鎳鈦記憶合金環(huán)抱器治療多發(fā)肋骨骨折的臨床效果及術(shù)后對睡眠質(zhì)量的影響

摘要 目的：探討分析鎳鈦記憶合金環(huán)抱器治療多發(fā)肋骨骨折的臨床效果及術(shù)后對睡眠質(zhì)量的影響。方法：選取2016年8月至2019年8月谷城縣人民醫(yī)院收治的多發(fā)肋骨骨折患者24例作為研究對象，隨機分為對照組和觀察組，每組12例。對照組患者實行非內(nèi)固定治療，而觀察組患者實行鎳鈦記憶合金環(huán)抱器治療。比較2組患者實行不同方式治療后的臨床效果及術(shù)后睡眠質(zhì)量良好率。結(jié)果：通過對2組患者實行不同方式治療后，對照組患者住院時間、肺部并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、VAS評分、死亡率以及呼吸輔助時間等變化情況明顯高于觀察組患者，2組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05），同時對照組患者睡眠質(zhì)量良好率明顯差于觀察組患者，2組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：臨床針對多發(fā)肋骨骨折患者實行鎳鈦記憶合金環(huán)抱器治療能夠顯著提高患者睡眠質(zhì)量，同時治療效果顯著。

Abstract Objective：To?explore?the?clinical?effect?of?Nitinol?memory?alloy?embracing?device?in?the?treatment?of?multiple?rib?fractures?and?the?effect?on?sleep?quality?after?operation.Methods：A?total?of?24?patients?with?multiple?rib?fractures?who?were?treated?in?Gucheng?People′s?Hospital?from?August?2016?to?August?2019?were?selected?for?the?study.According?to?the?time?of?multiple?rib?fracture?patients?coming?to?the?hospital?for?treatment，they?were?divided?into?two?groups，the?control?group?and?the?observation?group，each?group?had?12?cases.The?patients?in?the?control?group?were?treated?with?Non?internal?fixation，while?the?patients?in?the?observation?group?were?treated?with?Ni?Ti?memory?alloy?embracing?device.The?clinical?effect?and?the?effect?on?sleep?quality?of?the?two?groups?were?compared.Results：After?the?two?groups?were?treated?in?different?ways，the?changes?of?hospitalization?time，incidence?of?pulmonary?complications，VAS?score，mortality?and?respiratory?assistance?time?in?the?control?group?were?significantly?higher?than?those?in?the?observation?group（P<0.05），while?the?sleep?treatment?in?the?control?group?was?significantly?worse?than?that?in?the?observation?group（P<0.05），and?the?data?difference?was?statistically?significant.Conclusion：Ni?Ti?shape?memory?alloy?embracing?device?can?significantly?improve?the?sleep?quality?of?patients?with?multiple?rib?fractures.
