一、師生問答,導(dǎo)入主題(略)
二、深入復(fù)習(xí),層層遞進(jìn)
1.配樂滾動播放北京著名景點(diǎn)的圖片,組織學(xué)生欣賞。
T:What did you see in the video just now?
S:Palace Museum, the Great Wall, Summer Palace,Tian’anmen Square... 教師點(diǎn)出相應(yīng)的圖片,充分利用白板的感觀效果,請學(xué)生拖動白板,將圖片和英文匹配,將圖片拖到合適的位置。
設(shè)計(jì)意圖:充分利用白板的感觀效果,讓學(xué)生參與到活動中來。既增加了課堂的趣味性,同時(shí)又增大了課堂的容量。減少課堂教學(xué)時(shí)間,增大課堂練習(xí)量,學(xué)生能有較高的熱情參與到教學(xué)中去,并有效復(fù)習(xí)第三單元“Holiday fun”的主要詞匯。
2.白板呈現(xiàn)北京、臺北,上海、香港、倫敦等大城市的圖片。
T:Boys and girls,where did you go on your National Day holiday?What did you do there?

要求學(xué)生快速說出城市名稱和所在國家,以及這個(gè)城市的相關(guān)信息。學(xué)生依據(jù)圖片,上臺當(dāng)小老師,依據(jù)教師給出的句型提示進(jìn)行生生互動,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生從介紹自己喜歡的城市。
設(shè)計(jì)意圖:讓學(xué)生仔細(xì)觀察圖片,提出問題,激發(fā)學(xué)生的發(fā)散性思維,教師讓學(xué)生走上講臺作小老師,提出問題,活躍課堂氣氛,充分體現(xiàn)課堂中的生生互動,學(xué)生興趣高漲。然后通過生生互評的方式完成形成性評價(jià)。
教師先以北京為例:
T:What’s the weather like in Beijing?
S:In Beijing, spring is short and windy.In summer,it isusually very hotand rainy.Autumn is usually sunny and cool.Winter is cold and dry.

教師稍做引導(dǎo)后將教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)交給學(xué)生完成,教師利用白板的視頻播放功能,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行深入的學(xué)習(xí)。通過看圖、討論,表演的活動,讓學(xué)生在不知不覺中進(jìn)入了教師精心創(chuàng)設(shè)的英語情境,他們可以用一般過去時(shí)的特殊疑問句或一般疑問句來了解同學(xué)或者朋友最喜愛的城市。學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性一下子被調(diào)動起來,原本枯燥的句型復(fù)習(xí)有了較強(qiáng)的趣味性。
設(shè)計(jì)意圖:教師先和學(xué)生進(jìn)行問答活動,要求學(xué)生快速說出這個(gè)城市的氣候特征、特色食物和著名旅游景點(diǎn),加深對具體城市的了解,以鞏固句型的學(xué)習(xí),調(diào)動學(xué)生參與課堂學(xué)習(xí)的積極性。然后教師將“師問生答”的形式拓展為“生問生答”或“生問師答”增加學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的新鮮感,樂于參與課堂。
3.請學(xué)生選擇一個(gè)自己喜歡的城市,查閱資料,制作信息卡。
設(shè)計(jì)意圖:這一環(huán)節(jié)是由學(xué)生說的環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)入到寫的環(huán)節(jié),層層遞進(jìn),一步步提交任務(wù)的難度,在趣味性學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)上增加學(xué)習(xí)的知識性提高。設(shè)計(jì)適當(dāng)?shù)牧?xí)題,既能培養(yǎng)學(xué)生“寫”的能力,也可以讓他們再次鞏固所學(xué)知識。有利于技能向能力轉(zhuǎn)化,也有利于知識結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)化為認(rèn)知結(jié)構(gòu)。
三、觸類旁通,縱向深入
1.Understand the signs.
T:In Beijing,I went to a park.Here is the photo of the park.Is it beautiful?
S:Yes,it is.
T:Look,there are some signstoo.Look atthis.What does it mean?
S:It means “No smoking”.It means you can’t smoke here.

教師總結(jié)有關(guān)標(biāo)識的短語,歸納出“No+名詞/動名詞”結(jié)構(gòu)。
設(shè)計(jì)意圖:以教師游覽北京為主線,自然地引入第五單元“signs”的復(fù)習(xí),使整個(gè)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)自然融為一體。
2.Ask and answer.

出示一張環(huán)境優(yōu)美的圖片,然后出示環(huán)境污染的畫面將原有圖片覆蓋。

教師總結(jié)“can/should/shouldn’t+動詞原形”的結(jié)構(gòu)。
設(shè)計(jì)意圖:教師給出畫面提示,讓學(xué)生用英語描述看到的情景,充分運(yùn)用所學(xué)句型表達(dá)。讓學(xué)生們充分認(rèn)識到污染的嚴(yán)重性,保護(hù)環(huán)境的重要性。
3.復(fù)習(xí)句型“What can we do to...”。

設(shè)計(jì)意圖:學(xué)生往往習(xí)慣于回答教師的問題。在復(fù)習(xí)課上,大膽放手讓學(xué)生運(yùn)用所學(xué)語言自主提問,在相互的問題碰撞中充分發(fā)散思維,對發(fā)展學(xué)生的語言運(yùn)用能力效果非常好。
4.Choose and say.

S:We should save water,save energy,save trees and we shouldn’t use too much plastic.

設(shè)計(jì)意圖:通過圖文并茂的形式來小結(jié)地球的現(xiàn)狀,讓學(xué)生了解reuse和recycle的重要性。同時(shí)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生課前通過書籍、網(wǎng)絡(luò)查詢所需信息,讓學(xué)生有意識地參與到問題的思考中。

設(shè)計(jì)意圖:相對談?wù)撝貜?fù)使用的物品,談?wù)撗h(huán)利用需要用到的語言更多。學(xué)生能在課堂上列舉可以循環(huán)利用的物品值得表揚(yáng),課后即便是用中文搜索如何循環(huán)利用這些資源也能讓他們有很大的收獲。
