每天打開“掌上濟(jì)寧”客戶端“習(xí)語潤儒鄉(xiāng)·宣講云”專題,成了孔德雙的生活習(xí)慣。作為汶上縣中都街道基層宣講員,專題上的“主題宣講”“百姓宣講”“云上講堂”等特色專欄讓她受益匪淺,收獲良多。“平臺(tái)針對(duì)我們年輕人的閱讀習(xí)慣,把理論宣講放到網(wǎng)上、送上云端,實(shí)現(xiàn)觸屏可及,實(shí)在太方便了?!笨椎码p表示。
理論宣講工作走群眾路線,就是要堅(jiān)持黨的創(chuàng)新理論通俗化、具象化、生活化,從而被廣大群眾所理解、所接受、所運(yùn)用。今年以來,濟(jì)寧市理論宣講以“習(xí)語潤儒鄉(xiāng)”品牌為引領(lǐng),著力探索以“群眾”為中心的宣講思想,注重以“群眾感興趣的點(diǎn)”為宣講內(nèi)容,以“群眾聽得懂的話”為傳播語言,以“群眾方便的時(shí)間”為宣講時(shí)機(jī),以“群眾愛聚集的地方”為傳播陣地,讓理論宣講更“服”基層水土、更“合”群眾口味。
背上單肩包,提上保溫杯,穿上紅馬甲,今年已83歲高齡的“全國優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員”“全國基層理論宣講先進(jìn)個(gè)人”謝立亭又一次“輕裝上陣”,來到任城區(qū)阜橋街道牌坊街社區(qū)?!爸x老,您老人家今天說點(diǎn)啥?”看到謝老到來,社區(qū)群眾圍攏過來?!霸蹅兘裉煲粔K拉拉雷鋒,再重溫一下雷鋒的故事?!笨吹缴鐓^(qū)群眾,謝老立刻精神十足。雷鋒故事、雷鋒精神、雷鋒的當(dāng)代意義……兩個(gè)多小時(shí)下來,謝立亭與社區(qū)百姓圍攏而坐,侃侃而談,現(xiàn)場掌聲陣陣。宣講最后,謝老激情演唱自編的《要繼續(xù)好好向雷鋒同志學(xué)習(xí)之歌》,更是將氣氛推向高潮。
謝立亭是阜橋街道“謝立亭正能量宣傳黨小組”的成員,20多年來,謝老依靠群眾喜愛的三件宣講“法寶”:紅色名片、紅色小冊子、紅色歌曲,深入群眾,讓黨的理論飛入尋常百姓家。任城區(qū)傾心打造“習(xí)語潤儒鄉(xiāng)·理響聲遠(yuǎn)”宣講品牌,積極引導(dǎo)謝立亭這樣的“百姓宣講員”加入進(jìn)來,宣傳黨的理論,講好任城故事,打通理論宣講“最后一公里”。
近年來,濟(jì)寧市強(qiáng)力打造“習(xí)語潤儒鄉(xiāng)”宣講品牌,宣講影響力越來越大。在“習(xí)語潤儒鄉(xiāng)”宣講特色品牌統(tǒng)領(lǐng)下,濟(jì)寧在山東省率先實(shí)施“一縣一品”工程,成為全省首個(gè)基層宣講品牌各縣市區(qū)全覆蓋的地市。當(dāng)前,14個(gè)縣市區(qū)基層宣講品牌已實(shí)現(xiàn)全覆蓋,“一核引領(lǐng)、全域聯(lián)動(dòng)”的基層宣講品牌矩陣初步形成?!傲?xí)語潤儒鄉(xiāng)·杏壇新語”“習(xí)語潤儒鄉(xiāng)·鄒魯新聲”“習(xí)語潤儒鄉(xiāng)·兗講樂萬家”“習(xí)語潤儒鄉(xiāng)·緡情金聲”等基層理論宣講品牌,成為面向基層群眾的最前沿宣講陣地。
理論宣講既要“仰望星空”,又要“腳踏實(shí)地”?!拔覀兎e極推動(dòng)文農(nóng)旅深度融合,讓曾經(jīng)落后的小山村,實(shí)現(xiàn)了從‘靠山吃山到‘養(yǎng)山富民的轉(zhuǎn)變?!奔蜗榭h紙坊鎮(zhèn)志愿服務(wù)宣講員陳昭站在紫云山杏花樹下向游客和村民作宣講。
3月12日,在嘉祥縣“邂逅紫云·‘杏好有你”第五屆杏花節(jié)活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場,進(jìn)行了一場別開生面的“杏花樹下”黨的二十大精神宣講?!半y以想象,以前‘灰頭土臉的小村莊,現(xiàn)如今竟變成旅游景點(diǎn),看到這些變化,我們過好日子的信心更足了?!奔埛绘?zhèn)武翟山村的村民郭鳳姣說。
為了讓群眾聽得懂、愿意聽,陳昭以小切口入手,從身邊變化談到黨的惠民政策、從文旅推介談到文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、從非遺展演宣傳談到傳承優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化,用通俗易懂、直達(dá)人心的事例宣講闡釋好黨的創(chuàng)新理論政策,既“架天線”、有深度,又“接地氣”、有生氣。
近年來,濟(jì)寧市從群眾視角組建宣講隊(duì)伍,變一花獨(dú)放為春色滿園。全市統(tǒng)籌整合體制內(nèi)外資源,組建“習(xí)語潤儒鄉(xiāng)”宣講團(tuán),構(gòu)建起市縣鄉(xiāng)村四級(jí)宣講體系,成立21個(gè)市級(jí)層面宣講團(tuán)、172個(gè)縣級(jí)層面宣講團(tuán)、776支鎮(zhèn)級(jí)層面“百姓宣講志愿服務(wù)隊(duì)”,全市12800余人組成的“習(xí)語潤儒鄉(xiāng)”宣講團(tuán),以“五講六進(jìn)·百姓宣講”志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)為載體,實(shí)現(xiàn)部門、行業(yè)、領(lǐng)域宣講全覆蓋。
其中,任城“樹蔭下的紅馬扎”、微山“湖上黨旗紅”、汶上“老兵初心故事”等特色宣講隊(duì)伍逐步涌現(xiàn),充分發(fā)揮“小快靈”“精準(zhǔn)實(shí)”的特點(diǎn),活躍在基層一線。他們采用方言俗語、順口溜等“草根語言”,把理論唱出來、演出來、展出來、實(shí)踐出來,讓群眾能夠聽得懂、聽得進(jìn)、聽得真、用得上,有力推動(dòng)理論宣講走進(jìn)基層、貼近群眾。
湖波蕩漾,端鼓鏗鏘。春日的微山湖春意勃發(fā),生機(jī)盎然。
“一謝中國共產(chǎn)黨,百姓冷暖記心上。美麗村居號(hào)角響,齊魯樣板聚昭陽……”一曲鏗鏘有力的端鼓腔從遠(yuǎn)處傳來,驚起蘆葦叢中水鳥。幾聲長鳴,掠過湖面,飄向遠(yuǎn)方。
這里是微山縣昭陽湖,由漁民組成的“端鼓腔莊戶宣講團(tuán)”正在以國家級(jí)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)端鼓腔的形式宣傳黨的二十大精神,歌唱幸福漁鄉(xiāng)新生活,感謝黨的恩情。
