克羅地亞駐華大使達里歐·米海林成功訪渝

2月23至26日，克羅地亞駐華大使達里歐·米海林來渝訪問。2月25日，副市長李波會見了米海林一行。李波表示，重慶與克羅地亞一直保持友好往來，在共同抗擊新冠肺炎疫情過程中進一步深化了友誼;希望不斷增進重慶與克羅地亞在地方友好、交通物流、貿(mào)易、綠色發(fā)展等領域的務實合作，提升合作水平。

米海林感謝重慶為克羅地亞抗擊疫情提供的幫助，表示克羅地亞愿與重慶在地方友好、班列運輸、綠色發(fā)展、文化旅游等領域拓展合作，期待在疫情得到有效控制之后，開展更多人文交流。

在渝期間，米海林大使與市政府外辦、市文化旅游委、市政府口岸物流辦負責人進行工作會談，商洽克羅地亞與重慶在地方友好、互聯(lián)互通、文化旅游等領域的具體合作機遇。

From February 23 to 26， Dario Mihelin， Croatian ambassador to China， visited Chongqing. On February 25， vice mayor Li Bo met with Mihelin and his delegation. Li Bo said that Chongqing and Croatia have been maintaining amicable exchanges and deepening friendship in the joint fight against COVID-19; he hoped to continuously enhance pragmatic cooperation between Chongqing and Croatia in the areas of local amity， transportation & logistics， trade and green development and raise cooperation level.

Mihelin thanked Chongqing for its help in combating the pandemic in Croatia， saying that Croatia is willing to expand cooperation with Chongqing in the fields of local amity， train transportation， green development， cultural tourism， etc.， and looking forward to more people-to-people exchanges after the virus is effectively controlled.

During his stay in Chongqing， Ambassador Mihelin held working talks with the heads of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， Chongqing Municipal Development Committee of Culture and Tourism， and Chongqing Port and Logistics Office to discuss the specific cooperation opportunities between Croatia and Chongqing in the areas of local amity， connectivity， cultural tourism， etc.

市政府外辦召開2020年度工作總結暨表彰大會

2月7日，市政府外辦舉行2020年度工作總結暨表彰大會。大會由辦黨組成員、副主任王雯主持。市政府外辦全體在家辦領導，辦機關和直屬事業(yè)單位干部職工出席大會。

市政府外辦黨組書記、主任章勇武代表辦黨組，向全辦干部職工致以新春問候，總結2020年工作并部署2021年工作。他從市政府外辦統(tǒng)籌抓好疫情防控、做實做細境外疫情防輸入各項工作、創(chuàng)新開展“線連線”“云外事”溝通，構建大外事工作格局、加強友城交流合作提升國際化水平等方面總結全年工作。

章勇武表示，2021年，重慶外事人將一門心思加油干，勇做新發(fā)展格局的“宣講員”、開放合作的“排頭兵”、服務發(fā)展的“實干家”，以更加務實的作風，更加豐碩的成果為黨的100周年華誕獻禮。在內(nèi)陸開放高地建設的新階段中，希望“上合精神”在重慶光芒綻放，“領代經(jīng)濟”迎來春天的百花齊放、陸海新通道國際名聲越來越響、友城務實合作更加具有“含金量”。

會上，辦黨組成員、二級巡視員王廣成宣讀辦黨組表彰決定，辦領導為2020年度考核先進集體和優(yōu)秀個人、先進個人頒獎。

On February 7， Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government held 2020 Working Summary and Commendation Meeting. The meeting was hosted by Wang Wen， member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Office. All leaders of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， cadres and employees from government organs and directly affiliated institutions attended the meeting.

Zhang Yongwu， Party secretary and director general of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， on behalf of the Party Leadership Group， extended New Year greetings to all cadres and employees of the entire office， summarized the work in 2020 and mapped out plans in 2021. He summarized the work of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government in 2020 from the aspects of coordinating epidemic protection and control， implementing all work of COVID-19 import prevention at length， innovatively carrying out "line linkage" and "cloud foreign affairs" communication， building a pattern of major foreign affairs work， and strengthening exchanges and cooperation between friendly cities to enhance the level of internationalization.

Zhang Yongwu said that in 2021， Chongqing's foreign affairs practitioners would work hard， strive to be "evangelists" of the new development pattern and "pacesetters" of opening-up and cooperation， and "doers" of service development， and pay tribute to the 100th anniversary of the Party in a more pragmatic style and with more fruitful achievements. In the new stage of inland opening-up for high ground construction， it was hoped that the "SCO spirit" would shine in Chongqing， the "leading economy" would flourish， the new land-sea corridor would become more internationally reputed， and the pragmatic cooperation between friendly cities would be more "valued".

At the meeting， Wang Guangcheng， member of the Party Leadership Group of Foreign Affairs Office and Level-II inspector， read out the awarding decision of Party Leadership Group， and leaders of Foreign Affairs Office presented awards to the model collectives， outstanding individuals and model individuals in 2020.

