摘要:人工智能在各行各業(yè)都有大量應(yīng)用,故人工智能在中醫(yī)診脈與舌診領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用也成了最熱門的研究之一。通過(guò)人工智能機(jī)器人對(duì)患者進(jìn)行“望聞問(wèn)切”,成為提高中醫(yī)診斷可靠性和準(zhǔn)確率一種方法。對(duì)人工智能在中醫(yī)脈診和舌診中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了綜述,探究了人工智能在中醫(yī)的脈診和舌診領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用方法。首先,闡述了人工智能在醫(yī)療中的發(fā)展歷史與應(yīng)用;其次,歸納總結(jié)中醫(yī)的發(fā)展歷史和研究現(xiàn)狀;最后總結(jié)卷積神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與中醫(yī)脈診和舌診結(jié)合的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和應(yīng)用,并展望了未來(lái)人工智能在中醫(yī)學(xué)方向的發(fā)展前景。

Abstract: Artificial intelligence is widely used in all walks of life, and the application of artificial intelligence in pulse and tongue diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine has become one of the most popular research. It has become a method to improve the reliability and accuracy of diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine by using artificial intelligence robots to "look at and hear" patients. This paper summarizes the application of artificial intelligence in pulse and tongue diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine, and explores the application methods of artificial intelligence in pulse and tongue diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine. Firstly, the development history and application of artificial intelligence in medical treatment are expounded. Secondly, the development history and research status of traditional Chinese medicine are summarized. Finally, the key technologies and applications of convolutional neural network combined with pulse and tongue diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine are summarized, and the prospects of future development of artificial intelligence in the direction of traditional Chinese medicine are prospected.

進(jìn)入信息時(shí)代以來(lái),各式各樣的數(shù)據(jù)撲面而來(lái),面對(duì)這龐大的數(shù)據(jù)量,數(shù)據(jù)處理成為重要的研究課題,人工智能概念應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí),深度學(xué)習(xí)等技術(shù)的發(fā)展越來(lái)越快,覆蓋各個(gè)行業(yè)和領(lǐng)域,如無(wú)人駕駛汽車、股票金融預(yù)測(cè)、醫(yī)學(xué)診斷等各行各業(yè)。其中,將人工智能與傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)相結(jié)合,對(duì)提高醫(yī)生診斷效率和準(zhǔn)確率,傳承優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化有著重要意義。通過(guò)人工智能機(jī)器人對(duì)患者進(jìn)行“望聞問(wèn)切”,彌補(bǔ)醫(yī)生水平之間的差異,降低醫(yī)生在高負(fù)荷坐診時(shí)期的工作量等方面有著重要的作用。著名國(guó)際商業(yè)機(jī)器公司(IBM)發(fā)明的醫(yī)療人工智能系統(tǒng),其通過(guò)機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)訓(xùn)練了超過(guò)330種醫(yī)學(xué)期刊,250種腫瘤著作和2700萬(wàn)篇論文的研究數(shù)據(jù),還學(xué)習(xí)了基于美國(guó)國(guó)立綜合癌癥網(wǎng)絡(luò)的癌癥治療指南和美國(guó)紀(jì)念斯隆凱特琳癌癥中心在美國(guó)100多年癌癥臨床治療實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)等,它能在10秒鐘之內(nèi)就能為乳腺癌患者出具癌癥治療方案報(bào)告。這使得更多的科學(xué)家從事于研究人工智能與醫(yī)學(xué)的結(jié)合方法。在中國(guó),中醫(yī)學(xué)從古至今都是治療疾病的常用手段之一,但中醫(yī)學(xué)理論的可靠性在國(guó)際上還是爭(zhēng)議不斷,本文對(duì)現(xiàn)代中醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié)。目前人工智能在計(jì)算機(jī)視覺(jué)代,機(jī)器嗅覺(jué),自然語(yǔ)言處理等領(lǐng)域已有較大進(jìn)展,將人工智能技術(shù)應(yīng)用到中醫(yī)領(lǐng)域,將大大提高診斷準(zhǔn)確率,并有著廣闊的發(fā)展應(yīng)用前景。
1 人工智能在醫(yī)療中的發(fā)展概述
人工智能在醫(yī)療行業(yè)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)快五十年了,從20世紀(jì)70年代開始,人工智能就在醫(yī)療診斷和治療方面已經(jīng)有所應(yīng)用。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)硬件的發(fā)展,計(jì)算機(jī)的運(yùn)算速度呈幾何倍數(shù)的增長(zhǎng),同時(shí)機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)和深度學(xué)習(xí)等在技術(shù)上也有著突破性的發(fā)展,其中在數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、計(jì)算機(jī)視覺(jué)、自然語(yǔ)言處理等領(lǐng)域發(fā)展迅速,由于計(jì)算機(jī)硬件的發(fā)展,人工智能技術(shù)也于2011年開始在醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域里大規(guī)模應(yīng)用,通過(guò)對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)圖像處理,病歷和文獻(xiàn)等資料進(jìn)行自然語(yǔ)言處理等相關(guān)技術(shù),應(yīng)運(yùn)而生了醫(yī)生輔助診斷系統(tǒng)、醫(yī)學(xué)影像、電子病歷等。
