加納阿克拉治療中心位于機場附近,面積逾10萬m2。它被組織成7 座縱向建筑群,是世界衛(wèi)生組織和世界糧食計劃署在醫(yī)療技術(shù)科學網(wǎng)絡成員i和霍爾格魯彭公司ii的支持下合作完成的。
這座建筑建成用時3 周,現(xiàn)已竣工。它將作為聯(lián)合國員工及國際人道主義工作者在西非和中非國家的應急醫(yī)院。
鑒于疫情的緊急狀態(tài),該設施被設計為輕型結(jié)構(gòu),并以金屬框架支撐雙層構(gòu)造。其間的空氣層可以使室內(nèi)外形成7℃的溫差。
這種模數(shù)化結(jié)構(gòu)還需要配有高效空氣過濾器的機械通風系統(tǒng),以達到新冠肺炎醫(yī)療設施內(nèi)的最低通風要求。醫(yī)療技術(shù)科學網(wǎng)絡成員進行了多次計算機流體力學研究,并通過評估提出最適宜系統(tǒng)的建議。每個醫(yī)療艙都是圍繞一條作為主導系統(tǒng)的中央廊道來組織的。輕型隔斷將每個病人分開,還有若干小艙將各個醫(yī)療艙連接起來。(尚晉 譯)

The treatment centre in Accra (Ghana) is located nearby the airport over a surface of 100,000 square metres. It is organised as a cluster of 7 longitudinal pavilions and is the result of a joint effort between WHO and WFP and with the support of T?chne members and Hallgruppen.
This structure was constructed in the course of 3 weeks and is now completed. It is intended to be used as emergency hospital for UN staffs and international humanitarian workers in West and Central African countries.
Due to the emergency, the facility was designed as a light structure, with a metal frame supporting two layers of fabric that enclose a layer of air providing a thermal difference of 7℃ between the inside and the outside.
The modular structure count as well on a mechanical ventilation system equipped with HEPA filter which allow to meet the minimum requirements for ventilation within a COVID-19 facility. Several computational fluid dynamic studies done by T?chne members have been done to assess and recommend the most suitable system. Each pavilion is organised around a central corridor acting as main distributive system, light partitions dividing each patient booth, and a series of subpavilions connecting each pavilion to the next.
