Abstract：From late Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China，in order to promote the development of the missionary work in Xinjiang，the Catholic missionaries founded schools in the Northern of Xinjiang.The Swedish Mission founded a lot of schools，compiled and published literature，and researched the traditional culture of ethnic minorities.Christian school showed its characteristics：only a small number of primary schools and students，curriculum and textbooks to suit one's measures to local conditions，both religious knowledge and scientific culture.This enriched the form of Xinjiang education and disseminated advanced science knowledge.However，in fact，they had very little impact on Xinjiang education.

Chencheng's Opinions on Sino-Foreign Relationship during the Anti-Japanese War —A Study Focus on Letters，Memoirs and Diaries

Chencheng had many special opinions on sino-foreign relationship during the Anti-Japanese War.He analyzed Japanese intrusion trends accurately and kept some strategies such as overall war，long-term war，depletedwar，etc.He thought that Chinese must keep relying on themselves.He tried to ally with western countries though he didn't trust them.He tried to utilize the Soviet Union though he often rejected it.He strongly opposed Chinese expeditionary force plan，which indicated his attitude facing the conflicts between China and allied countries.Chencheng's opinions were extremely pragmatic.He not only tried to ensure Chinese interests，but also took into account the interests of Kuomintang.Chencheng's proposals influenced Jiang jieshi's decisions to some extent，and then affected the process of the Anti-Japanese war.

Chinese Repatriation of Japanese Migrants and Captives after Winning the War of Resistance Against Japan

Abstract：After the War of Resistance Against Japan，there were still 3.7 million Japanese migrants and captives in China mainland and Taiwan.In the spirit of return good for evil，the National Government cooperated with the Chinese Communist Party，and tried their best to repatriate the Japanese migrants and captives from the Northeast China，North China，Central China，East China，Southern China and Taiwan territory with the help of American Government.Chinese repatriation of Japanese migrants and captives had continued even after the War of Liberation.When New China was founded，most Japanese migrants and captives had returned to Japan except a tiny minority.Much more attention should be paid to the spirit of return good for evil.There are still many imperfections on the study of Chinese repatriation of Japanese migrants and captives after winning the War of Resistance Against Japan，such as the data of shortage，study on the method of relative Single，the lack of comprehensive research achievements of macro.Repatriation of Japanese migrants and captives in Southern China hasn't been included in the academic field.We must pay much attention to the data of Japanese Migrants and Captives to promote the development of scholarly research.

Xiguan Culture and Modern Guangzhou Press（1827-1912）

Abstract：Guangzhou was one of the press distribution centers of Modern China.Its press mainly concentrated in the west region and formed unique geographical landscape which was deeply influenced by Xiguan culture.Owing to the strong business atmosphere，Xiguan was dominated by secu-lar life.These led to the commercialization and civilian trends of modern Xiguan press significantly. As the press of regional culture，Xiguan press had strong local color，became a living representative of regional culture with geographical properties.In a word，Xiguan press was not only the creation of the“history”，but also the creation of“geography”.

Ye Rong-zhong and the Modernity of Taiwanese Classical Poetry

Abstract：Ye Rong-zhong's politics of classical poetry in the colonial period reminds us to think of the modernity problem of Taiwan literature.First，his practice of classical poetry transcends the contradiction between Taiwan new literature and old. Second，his historical viewpoint of Chinese poetry puts forward the spirit of criticism，draws the outline of two patterns of politics of Chinese poetry. Third，his politics of Chinese poetry expands the space of anti-colonialism in taiwan.

Investigation on Cross-Border of Malaysian-Chinese New Generation's Prose in the 90s

Abstract：“Cross-border”is an important characteristic of the development of Malaysian-Chinese New Generation's prose in the 90s.There are two paths：One is“Cross-Genre”that breaking the barriers between prose and poetry，fiction and etc.；the other is“Sub-Genre”——breaking the barriers between literature，sociology，anthropology，ethnology and other disciplines to form various sub-genres.This paper tries to investigate the resource and processes of“Cross-border”，and examine the significance and limitation.

Abstract：The random expansion of the acceptance scope of the Letters and Visits functioning as remedy is one of the reasons for function changes of Letters and Visits.Promoting regression of the function of Letters and Visits system is a necessary requirement for legalization.The key to regression is realize the classity of acceptance of remedy and non-remedy types.The accepting entity of remedy type shall be limited to administrative authorities，while the acceptance scope shall be limited to the remedy claim against inappropriate administrative act.

