Abstract: The comprehensive and deepening reforms initiated since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China have creatively changed the image of China, historically influenced the situation of the world, and remarkably improved national capacity. With the modernization of the national governance system and capacity, how to build the national capacity attracts much attention. In-depth analysis and discussion on how to build China’s national capacity research in the new era is facing major challenges such as the legitimacy of the development path, the sustainability of the development model, the operation ability of the national innovation system, the complexity and variability of the international situation. Currently, the results of research on building national capacity have increased significantly, but there are still deficiencies. Based on the current major challenges and special advantages in building the national capacity of China, we should build a "six-dimensional analysis framework" for building the national capacity on the basis of a comprehensive and objective grasp of the focus and development direction of building the national capacity. The framework covers capacity building for political integration, ideological guidance, social integration, economic development, institutional norms, and international check and balance.

Abstract: "Peaceful coexistence and common development" proposed by Mao Zedong and Zhou Enla deepens the concepts of "harmony", "harmonize all nations and care the world" in traditional Chinese culture. In the experience to sum up the united front of the Party, they elevated it to the Marxist diplomatic line of dialectical thinking in which "same" and "different" can be transformed mutually. Adhering to the policy of "peaceful development", Deng Xiaoping turned the China’s diplomacy from "confrontation" to "exchange" in the reform and opening up. Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao advocated "seeking security based on mutual trust and pursuing cooperation based on mutual benefit", and put forward a new concept of building a "peaceful and harmonious world". The joint efforts made by several leaders of the Chinese Communist Party to reconstruct China’s diplomatic discourse laid a solid foundation for Xi Jinping’s proposal of building a community with a shared future for mankind. The Community concept is the wise choice of mankind to move from the realm of necessity to the realm of freedom, and from being unconscious to conscious. The progress of human history is facing a major and serious task: what kind of world to build and how to build the world? Based on China’s experience and the development trend of the world, Xi Jinping proposed a Chinese plan that is building a community with a shared future for mankind, which is not only of great direction-leading significance, but also another great creation of the CCP leaders to reconstruct China’s diplomatic discourse since "peaceful coexistence" was proposed.

Abstract: The confidence in Chinese legal culture benefits from the nourishment of Chinese traditional legal culture, the successful practices during Chinese law construction, and the absorption and reference of the achievements of human civilization. The confidence in legal culture is a main source of shaping the personality of citizens, a key support for developing national spirit, and an important manifestation of fostering emotions in law. The only way to build a legal China and realize the modernization of national governance relies on deeply developing the local legal resources, deriving nutrients from the traditional legal culture, finding the point of convergence with the modern law, cultivating citizens’ confidence in law, shaping public officials’ recognition of observing the law and coordinately promoting the "Joint governance by virtue and law".

Abstract: In the Ming Dynasty, the quantity of military history and geography documents is large. It can be divided into the following four categories in content：the retroversion or description the history of important military struggle all previous since the Early Ming Dynasty，the main recordation of the history of the coastal defense and the Japanese Pirates Invasion，emphasis on the history of land defense, peripheral war and compacting the civil strife, military theory and military history. It had kinds of style, including chronological style, biographical style, recording historical events style, item style, and complex style. Compilers were selected from jinshi' s primarily indicates as officials，especially military officers. Their main purposes had some aspects, such as singing praises of someone，commending loyalty；keeping history for reviewing，showing to the later generations；as the history for use, providing reference. The documents of military，history and geography in the Ming Dynasty had their unique values，which had abundant record，true record of many frontier and coast defense maps；declaration, memorials to the thron and opinions of the war. Lots of Compilers not only had limits on objective record historical facts，but also often paid attention to exploring the Ming Dynasty’s rise and decline, order and disorder.

Abstract: Using the online commentary of Badaling Great Wall Tourism as the data source, using ROST Content Mining software and text analysis method to study the tourist image perception of Beijing Badaling Great Wall, the research found that: (1) Badaling Great Wall is the symbol of Chinese culture and Chinese spiritual landmark, the "good man" complex is an important motivation for tourists to visit the scenic spot. (2) Tourists have a positive image perception of the tourist attraction of Badaling Great Wall, but the congestion atmosphere of the scenic spot, the lack of development of tourism facilities, the single tourism leisure and entertainment activities, the disorder of the tourism market environment, the hazy weather, etc. result in negative image perception in visitors. (3) The Badaling Great Wall tourism image perceived positive emotions accounted for 81.31%, with certain image and online word-of-mouth. The semantic image of the overall image perception showed the characteristics of "core-edge". The core part mainly originated from tourism attraction and tourist facilities, and the degree of perception of the various dimensions of the tourism image is different. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the tourism image of the Great Wall in Beijing Badaling were put forward.

Abstract: In Margaret Atwood’s Surfacing, the author enunciates her nationalist stance by calling for a construction of cultural indigeneity informed by a unique spatial, animalistic and geographical national imaginary. Canadian identity and indigenous folkloric tradition together help shape what Atwood thinks a necessary component in building Canadian national identity through her literary delineation of an "in-between" space.

Abstract: The concept of"heterotopia"proposed by Foucault in1967marked the beginning of contemporary spatial turn and the theory of heterogeneous space. The original form of heterogeneous space can be found in Nietzsche’s philosophy. The concept of"heterogeneity"was first raised by Bataille. Later Foucault connected heterogeneity with space，and coined"heterotopia".Influenced by Foucault，Edward Soja put forward the idea of"thirdspace". Deleuze，as Foucault’s contemporary，created various concepts of space among which"rhizome"is a typical one. From Deleuzian concepts of space，we can understand his idea of heterogeneous connection and becoming. In the20th century，thinkers from different perspectives have tried to create a kind of space that is open，inclusive and heterogeneous.

Abstract: At present, domestic animation is developing at a high speed, and its rise has become an indisputable fact. The reasons for continuous expansion of the market for domestic animation audience are as follows: 1. domestic animation business develops audience for a long term; 2. the uncertainty of content enhances the audience loyalty; 3. the national emotion of the audience raises their tolerance of the domestic animation market. Recently, the creation of domestic animation gradually incorporates more adult elements, pays more attention to the intellectual property and caters to demand of domestic audience.
