今年，參加上海國(guó)際紡織工業(yè)展覽會(huì)的展品，均是2016-2017年開發(fā)的新品，展品涵蓋公司三大系列產(chǎn)品。其中D2861是今年新研發(fā)的高速電子多臂，就是為了適應(yīng)高檔、高速劍桿織機(jī)配國(guó)產(chǎn)電子多臂的需求，一旦批量投入市場(chǎng)，將填補(bǔ)這一領(lǐng)域高速開口的國(guó)內(nèi)空白，市場(chǎng)前景可期盼。

D2861型電子多臂主要適用于工藝轉(zhuǎn)速在550～600rpm的國(guó)內(nèi)外各類高檔劍桿織機(jī)，用于織造棉、毛、絲、麻等原料的平紋、斜紋和小花紋織物。它的特點(diǎn)是高效能生產(chǎn)，織物質(zhì)量高，對(duì)環(huán)境影響小，用途廣泛。

JL2410電子提花機(jī)：24列，適用于噴氣、劍桿、片梭等各類無梭織機(jī)，用于織造大提花織物，目前針數(shù)從5376～9216針。

S1353積極式凸輪開口裝置是一款高速踏盤，采用積極式共軛凸輪。適用下置式、10片裝，齒輪泵主動(dòng)順滑，順滑效果好，操作放便，適應(yīng)織造平紋、斜紋造物。

The Polar winders have been recently developed to the Evolution series， gathering all the innovative solutions in terms of technology， efficiency， quality output and maintenance. The winder on display， is a freestanding fully automated one， provided with new special features to process“unfriendly” bobbins. Savio proposes a newly designed hopper “Pace Sorter Feeder” to optimize a fast and smooth flow feeding of yarn bobbins whose formation and shape， show entanglements， misplaced yarn tails， often tied together， creating bobbin jams.

Polar Evolution is also provided with dedicated solutions， engineered for automatic devices （bobbin preparation， transport， etc.） present in the fully automatic winder models， to control and process springy elastic yarns.
