歌曰:
肘打把勢藝相連,奧妙盡存步法間;
妙一催二二催三,勒馬停風(fēng)其勢鮮。
心意六合拳肘技之法,主要是盤、沉、橫、挑加“地炮”(俗名地抱肘,拉錨斷繩)五種肘法。故有“肘母五把”之謂。
肘法實用時多以步法配合,因而更為靈活兇猛。盤肘擊法,功用在擊敵之太陽及耳根穴;沉肘功在擊敵之鎖骨、后頸和背心;橫肘功在擊敵之面部、胸部、肋部;挑肘功在擊敵之心窩、下腭;地炮肘功在背向挑擊敵之襠部、腹部及胸部。具體運用之法全在自己的靈活掌握之中,下面遂將每種肘法作一示范,僅供參考。
一、盤肘技法:
雙方對峙而立(圖1)。(注:我方以輕步站對之,以下幾式均同)。
假設(shè)敵方以進(jìn)左步出左直拳朝我方上盤進(jìn)擊而來時,我方迅速前移左步,左掌朝斜前方劈擊對方左肘臂曲池部位(圖2)。
緊隨外旋腕扣指壓砸敵臂,左、右腳前步的同時,上體左旋,右臂盤肘擊向敵左側(cè)耳門(圖3)。
不讓敵方倒跌的瞬間,左手屈肘,上體右旋,再次盤肘擊敵方右側(cè)耳門及頸部,徹底將敵打斃(圖4)。
要點:在運用盤肘對付敵人時,不一定要拘泥于形式上去,只要敵方一出拳腳,我方以靜制動,在化格敵的拳腳同時,迅即發(fā)動肘擊進(jìn)攻;要有起勢如崩墻倒,落地如樹栽根的氣勢,肘發(fā)連環(huán),爆發(fā)勁有如雷打電擊。
二、沉肘技法
雙方相峙而立時(圖5)。
當(dāng)對方前進(jìn)右腳一步接近我方的同時,用左直拳朝我方面部擊打來時;我方左腳后撤退一步,右掌前托抖擊對方左小臂外側(cè),并向其右下推,將其攻勢化解掉(圖6)。緊接著,我方左腳上步成剪子股步,同時右手下落將敵左臂下裹壓,左手五指叉開擊向敵面,迫使其低頭避躲(圖7)。
在對方低頭的瞬間,我方左手抬臂屈肘猛的下沉砸在敵方頭頂百會穴及后腦部,將其打仆于地(圖8)。
要點:沉肘之法一般都是由上下落,先起而后落,發(fā)勁極速極整,剛爆悍脆,如雷炸冰裂一般,力之所至,土崩石裂。
三、橫肘技法
雙方相峙而立(圖9)。
當(dāng)對方前進(jìn)右腳一步接近我方的同時,右直拳直奔我方面門擊打而來時;我方迅速沉身成剪子股步,同時左手五指叉開朝剪劈壓對方右拳腕背外側(cè),將其攻勢化掉(圖10)。
緊隨右腳朝對方襠前上步,右臂反彈其右臂外側(cè),將敵方整條右臂朝上方彈得揚舉而起,并使其上體左偏(圖11)。
我方動作不停,迅速右旋身,兩腿交跌屈蹲的同時,右手橫肘擊向敵方右側(cè)脅肋(圖12)。
在敵方肋部被擊而骨折痛楚難當(dāng),尚未跌地之際,我方緊隨起身右橫肘,擊打在對方面部或咽喉部;將其徹底打跌(圖13)。
要點:橫肘的力量相當(dāng)大,而且也非常好使用,但得注意的是,使用橫肘時要左右連環(huán),聲東擊西,敵攻我上時,我則矮身低橫肘擊打,敵攻我下時,我用高橫肘擊之。
四、挑肘技法
雙方相峙而立(圖14)。
當(dāng)對方移步進(jìn)身接近我方的瞬間,猛地彈出右腿直撩向我方襠部而來;我方迅速后撤右腳一步成虎撲把式,雙掌猛地下劈其右腳背及踝關(guān)節(jié)頸部,頭、肩、膝成一直線,目視著敵方(圖15)。
在雙掌一劈之下,敵腿被擊落時,我方前滑步上身,右肘猛地朝敵方咽喉及下腭挑擊(圖16)。
在敵方被挑肘擊得仰身的同時,我方左挑肘緊隨發(fā)出,挑擊敵方胸心膻中部位,將其擊斃于地(圖17)。
要點:挑肘與沉肘是一對用法剛好相反的肘法,挑擊之力有如崩斷繩索,翻弓斷弦,橫開三簧鎖一般。在運用中,不論對方或立或屈身,我方均可擊之,同時可與橫肘配合使用。
五、地炮肘技法
雙方相峙而立(圖18)。
當(dāng)對方猛上右腳一大步接近我方的同時,左擺拳朝我方頭部擊打而來,氣勢猛烈使我方難以招架之際,我方迅速兩膝內(nèi)扣沉身下屈,兩臂相抱成貓洗臉或躲避開對方的左擺拳(圖19)。
在剛避過其拳的同時,我方上體右旋,右腳朝敵襠前退步,乘勢右肘猛的后拉提,猛擊向?qū)Ψ揭d部(圖20)。
右肘一擊中敵襠,迅即左旋體,左肘朝后拉擊向敵方胸腹部,使敵兩次受重?fù)舳▓D21)。
要點:地炮肘的隱避性相當(dāng)強,力量又大,一旦用上,可一肘就要敵命?!妒囟磯m技》中的“拉錨斷繩”即指此肘法,其曰:“虎歸窩,尾作頭;臂尖打,藝難求;拉錨斷,纜疾意;前后崩,神鬼愁”。對付身后偷襲之?dāng)常顬榍‘?dāng)不過了,雖向后擊打,須掌握好重心。
The five Elbow Hitting ways in Xinyi Liuhe Quan are made up of Twining Elbow Hitting, Elbow Cutting Down, Transverse Elbow Hitting, Pushing-up Elbow Hitting, and Hitting Back with the Elbow (the hitting back with the elbow is also called as Ground Shot). So, they’re called as Original Five Ways of Elbow Hitting.
