2022中國·濰坊高端人才交流對接會成果豐碩

9月8日下午，2022中國·濰坊高端人才交流對接會舉行，100余名海內(nèi)外專家人才、各界賓朋齊聚濰坊，碰撞智慧、洽談合作，共謀發(fā)展新未來。

中國工程院院士、山東省腫瘤醫(yī)院院長于金明，中國工程院院士、國家農(nóng)業(yè)信息化工程技術(shù)研究中心主任趙春江，中國科學(xué)院院士、大連理工大學(xué)化工學(xué)院院長彭孝軍，美國科學(xué)院院士、北京大學(xué)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)研究院院長鄧興旺；山東省委組織部副部長龔文東，省人社廳黨組成員、副廳長周春艷，省人才發(fā)展集團(tuán)黨委書記、董事長王衛(wèi)中；濰坊市委書記江敦濤，市領(lǐng)導(dǎo)楊升巖、呂珊珊、狄波出席會議。市委副書記、市長劉運(yùn)主持會議。

龔文東在致辭時表示，山東省委、省政府一直高度重視人才工作，持續(xù)抓好自主培養(yǎng)、招才引智、環(huán)境營造“三個環(huán)節(jié)”，以海納百川的胸懷廣聚天下英才。濰坊區(qū)位優(yōu)勢突出，產(chǎn)業(yè)特色鮮明，創(chuàng)新要素活躍，近年來濰坊市委、市政府創(chuàng)新實施產(chǎn)業(yè)人才集聚、高端平臺支撐、人才生態(tài)優(yōu)化三大行動，人才發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)量增質(zhì)提、活力迸發(fā)新局面，為全省人才工作創(chuàng)新發(fā)展做出重要貢獻(xiàn)。希望濰坊持續(xù)強(qiáng)化人才引育創(chuàng)新，積極融入全省“2+N”人才集聚雁陣格局，不斷提升區(qū)域人才競爭力；打造一批高能級平臺載體，為集聚高精尖人才、促進(jìn)成果轉(zhuǎn)化、孵化科技企業(yè)提供平臺支撐，推動產(chǎn)業(yè)不斷創(chuàng)新突破；堅持在服務(wù)人才、成就人才上下功夫，圍繞高端人才創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的全生命周期，持續(xù)優(yōu)化人才發(fā)展生態(tài)，讓人才心無旁騖創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)，推動產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展邁向新高度。新時代社會主義現(xiàn)代化強(qiáng)省建設(shè)需要人才、呼喚人才，也必將成就人才。希望各位專家進(jìn)一步關(guān)注山東、支持山東、選擇山東，為山東發(fā)展出謀劃策、貢獻(xiàn)才智。我們將加快建設(shè)全要素集聚、全鏈條支撐的創(chuàng)新生態(tài)圈和人才友好型城市，打造一流人才發(fā)展生態(tài)，讓廣大人才安心工作、順心發(fā)展、舒心生活，與山東攜手并進(jìn)共創(chuàng)美好明天。

江敦濤在致辭時說，濰坊自古就有尊賢重士、廣聚英才的傳統(tǒng)。多年來，濰坊始終把人才作為第一資源，堅持以高端平臺鏈接人才資源，以涵養(yǎng)生態(tài)延攬各類人才，以集聚人才增強(qiáng)發(fā)展活力，構(gòu)建頂尖人才、突出貢獻(xiàn)人才、青年人才梯次引育體系，實施鳶都產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)軍人才工程，推動人才事業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。我們的人才層次規(guī)模塑成優(yōu)勢，人才平臺載體升級擴(kuò)容，人才發(fā)展生態(tài)葳蕤蓬勃，人才賦能濰坊高質(zhì)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢更加突出。

會上，于金明、趙春江、王衛(wèi)中以及上海吉濤生物科技有限公司董事長劉天津分別致辭。會上還推介了濰坊市人才政策環(huán)境；發(fā)布了2022年全市“揭榜掛帥”科技人才項目；為濰坊市駐外人才工作站授牌；為濰坊市高層次人才服務(wù)聯(lián)盟、濰坊市人才與產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)投聯(lián)盟揭牌；11個重點(diǎn)人才合作項目進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場簽約。

2022 China Weifang High-end Talent Exchange and Matchmaking Conference was held on the afternoon of September 8， 2022. More than 100 experts and talents at home and abroad， as well as guests and friends from various industries， gathered in Weifang to share wisdom， negotiate cooperation and seek a future for common development.

Weifang will grow more brilliant for the gathering of talents while talents will become more outstanding for the development of Weifang， Jiang Duntao says. With its broad bosom， open-minded spirit， and high sincerity， we will respect， cherish and give full play to talents of various types， enabling them to realize their dreams， develop their career and live a happy life in Weifang. We will make great efforts to expand the paths of “attracting talents by developing industries”and stick to the path of developing industries through talents and attracting talents through industries. We will focus on building a network of “gathering talents with platforms” and strive to construct a space matrix by linking resources and gathering talents. We will try hard to amplify the effect of “nurturing talents through systems”and stimulate talents to give full play to and realize their potentials for the vigorous development of Weifang. We will strengthen the measures of “retaining talents with excellent eco-environments” and promote the atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship， making Weifang a desirable city suitable for both work and life.
