怎樣提高英語閱讀水平
很多單詞都認(rèn)識,就是不知道它在說什么,怎樣才能看懂英語閱讀?

總結(jié)來說,形成英語思維很重要。初級建議閱讀一些超詞匯量大概30%以內(nèi)的詞匯進(jìn)行閱讀。另外興趣為輔,我建議閱讀的書目是牛津通識讀本,有200多本,言簡意賅,涉及各個(gè)學(xué)科各個(gè)方面。都是大家小書,知識點(diǎn)都是正確的。
另外,我覺得提高閱讀速度只是一種片面的高速求成,反而得不償失。不如先從整體入手,把聽說讀寫全面提高起來,就事半功倍了。如果想要提高整體聽說讀寫,一般持續(xù)就是先掌握聽,然后能夠與情境相關(guān)。具體細(xì)節(jié)就是,不翻譯直接反應(yīng),得到更直接的圖像信息而不是漢語信息。在看美劇時(shí),初始先培養(yǎng)對一般語言的反應(yīng)能力,其次是看學(xué)術(shù)型的如耶魯公開課一類,慢慢戒除字幕依賴性。對于句子結(jié)構(gòu)也是如此,重復(fù)使用的句式其實(shí)很有限,在專業(yè)詞匯齊備的情況下,不建議花過多時(shí)間在語法上。至于說,就是反復(fù)練習(xí)和一定要苛求自己的發(fā)音。推薦《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)美語發(fā)音的13個(gè)秘訣》,還有American accent的一個(gè)軟件。在實(shí)際對話中反復(fù)練習(xí)是語音提高最快的。
另外一個(gè)誤區(qū)就是背單詞,要想高速閱讀,單詞量一定不會(huì)低。本人的親身經(jīng)驗(yàn)就是,除非是面對語言考試,否則枯燥的一天背大量單詞是無用功。當(dāng)然,專業(yè)術(shù)語和詞匯需要特別記憶一下,但是這個(gè)范圍的詞匯應(yīng)該不超過2000個(gè)。更應(yīng)該結(jié)合比較適合自己水平的英語書籍來進(jìn)行提高。把不會(huì)的詞匯進(jìn)行猜詞和圈劃,方便后面回憶。這些詞匯不要貪多。最好一天不超過100個(gè),否則的話就證明你的閱讀材料已經(jīng)超出你目前水平太多。高速閱讀的詞匯在精不在多。凡事求十全十美只會(huì)提升閱讀的門檻,很難有進(jìn)步的成就感,不可求全。
