Dear Tom,
Im writing to make an apology to you. Last week, we made arrangements for the Christmas party and found it difficult to reach an agreement since we had different ideas. Then a bitter quarrel broke out between us and I couldnt help yelling at you in a rude manner. It must have hurt you deeply. Now I am aware of my mistake and want to take back what I said that day. Will you please forgive my rudeness and ignorance As a matter of fact, I didnt mean any harm but tried to illustrate my views. Its hoped that were still close friends and serve our class together heart and soul. Ill appreciate it if you could forgive and forget.
Once again I apologize to you for my impoliteness.
Yours sincerely,
Li Hua
