10月14日—15日,第二屆中非政黨理論研討會(huì)在重慶舉行。中共中央對(duì)外聯(lián)絡(luò)部部長(zhǎng)宋濤出席開(kāi)幕式并致辭。中共中央對(duì)外聯(lián)絡(luò)部副部長(zhǎng)徐綠平主持開(kāi)幕式。來(lái)自南非、蘇丹、坦桑尼亞、剛果(金)等非洲國(guó)家的15個(gè)政黨60余名代表參加了研討會(huì),圍繞中非政黨治國(guó)理政經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了交流。本屆研討會(huì)在“2016中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨與世界對(duì)話會(huì)”框架下舉行。中聯(lián)部部長(zhǎng)宋濤在開(kāi)幕式上做了“中非政黨攜手努力,共同為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理作出新貢獻(xiàn)”的主旨講話,提出了:中非政黨要努力探索治理發(fā)展道路、中非政黨要引領(lǐng)中非發(fā)展交流、中非政黨進(jìn)一步的合作等3點(diǎn)建議,并發(fā)布了新聞公報(bào);宋濤說(shuō),今年是中非開(kāi)啟外交關(guān)系60周年。60年來(lái),中國(guó)一直支持非洲國(guó)家聯(lián)合自強(qiáng),支持非洲國(guó)家在國(guó)際和地區(qū)事務(wù)中發(fā)揮更大作用,推動(dòng)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理體系更加平衡地反映大多數(shù)國(guó)家意愿和利益。政黨在提升發(fā)展中國(guó)家在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理中的地位上不能缺位,要加強(qiáng)合作,加強(qiáng)交流。中非政黨要勇于探索自己的發(fā)展道路,引領(lǐng)中非發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流,努力推動(dòng)中非務(wù)實(shí)合作。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨愿不斷創(chuàng)新交往形式、豐富交流內(nèi)容,通過(guò)中非政黨理論研討會(huì)的平臺(tái)進(jìn)一步深化中非政黨交流。
中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨與湄公河國(guó)家政黨對(duì)話會(huì),于10月14日下午在“2016中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨與世界對(duì)話會(huì)”框架下舉行。本次中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨與湄公河國(guó)家政黨對(duì)話會(huì)的主題是“加強(qiáng)政治引領(lǐng),推動(dòng)南湄合作”,會(huì)議由中共中央對(duì)外聯(lián)絡(luò)部部長(zhǎng)助理王亞軍主持,來(lái)自老撾、柬埔寨、越南的6個(gè)政黨的代表出席了會(huì)議,與會(huì)代表友好坦誠(chéng)地進(jìn)行了溝通與討論,取得了一系列的共識(shí)和成果。

The 2nd China-Africa Political Parties Theoretical Seminar was held in Chongqing on October 14 and 15. Song Tao, minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech, and vice minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee Xu Lvping presided over the ceremony. More than 60 representatives of 15 political parties from South Africa, Sudan, Tanzania, Congo, etc. participated in the seminar, exchanging their experience of governing a country by political parties. The seminar was a part of “The CPC in Dialogue with the World 2016”. In the opening ceremony, Minister Song Tao made a keynote speech titled “Sino-African Cooperation and Contribution to Global Economic Governance”. In his speech, Song believed that Sino-African political parties should endeavor to explore the ways of governance and development, take a lead in Sino-African development and exchange, and strengthen cooperation between each other. A communiqué was subsequently issued.“This year is the 60th anniversary of the establishment of China-African diplomatic relationship. In the past 60 years, China has been supporting the alliance and improvement of African countries. China has been expecting a greater role of African countries in international and regional affairs so as to promote the establishment of a global economic governing system where the will and interests of the majority of developing countries are refl ected,” Song stressed. Political parties, as he said, play an indispensable role in global economic governance in developing countries and hence the cooperation and exchange between developing countries in this fi eld are highly necessary. China-African political parties, according to him, should take the initiative in exploring the ways of developing, exchanging of experience and promoting the pragmatic cooperation between each other. The CPC hopes to innovate ways of communication, enrich the content of exchange and deepen the communication between China-African political parties through this seminar, he said.

Follow-up Event
“Dialogue between CPC and Political Parties in Countries along the Mekong”, as a part of The CPC in Dialogue with the World 2016, was held on the afternoon of October 14. Themed in “Enhancement of the Leading Role of Political Parties and Promotion of the Cooperation between the Lower Mekong Countries”, the Dialogue was presided over by Wang Yajun, assistant minister of the International Department of CPC Central Committee. Heads of six political parties from Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam attended it. They made a friendly and candid communication and discussion, reaching a series of consensus and agreements during the Dialogue.
