臨床應(yīng)用康復(fù)新液治療消化性潰瘍的效果

【摘要】 目的 探究消化性潰瘍的臨床治療中采用康復(fù)新液治療的效果。方法 40例消化性潰瘍患者， 隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組， 每組20例。對(duì)照組患者采用泮托拉唑治療， 治療組患者采用康復(fù)新液聯(lián)合泮托拉唑治療。比較兩組患者的治療效果、臨床癥狀積分、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 治療組患者治療總有效率為95.00%， 高于對(duì)照組的60.00%， 差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后， 治療組患者胃脘疼痛、噯氣吞酸、食少便溏積分分別為（0.67±0.08）、（0.98±0.09）、（0.64±0.07）分， 低于對(duì)照組的（1.89±0.45）、（2.34±0.51）、（1.34±0.38）分， 差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為5.00%， 低于對(duì)照組的35.00%， 差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 消化性潰瘍患者單純用藥的治療效果不佳， 在泮托拉唑治療基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合康復(fù)新液治療效果顯著， 降低了患者的臨床癥狀積分， 減少了不良反應(yīng)， 值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

【Abstract】 Objective? ?To investigate the effect of Kangfuxin liquid in clinical treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods? ?A total of 40 peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group， with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated by pantoprazole， and the treatment group was treated by Kangfuxin liquid combined with pantoprazole. The therapeutic effect， clinical symptom integral and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results? ?The total effective rate of treatment of the treatment group was 95.00%， which was higher than that of the control group 60.00%， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the epigastric pain， belching and acid swallowing and loose stool integral of the treatment group were （0.67±0.08）， （0.98±0.09） and （0.64±0.07） points， which were all lower than those of the control group （1.89±0.45）， （2.34±0.51） and （1.34±0.38） points， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was 5.00%， which was lower than that of the control group 35.00%， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion? The therapeutic effect of simple medication on patients with peptic ulcer is poor. Kangfuxin liquid combined with pantoprazole shows remarkable effect， which can lower the incidence of adverse reactions and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

消化性潰瘍是一種慢性潰瘍疾病， 其主要發(fā)生于胃和十二指腸等部位， 消化性潰瘍的發(fā)病機(jī)制主要與胃酸和胃蛋白酶的消化作用有著密切關(guān)系[1]。有相關(guān)的研究表明：消化性潰瘍的發(fā)病年齡段全面， 且男性發(fā)病率高于女性發(fā)病率， 消化性潰瘍對(duì)患者的生活有著嚴(yán)重的影響， 患病程度不同則表現(xiàn)不同， 即病情輕微者， 主要累及患者的黏膜肌層， 病情嚴(yán)重者可達(dá)到漿膜層[2]。臨床上要注重消化性潰瘍的有效治療， 常采用泮托拉唑藥物進(jìn)行治療， 治療效果一般， 有相關(guān)的研究表明：康復(fù)新液在消化性潰瘍的治療中具有較大的優(yōu)勢(shì)， 治療效果顯著[3]。鑒于此， 本文選取了40例消化性潰瘍患者， 分別采用單純用藥和聯(lián)合用藥的方式， 分析康復(fù)新液的治療效果， 現(xiàn)報(bào)告如下。
