新時(shí)代高校本科生學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)的實(shí)踐探索與路徑建構(gòu)

摘? 要：學(xué)風(fēng)是學(xué)生內(nèi)化于心的學(xué)識(shí)涵養(yǎng)，外化于行的精氣神。加強(qiáng)本科生學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)是高校落實(shí)立德樹人根本任務(wù)的戰(zhàn)略選擇，是全面提升人才培養(yǎng)能力的迫切需要，也是全面從嚴(yán)治教從嚴(yán)治學(xué)的內(nèi)在要求。以重慶科技學(xué)院為例，闡釋了理念先行，踐行“ESM”工作模式;頂層設(shè)計(jì)，構(gòu)建“三全育人”工作格局;精準(zhǔn)施策，實(shí)施“本科生導(dǎo)師制”的本科生學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)實(shí)踐探索，建構(gòu)了本科生學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)“導(dǎo)管幫促”新路徑：發(fā)揮教師善導(dǎo)、學(xué)校嚴(yán)管、師生精幫、各方共促作用。其中，善導(dǎo)是根本前提，嚴(yán)管是核心基礎(chǔ)，精幫是重要手段，共促是關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，并將共促貫穿善導(dǎo)、嚴(yán)管和精幫的全過程。

Abstract： Study style is the knowledge and cultivation of the students internalized in the heart， and the spirit externalized in the behavior. Strengthening the construction of the study style of undergraduates is a strategic choice for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral integrity in cultivation， an urgent need to comprehensively improve the ability of talent training， as well as an inherent requirement for all-around strict education and academic research. With the example of Chongqing University of Science and Technology， this paper explains the concept first--practicing "ESM" working mode， the top-level design--constructing the "three all-around education" working pattern， and the precise implementation of policies--implementing the undergraduates study style construction practice exploration of the "supervisor system for undergraduates". It establishes the new path of "guidance， management， assistance and promotion" of the undergraduates study style construction， that is， playing the role of good guidance of teachers， strict management of colleges， targeted assistance of teachers and students， and joint promotion of all parties. Among them， good guidance is the fundamental premise， strict management is the core foundation， targeted assistance is the important means， and joint promotion is the key link. The joint promotion will run through the entire process of good guidance， strict management and targeted assistance.

學(xué)風(fēng)，是一所大學(xué)所特有的求學(xué)態(tài)度、治學(xué)風(fēng)尚與善學(xué)風(fēng)格，是大學(xué)精神、理念以及核心價(jià)值觀的表征。[1]從這個(gè)意義上來講，本科生學(xué)風(fēng)是本科生求學(xué)態(tài)度、治學(xué)風(fēng)尚和善學(xué)風(fēng)格的反映，也是本科生內(nèi)化于心的學(xué)識(shí)涵養(yǎng)，外化于行的精氣神。加強(qiáng)本科生學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)是新時(shí)代高校辦學(xué)治校和教育教學(xué)的永恒主題。正如習(xí)近平總書記在全國高校思想政治工作會(huì)議上所指出的那樣，要堅(jiān)持不懈培育優(yōu)良校風(fēng)和學(xué)風(fēng)，使高校發(fā)展做到治理有方、管理到位、風(fēng)清氣正。[2]這也為新時(shí)代高校加強(qiáng)本科生學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)指明了方向，提供了根本遵循準(zhǔn)則。

一、新時(shí)代高校加強(qiáng)本科生學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)的重要性和緊迫性

新時(shí)代全國高等學(xué)校本科教育工作會(huì)議指出，要堅(jiān)持“以本為本”，推進(jìn)“四個(gè)回歸”。其中，在“四個(gè)回歸”中放在首要位置的便是“回歸常識(shí)”，即要圍繞學(xué)生刻苦讀書來辦教育，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生讀“國情”書、“基層”書、“群眾”書，讀優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化經(jīng)典、馬列經(jīng)典、中外傳世經(jīng)典和專業(yè)經(jīng)典，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生求真學(xué)問、練真本領(lǐng)，成為有理想、有學(xué)問、有才干的實(shí)干家，更好地為國為民服務(wù)。[3]這實(shí)際上突出強(qiáng)調(diào)了新時(shí)代高校加強(qiáng)本科生學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)的重要性和緊迫性。
