一、教學分析
《English around the word》這一課選自人民教育出版社普通高中課程標準試驗教科書《英語》1。本節(jié)課是詞匯新授課,其中大部分單詞和短語經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)在高考題中,同時是新課標要求掌握的,所以掌握本節(jié)課內容很重要。
二、學情分析
英語教學中,大部分學生對于詞匯學習感到枯燥,課堂上不活躍,所以要設置各種有趣的活動,激發(fā)和調動學生積極性,使他們在快樂的課堂氣氛中,通過自主探究學習及小組合作完成任務,達成教學目標。
三、教學目標
1.知識目標:能聽、說、讀、寫because of、come up、command、request、take part這些單詞短語,并能正確運用這些單詞短語。
2.技能目標:提高學生運用所學單詞短語的能力。
3.情感目標:培養(yǎng)學生學習詞匯的興趣。
四、教學策略
自主探究學習、情景式教學、合作學習。
五、教學重難點
1.重點:學生能運用單詞和詞組because of、come up、command、request、take part。
2.難點:掌握本節(jié)課單詞和詞組一詞多義的用法并能夠靈活運用。
六、教學過程
Step 1:Lead-in.
Listen to the music“because of you”and“because I love you”,showing the music word on the screen.Questions:“Do you like music?”“Both of the name want to show the meaning of‘因為,and why does one use because of, and the other use because?”
Step 2:Presentation.
1. Students read the words following the tape.
2. Show some example sentences.(一詞多義) For example:
Your question came up at the meeting.Tom came up with good idea.
(多種搭配的單詞,例如command、request,根據(jù)不同搭配的意義列出句子。學生自己觀察,總結,再將這些用法總結,拓展到order、require等表示命令建議要求的單詞用法中)
1. The policeman commanded the thief to stop.
2. The teacher commanded that he should go out of the classroom.
3. The boss commanded that Tom finish the work on time.
4. The commanded is that we should set out at once.
5. It is the command that the desk be moved away.
Step 3:Consolidation.
Let students do exercises after learning. Choose one student to write answers on the blackboard.Let students to explain,if the answer are different.The teacher can explain more clearly.
Step 4:Homework.
Write a short passage using the words and expressions in this class.
七、教學評價設計
評價內容:
1.教學中,學生學習興趣,是否濃厚。
2.在自主學習和小組活動時,學習態(tài)度是否端正。
3.所學知識和技能掌握情況。
評價方法:
1.學生自我評價:肯定自己的努力,看到自己的不足。
2.學生互相評價:以小組為單位,組員之間對學習態(tài)度及效果進行評價。
3.教師評價學生:學生的自評和互評要和教師的評價結合起來,教師在評價中發(fā)揮主導作用。

九、課后反思
This teaching focuses on word teaching.The main method is situational teaching,leading students to learn the words and phrases.Students can summarize these words points after observing and thinking these words with different meaning.Of cause,there are still some points we will advanced. Firstly,the form of word practicing is more simple.We should prepare more interesting ways.Secondly,the summary is a little hesitation.If the importance is on the blackboard ,there is no need to present it on the screen.So ,we should pass it quickly.In a word,the teaching is a course.We will improve it day by day.