微山縣堅(jiān)持從湖區(qū)實(shí)際出發(fā),針對(duì)人口流動(dòng)性大、居住分散的特點(diǎn),著力打造“湖上流動(dòng)宣講團(tuán)”。宣講團(tuán)乘船渡水深入碼頭、岸邊和漁民連家船里開展宣講,傳播黨的理論政策、回應(yīng)群眾關(guān)切,有力推動(dòng)了黨的創(chuàng)新理論在湖區(qū)持續(xù)走深走實(shí)、入腦入心。
濟(jì)寧市按群眾需求創(chuàng)新宣講陣地,變時(shí)空固定為隨時(shí)隨地,實(shí)現(xiàn)理論宣講無縫隙、全覆蓋。線下,梁山縣依托“紅色車間”開設(shè)“微宣講”,鄒城市把宣講搬入公交車廂,金鄉(xiāng)縣在群眾拉呱常聚地開展“小樹林劇場”,以“群眾聚集地”為陣地,百姓在哪里,宣講就到哪里;線上,濟(jì)寧市整合各級(jí)各類宣講資源,創(chuàng)新建設(shè)“習(xí)語潤儒鄉(xiāng)·宣講云”平臺(tái),將宣講移至云端,講在線上,著力推動(dòng)形成“重大主題帶動(dòng)、特色品牌打造、多元陣地培優(yōu)、網(wǎng)上網(wǎng)下成勢”的新時(shí)代理論宣講工作體系。
4月中旬,“習(xí)語潤儒鄉(xiāng)”系列主題動(dòng)漫宣講正式上線,兩名動(dòng)漫宣講人物孔小禮、荷小妹通過故事化、代入式的宣講,讓恢宏嚴(yán)肅的歷史化身為生動(dòng)有趣的動(dòng)漫,以你問我答的方式引導(dǎo)群眾去探究濟(jì)寧優(yōu)秀歷史文化故事。習(xí)語潤儒鄉(xiāng),黨的溫暖送心上,一場場充滿創(chuàng)新活力的思想洗禮正在孔孟之鄉(xiāng)徐徐展開,讓理論宣講聲音更響亮、故事更精彩、品牌更閃亮。

As a grassroots speaker of Zhongdu Sub-district, Wenshang County, she has benefited a lot from such feature columns as “Thematic Lecture”, “Lecture by the Masses”and “Cloud Lecture” on the topic.“Based on young peoples reading habit, the platform puts theoretical lectures online, and allows us to get relevant information at a touch of the screen. Thats so convenient,” said Kong Deshuang.
Since this year, guided by the theme “Xi Jinpings Remarks on Nourishing the Land of Confucianism”, Jinings theoretical lectures are focused on exploring the “people-centered” lecture thought, and enabling theoretical lectures to be further acclimatized to the grassroots environment, and satisfy the popular taste, with the masses“points of interest” as the lecture content, their “understandable words” as the communication language, their “convenient time” as the lecture time, and their “gathering places” as the places of communication.
Led by the characteristic lecture theme “Xi Jinpings Remarks on Nourishing the Land of Confucianism”, Jining has taken the lead in implementing the “One County with One Brand” project, and become Shandongs first prefecture-level city to achieve the full coverage of grassroots lecture brands in county-level admin- istrative areas. So far, 14 county-level grassroots lecture brands have achieved full coverage, and a grassroots lecture brand matrix characterized by “county-wide linkages led by one core” has taken initial shape. Such grassroots theoretical lecture brands as “Xi Jinpings Remarks on Nourishing the Land of Confucianism, New Remarks from Xingtan”, “Xi Jinpings Remarks on Nourishing the Land of Confucianism, New Voices from the Land of Zou and Lu”, “Xi Jinpings Remarks on Nourishing the Land of Confucianism, Yanzhou Lectures Bringing Happiness to Innumerable Families”, and “Xi Jinpings Remarks on Nourishing the Land of Confucianism, Passionate Voices” have become the forefront of lectures oriented to the masses at grassroots level.