柬埔寨駐重慶總領事馬瓦納向市政府外辦主任章勇武進行離任告別

2月初，即將結束任期返回柬埔寨的柬埔寨駐重慶總領事馬瓦納，向市政府外辦主任章勇武進行了離任告別。

章勇武對馬瓦納在任期間為推動重慶與柬埔寨各領域友好交流與合作所作的貢獻表示感謝。章勇武表示，馬瓦納總領事上任以來，大力支持我市各領域?qū)ν忾_放和經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展，積極參加我市舉辦的智博會、西洽會、市長顧問團年會、文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽會等各類重大國際交流活動，帶領柬埔寨駐重慶總領事館有效推動了重慶與柬埔寨之間的友好交往與合作。

為感謝馬瓦納為推動重慶與柬埔寨的友好交流與合作所作出的積極努力和貢獻，章勇武向馬瓦納頒發(fā)了“重慶友好使者證書”。

馬瓦納表示，重慶人的熱情友好令他難忘，在重慶的工作和生活令人愉快，在重慶的經(jīng)歷將會成為他最珍貴的記憶。他特別感謝重慶市政府外辦給予柬埔寨總領事館及他本人的關心和支持，無論身在何方，他都將密切關注重慶、積極支持重慶。

In the early February， Mr. MEN Vanna， outgoing Consul General of Royal Cambodian Consul General in Chongqing， bade farewell to Zhang Yongwu， director general of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government.

Zhang Yongwu extended his gratitude to Mr. MEN Vanna for his contribution in promoting friendly exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing and Cambodia in various fields during his term of office. Zhang Yongwu said that since taking office， Consul General MEN Vanna had vigorously supported Chongqing's opening-up and economic and social development in various fields， actively attended various major international exchange activities held by the city， such as Smart China Expo， Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade， the Chongqing Mayor's International Economic Advisory Group， and the Chongqing International Culture & Tourism Industry Expo， and led the Royal Cambodian Consul General in Chongqing to effectively promote friendly exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing and Cambodia.

In order to thank Mr. MEN Vanna for his active efforts and contributions in promoting the friendly exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing and Cambodia， Zhang Yongwu awarded Mr. MEN Vanna the "Chongqing Friendship Envoy Certificate".

Mr. MEN Vanna said that because of the unforgettable enthusiasm and amity of Chongqing people and his pleasant work and life in Chongqing， his experience of the city would become his fondest memory. He particularly extended his gratitude to Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government for their care and support to the Cambodian Consulate General and himself. No matter where he is， he would pay close attention to and actively support the city.

市政府外辦舉辦2021年首期重慶市“走出去”企業(yè)境外安全培訓會

2月7日，由市政府外辦主辦的2021年首期重慶市“走出去”企業(yè)境外安全培訓會在外事大樓舉行。培訓會接入端口102個，線上參會單位30家，其中，央企8家、國企10家、民企12家，共計約200人參訓。

市政府外辦副主任周毅表示，2020年，突如其來的新冠肺炎疫情給各國帶來嚴重沖擊，給世界經(jīng)濟帶來嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)。一直以來，黨和政府時刻牽掛著廣大“走出去”企業(yè)的穩(wěn)健發(fā)展和海外人員的健康平安。近期，我國多個駐外使領館已陸續(xù)向中資企業(yè)員工等群體發(fā)放“春節(jié)包”，并繼續(xù)調(diào)動各方資源，著力解決實際困難，切實維護海外同胞的健康安全和正當權益。在新春佳節(jié)前夕，我們通過“云會議”向相關企業(yè)和人員送上關心關懷，致以誠摯問候，也鄭重提醒大家在重大節(jié)假日期間強化底線思維，不忘安全工作。

培訓會邀請者美杰、周曉飛、周蓓三位專家授課。他們分別從國際安全形勢、海外疫情防控風險和技巧、海外員工身心健康管理與危機干預等方面進行講授。

On February 7， the first 2021 Chongqing Overseas Safety Training Meeting for "Going Global" Enterprises， organized by Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， was held in Chongqing Foreign Affairs Building. The training meeting provided 102 access ports for a total of about 200 persons from 30 online participating units， including 8 central enterprises， 10 state-owned enterprises and 12 private enterprises.

The sudden onslaught of COVID-19 in 2020 brought serious impact to all countries and severe challenges to the world economy， said Zhou Yi， deputy director of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government. For a long time， the Party and the government kept the steady development of "going global" enterprises and the health and safety of overseas personnel in mind. Recently， many Chinese embassies and consulates abroad had successively issued "Spring Festival packs" to employees of Chinese funded enterprises and other groups， and continued to mobilize resources from all parties to solve actual difficulties and effectively safeguarded the health， safety and legitimate rights and interests of overseas compatriots. On the eve of the Spring Festival， we sent our sincere greetings to relevant enterprises and personnel via the "cloud conference". We also solemnly called for everyone to raise alertness for worst scenarios and never forget the safety work during major festivals and holidays.

Three experts， Zhe Meijie， Zhou Xiaofei and Zhou Bei， were invited to give lectures. They addressed on international security situation， overseas epidemic prevention and control risks and skills， physical and mental health management and crisis intervention of overseas employees.

Relevant heads of the Foreign Affairs-related Management Division of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government attended the training meeting.
