韓正在重慶會(huì)見新加坡副總理王瑞杰

2019年10月15日，中共中央政治局常委、國(guó)務(wù)院副總理韓正在重慶會(huì)見新加坡副總理王瑞杰。

韓正表示，中新關(guān)系正處于繼往開來(lái)的新起點(diǎn)，發(fā)展勢(shì)頭良好。兩國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人往來(lái)頻繁，保持經(jīng)常溝通，達(dá)成一系列新的重要共識(shí)，對(duì)中新關(guān)系發(fā)展作出戰(zhàn)略指引。雙方要抓好落實(shí)，用好機(jī)制會(huì)議平臺(tái)，不斷深化各領(lǐng)域務(wù)實(shí)合作。中國(guó)改革的步伐不會(huì)停滯，只會(huì)加速，中國(guó)開放的大門不會(huì)關(guān)閉，只會(huì)越開越大。歡迎新方在更大范圍、更廣領(lǐng)域、更深層次參與中國(guó)改革開放進(jìn)程。當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下，雙方要共同抵御單邊主義和保護(hù)主義逆流，堅(jiān)定維護(hù)以多邊主義和國(guó)際法為基礎(chǔ)、以聯(lián)合國(guó)為核心的國(guó)際體系。

王瑞杰祝賀中華人民共和國(guó)成立70周年，盛贊中國(guó)取得的巨大發(fā)展成就，表示新中友誼歷久彌堅(jiān)，合作廣泛深入。新方高度重視合作機(jī)制建設(shè)，愿同中方一道，推動(dòng)合作再攀高峰，使雙邊關(guān)系提升到更高層面，共同維護(hù)以規(guī)則為基礎(chǔ)的多邊貿(mào)易體制，共同應(yīng)對(duì)全球挑戰(zhàn)。

On October 15， 2019， Chinese Vice-Premier Han Zheng， also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee， met with Singaporean Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat in Chongqing.

Han Zheng said that China-Singapore relations are at a new starting point and have a good momentum of development. The leaders of the two countries have had frequent contacts， maintained regular communication， reached a series of new important consensus， and provided strategic guidance for the development of China-Singapore relations. The two sides should work to ensure tangible results， make good use of the mechanism meeting platform， and continuously deepen practical cooperation in various fields. China's reform will not stagnate， but will only accelerate. China's door will never be closed. It will only open still wider. ?We welcome Singapores participation in China's reform and opening-up in a wider scope， in broader areas and at a deeper level. Under the current situation， the two sides should jointly resist unilateralism and protectionism and firmly uphold the international system based on multilateralism and international law with the United Nations as the core.

Heng Swee Keat congratulated the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and praised China's great development achievements. He said that the friendship between China and Singapore has grown stronger and the cooperation has been extensive and in-depth. Singapore attaches great importance to the construction of cooperation mechanisms and is willing to work with China to push cooperation to a higher level so as to elevate bilateral relations to a higher level， jointly safeguard the multilateral trading system based on rules and jointly meet global challenges.
