當(dāng)黃河流域生態(tài)保護(hù)和高質(zhì)量發(fā)展重大國家戰(zhàn)略、省會(huì)城市群一體化、“強(qiáng)省會(huì)”戰(zhàn)略所帶來的重要機(jī)遇為章丘高質(zhì)量發(fā)展持續(xù)賦能，被寄予厚望的四大產(chǎn)業(yè)集群正聚力成勢(shì)，呈現(xiàn)出一派欣欣向榮的繁華景象——

讓高端制造和新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)雙輪驅(qū)動(dòng)，章丘依托齊魯科創(chuàng)大走廊、智能智造走廊，推進(jìn)汽車、機(jī)械等重點(diǎn)行業(yè)核心技術(shù)自主化、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條現(xiàn)代化、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型數(shù)字化，在千億級(jí)基礎(chǔ)上加速躍升，構(gòu)筑龍頭昂起、群雄并起的生動(dòng)局面。

其中，高端制造產(chǎn)業(yè)方面，章丘聚焦“智造濟(jì)南”，加快江河綠色智能制造中心、伊萊特核電深海工程高端裝備、紅鷹飛機(jī)制造等重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)，發(fā)展壯大濟(jì)南（明水）汽車制造產(chǎn)業(yè)園，提升產(chǎn)業(yè)本地配套率，鞏固拓展高端裝備制造業(yè)千億產(chǎn)業(yè)集群優(yōu)勢(shì)。

新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)則依托圣泉、明泉、北京中材等龍頭企業(yè)，抓好圣泉酚醛高端復(fù)合材料及樹脂配套擴(kuò)產(chǎn)、明泉聚苯硫醚高分子材料、高性能聚酰亞胺材料、華氟高性能含氟新能源材料等重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)，推動(dòng)新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)向千億級(jí)邁進(jìn)。

拓展新醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)，章丘瞄準(zhǔn)生物制劑、高性能醫(yī)療器械等領(lǐng)域，依托華潤雙鶴利民、科興生物、博科生物等龍頭企業(yè)，推進(jìn)科興制藥生物谷擴(kuò)建等重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)，加快新醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)跨越發(fā)展。

Zhangqiu is committed to bolstering the new materials industry， which pushes forward the phenolic high-end composite materials and resin project and Polyphenylene sulfide polymer project of leading enterprises such as Shengquan， Mingquan and Beijing Sinoma， in order to build a new material industry cluster of 100 billion yuan level. With leading enterprises such as China Resources Double Crane， Sinovac Biotech， Boke Biological， etc.， Zhangqiu promotes the extension of Kexing pharmaceutical bio valley and other key projects， in order to accelerate leap-frog development of the new pharmaceutical industry.
