歐盟可能限制進(jìn)口物品中的REACH附件XIV授權(quán)物質(zhì)

歐盟委員會(huì)6月11日的會(huì)議討論了第二次REACH審查的結(jié)果和后續(xù)計(jì)劃，并提出將在日落之日前對(duì)REACH附件XIV授權(quán)清單上所列物質(zhì)進(jìn)行限制。

ECHA提出將限制DEHP，DBP，DIBP和BBP四種鄰苯二甲酸鹽，得到了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析委員會(huì)（Rac和Seac）的支持。

同時(shí)，ECHA正在起草有關(guān)TCEP和鉻酸鉛的限制性文件。對(duì)于其它物質(zhì)，ECHA表示將進(jìn)行篩查并出具報(bào)告，以評(píng)估在接下來的6個(gè)月至12個(gè)月內(nèi)是否需要限制。

第二次REACH審查得出結(jié)論，REACH顯著提高了對(duì)人類健康和環(huán)境的保護(hù)，確保了化學(xué)品在歐盟市場(chǎng)上的自由流動(dòng)。REACH也為2020年可持續(xù)發(fā)展世界首腦會(huì)議的目標(biāo)作出了貢獻(xiàn)。（?？茩z測(cè)）
