    太子參連作障害防控技術(shù)初探

    摘要:為緩解太子參的連作障害,實(shí)現(xiàn)太子參的高產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)栽培,采用4因素3水平正交試驗(yàn)研究了不同處理對太子參單個(gè)塊莖莖長、莖粗、鮮重、產(chǎn)量、多糖含量的影響,并對多糖含量進(jìn)行極差分析。結(jié)果表明,太子參連作障害防控技術(shù)的最優(yōu)組合為栽植深度11 cm,土壤消毒液為福爾馬林,基肥施用量為每公頃施草木灰1 500 kg、磷肥450 kg、復(fù)合肥225 kg、硫酸鉀225 kg,病害藥物防治措施為噴50%多菌靈1 000倍稀釋液。

    Study on the Prevention and Control Techniqes of Continuous Cropping Obstacles of Pseudostellaria heterophylla

    Abstract:In order to furthest relieve the continuous cropping obstacles of Pseudostellaria heterophylla, to realize its high yield and quality cultivation, the four factors and three levels orthogonal test L9(34) was performed. Effects of stem length, stem diameter, fresh weight, moist yield and polysaccharide content of single tuber of P. heterophylla under different treatments were studied, and range analysis on polysaccharide content of yield was made, the optimal combination of main prevention and control techniqes of continuous cropping obstacles of P. heterophylla were obtained. That is, the transplant depths was 11 cm, soil disinfection solution was formalin, amounts of base fertilizer were plant ash was 1 500 kg/hm2, phosphorus was 450 kg/hm2, compound fertilizer was 225 kg/hm2, potassium sulfate was 225 kg/hm2, and drug prevention measure of diseases was 1 000 times liquid of 50% carbendazim.
