這座新冠肺炎治療中心是能夠應(yīng)對(duì)多種傳染病的創(chuàng)新性設(shè)計(jì)方案，包括各種傳播形式：霍亂、出血熱及各種空氣傳播的疾病等。新冠肺炎在非洲的病例已超過(guò)65 萬(wàn)例，同時(shí)，其他傳染病一直是每天都要面對(duì)的威脅，就像目前埃博拉疫情在剛果民主共和國(guó)赤道省的爆發(fā)。

世界衛(wèi)生組織與醫(yī)療技術(shù)科學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)多個(gè)成員合作，提供了一座約3300m2的新單層磚建筑方案。該方案不久將進(jìn)入施工階段，其布局的設(shè)計(jì)意圖是盡可能地靈活，以便在無(wú)需進(jìn)行重大調(diào)整的情況下應(yīng)對(duì)多種傳染病的治療要求。提交給申請(qǐng)者的設(shè)計(jì)材料包括圖紙、三維模型、視頻及使用方案，展示了病人、醫(yī)護(hù)工作者及訪客的不同流線；以及根據(jù)最新世衛(wèi)組織指導(dǎo)方案，如何滿足單位面積的最低通風(fēng)要求并采取個(gè)人防護(hù)措施。（尚晉 譯）

This COVID-19 treatment centre is an innovative solution designed to respond to a diverse array of infectious diseases regardless of the mode of transmission: cholera, hemorrhagic fevers, airborne diseases, etc. While COVID-19 is impacting Africa with more than 650,000 cases, other communicable diseases are and remain a daily threat, as shown by the Ebola outbreak currently ongoing in the Equator Province in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

WHO, in collaboration with several T?chne members provided a project for a new brick, onefloor structure of around 3300 square metres. The proposal, which soon will be in the construction phase, revolves around one layout designed to be as flexible as for responding to several infectious diseases needs without the need of major adjustments, the material delivered to the applicant included drawings, 3D, videos and schemes showing the different flows of patients, healthcare workers and visitors as well as minimum ventilation requirements per area and use of PPE according to the latest WHO guidance.