Because elbow hitting is always cooperated with flexible feet moving in the actual fighting, they’re more flexible and fierce. The Twining Elbow Hitting is mainly used to strike the opponent’s ear parts or the temples. The Elbow Cutting Down is mainly used to hit the opponent’s back of the neck or collarbones. The Transverse Elbow Hitting mainly hits the opponent’s chest, face or ribbon parts; the Pushing-up Elbow Hitting is used to hit the opponent’s chin or chest; the Hitting Back with the Elbow mainly attacks the opponent’s crotch, belly or chest. In the actual fighting, the flexibility depends more on the practitioner. Following contents show us how to use them, just as references.
A: Twining Elbow Hitting
Stand facing the opponent .
If the opponent steps up the left foot and attack your chest or head with the left fist, you can quickly move the left foot forward, use the left palm to cut the opponent’s left elbow, cut the actupoint of Quchi .
Then, quickly turn the wrist outside to catch and press the opponent’s arm, at the same time of moving feet upward, turn the body left, twine the right arm and use the elbow to hit the opponent’s ear .
Before the opponent falling down, twine the left arm, turn the body right, use the elbow to hit the opponent’s ear or neck, try to beat him down .
Key points: When using the Twining Elbow Hitting, the practitioner should not be limited in the forms and postures. So long as the opponent attacks you with the foot or hand, you can block his attack and then, swiftly use the elbow to hit him. Your elbow attacking must be one by one continuously and powerfully. When attacking with the elbow, sometimes, the great momentum can pull a wall down; sometimes it is like a rooted tree. The explosion power is like the lightning and thunder.
B: Elbow Cutting Down
Facing the opponent to stand
The opponent steps up the right foot and straightly attacks your face with the left fist. You can move the left foot backward a step, push the right arm out to hit the outside part of his left forearm and then press it down to the right side, try to let his attack useless .
Then, you can move the left foot upward and wave the right hand down to catch and press the opponent’s left arm down, open the fingers on the left hand to hit the opponent’s face, try to force him lower his head to avoid your hand .
Just as the opponent lowers his head, you can raise the left elbow to cut the top of his head or the back fiercely, try to beat him down .
Key points: When using the elbow cutting, it often needs to rise up the fist and then cut it down fiercely. The speed must be high and the power must be great, just like a thunder happening or a big ice block breaking suddenly, as if they can smash the rocks.
C: Transverse Elbow Hitting
Facing the opponent to stand .
When the opponent moves up his right foot to near your body and straightly attacks your face with the right fist, you can quickly lower body and open the fingers on the left hand to cut and press the outside of the opponent’s right wrist, let his attack fail .
Then, move the right foot up to the front of the opponent’s crotch, raise up the right arm to block and bounce the outside of his right arm, try to bounce it up high and let his body move to the left side .
Continually, quickly turn your right, cross the legs and lower your body down, use the left elbow transversely to hit the right side of his ribs part .
Just as the opponent is heavily hurt and will fall down, you can raise up the body and use the right elbow to hit his face or throat transversely, try to defeat him completely .
Key points: The Transverse Elbow Hitting is more powerful and effective than the others, but practitioners should use the left and the right elbows to hit the opponent continuously. When the opponent attacks your upper body, you can use the elbow to hit his belly or legs; if the opponent attacks your belly or legs, you can his upper body. In the actual fighting, try to make a feint to the east and attack in the west.
D: Pushing-up Elbow Hitting
Facing the opponent to stand .
If the opponent fiercely kicks your crotch with the right foot at the moment of approaching your body, you can swiftly draw the right foot to the back, use two palms to cut his foot or ankle, try to keep your head, shoulder and knee on the same line. Glare at the opponent .
After cutting his foot, you can quickly move feet up, push the right elbow up to hit his throat or chin .
While he was pushed up and back his upper body, you should swiftly push the left elbow up to hit his chest, try to hit him down.
Key points: The Pushing-up Elbow Hitting is just opposite to the Elbow Cutting Down. The power of pushing up can break a rope or the string on a bow. In the actual fighting, whether the opponent stands or bends his body, the practitioner can hit him with the Pushing-up Elbow, which, meanwhile can be cooperated with the Transverse Elbow Hitting.
E: Hitting Back with the Elbow
Facing the opponent to stand .
If the opponent moves the right foot up a big step to approach your body and swings the right fist to attack your head, and if the power of his attack is too powerful to block, you can quickly bend knees and lower the body, close two arms to avoid his fist .
Then, you should turn the body right, move the right foot back to the front of his crotch, swiftly push and hook the right elbow backward to hit his crotch .
After that, turn your body left, push and hook the left elbow to hit his belly or chest. The opponent will fall down on the ground by the two powerful hits .
Key points: Because the Hitting Back with the Elbow is lurking and powerful, it can make the opponent die. In the article ‘secret skills of the cave’, it is called as ‘pulling out the anchor and breaking the rope’. It is said in the article that ‘It is like a tiger backing its cave then, turning its body round and hitting back heavily. Using elbow to hit is difficult to learn, but it can pull out the anchor and break the rope, even the God cannot defend them’. If some one attacks you from the back, the best way of protect yourself is using the Hitting Back with the Elbow. But when using it, you must keep your balance well.
