立自身思想政治理念進行總結(jié)規(guī)劃。高校對于思想政治理論課程的設(shè)置和要求，在總體上做出了結(jié)構(gòu)性的調(diào)整，形成了較為完善的思想政治理論新課程體系。