The Attempting Discussion on the Systems and Mechanisms for Consultations on Local Legislation

Abstract：Consultations on legislation，a democracy activity in People's Congresses which introduces consultative democracy into voting democracy，is away to carry out legislate more effectively and democratically，which help improving and developing people's congress system，and advancing extensive，multi-tiered and institutionalized development of socialist consultative democracy.Consultations on local legislation should not only be established in its legislative nature but also be established in the purpose of the consulations.More importantly，itshould be establishedbasedon China's current circumstances and its political resources，thus provide a legal support for consultations on legislation by building up an institutional framework，concrete programs as well as the operation mechanism democratically，lawfully，scientifically and reasonably，through which consultations on legislation activities have regulations to follow.

The Effects of Enterprise Managers'Career Plateau on Job Satisfaction，Turnover Intention

Abstract：Career plateau is a stagnation stage of individual career development.Its effects on job satisfaction and turnover intention are studied by many researchers.To enterprise managers the relationship between career plateau and job satisfaction turnover intention are more complex.Firstly，career plateau significantly impacts job satisfaction and turnover intention.Secondly，job satisfaction partly mediates the relationship between career plateau and turnover intention.Finally，moderating effect of achievement motivation on“career plateau→job satisfaction”，“job satisfaction→turnover intention”，and“career plateau→job satisfaction→turnover intention”reaches a significant level.

The Legal Nature of Credit Card Pre-Authorization and Cardholders Protection

Abstract：Credit card pre-authorization is when the credit card holder orders the issuing bank by the POS terminal channel or provide credit card information in remote way，to make a payment commitment for the underlying transaction between the card holder and the merchant.The legal relationship of pre-authorization is a compound legal relationship between the card holder，the issuing bank and the merchant，however the guarantee relationship between the issuing bank and the merchant plays a key role.Pre-authorization is set as a kind of credit guarantee once it has done，it wasn't decided by the transaction sheet or confirmation sheet，the transaction sheet and confirmation sheet are only the written documents of the pre-authorization behavior and settlement.It is not conducive to protect the card holder，if he doesn't have the right to terminate pre-authorization，thus，we should admit that they have the termination right under the statutory basis，to protect the legitimate right of card holders.

Recent Development on Jurisdictional Rules of Infringement of Personality Rights in EU：On the Basis of ECJ's Judicial Coordination

Abstract：Article 2（1）and Article 5（3）of Brussels RegulationⅠare referred as general jurisdictional rule and special jurisdictional rule respectively to deal with the infringement of personality right in EU.As the basis and starting point to unify the jurisdictional rules concerning infringement of personality right in EU，the interpretation and development of Article 5（3）of Brussels RegulationⅠby ECJ is noticeable.The ECJ's judicial practice demonstrated that it can be neither promote the certainty for the determination of jurisdiction，nor prevent the parties from forum shopping. Meanwhile，the ECJ is confronted with new problems：whether there is a necessity to distinguish jurisdictions between the Internet and non-Internet cases involving infringement of personality right，and whether the application of Article 5（3）of Brussels RegulationⅠshould be strictly interpreted.The mosaic principle which established by ECJ in Shevill's case should be adjusted based on the review of ECJ's judicial practice，and the theory of“the place of centre of interests”which introduced by ECJ should be adopted or abandoned is also need to re-examine.

Missionary E.W.Wallace and Chinese Christian Education in 1920's

Abstract：“More Chinese”Chinization was the mainstream in the development of modern Chinese Christian education，and which became the main countermeasures to face internal and external challenges in 1920's.The concept of Canadian missionary E.W.Wallace originated from the West China practical experiences，and then by participation in Burton Commission and the China Christian Educational Association it was extended to national all over China.From the early“compromise to Chinese”to“add Chinese elements”，and then to“a part of Chinese system”，when E.W. Wallace's“Chinese”concept gradually became a reality，problems which was inherent in the communication between Chinese and Western Christian education system limited its further development.E.W.Wallace's fund of raising“for Chinese resources”became unreachable，image on the“Chinese”and the“West”were still a big gap，this was not E.W.Wallace's responsibility.
