漫漫長河,星路璀璨。從八年前,“一帶一路”倡議的提出到如今一項(xiàng)項(xiàng)工程的落地,八年來,我們見證了中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊的順利推進(jìn)、見證了中老鐵路的艱辛修建、見證了疫情期間亞吉鐵路承擔(dān)起的民生保障……這八年來,我們更感受到了國與國、民與民之間互信、合作、包容的動人情感。
八年間,中國對“一帶一路”沿線國家直接投資額約為1360 億美元;
八年間,“一帶一路”沿線國家實(shí)際在華投資約600 億美元,在華設(shè)立企業(yè)約27000 家;
八年間,中國在“一帶一路”沿線國家承包工程新簽合同額超過9400 億美元,完成營業(yè)額近6400 億美元;
八年間,中歐班列呈現(xiàn)“井噴式”增長,開行數(shù)量破萬例,國內(nèi)貨源遍布境外21 個(gè)國家的92 個(gè)城市……
“一帶一路”已成為當(dāng)今世界范圍最廣、規(guī)模最大的國際合作平臺,中國與“一帶一路”合作伙伴貿(mào)易額累計(jì)超9.2 萬億美元。
八年的成績是一朵影響全球經(jīng)濟(jì)、貿(mào)易、文化的絢麗之花。從2013年提出“一帶一路”重大倡議,到2021年“一帶一路”繼續(xù)沿著高質(zhì)量發(fā)展方向不斷前進(jìn),這條路上早已是碩果累累,未來我們也必行進(jìn)得更加堅(jiān)實(shí)有力,行穩(wěn)致遠(yuǎn)!

It’s a long journey dotted with remarkable achievements. Eight years ago, the BRI was proposed; today,projects have been completed. During the period, we witnessed the smooth proceeding of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, arduous efforts devoted to the building of the China-Laos Railway, and the role of Addis Ababa-Djibouti Railway in ensuring people’s livelihood during the COVID-19 pandemic. We also felt mutual trust, cooperation, and inclusion between countries and people, which is touching, over the past eight years.
The eight years saw China directly invested roughly USD 136 billion in countries along the Belt and Road;
The eight years saw countries along the Belt and Road invested about USD60 billion and established about 27,000 companies in China;
The eight years saw China signed new construction contracts valued at more than USD940 billion along the Belt and Road and registered nearly USD 640 billion worth of revenue;
The eight years saw the China-Europe Railway Express mushroomed, with a total of exceeding 10,000 trips approaching 40,000km and goods from China traded in 92 cities in 21 countries...
The Belt and Road Initiative has become the most extensive and largest international cooperation platform in the world; trade between China and the Belt and Road Initiative partners has exceeded USD 9.2 trillion.
Fruits of the Belt and Road Initiative harvested over the past eight years have influenced the global economy, trade, and culture. Eight years ago, the Belt and Road Initiative was just a concept in 2013; in 2021, it is advancing on the path towards high-quality development. We have realized innumerable great achievements during the eight years, and will maintain sustainable growth!

從荒涼蒼茫到綠意盎然,位于剛果(金)盧阿拉巴省科盧韋齊市近郊西南側(cè)的礦區(qū)已成為“候鳥天堂”。
2021年初,剛果(金)同中方簽署共建“一帶一路”諒解備忘錄。作為“一帶一路”上的“綠色足跡”,礦區(qū)將助力中非合作沿著綠色方向發(fā)展。這座由中國紫金礦業(yè)集團(tuán)旗下穆索諾伊公司打造的礦區(qū)距居民區(qū)直線距離不到100 米。礦區(qū)建設(shè)與當(dāng)?shù)刈匀画h(huán)境和諧相融,實(shí)屬來之不易。
“綠色礦山”建設(shè)不僅在于綠樹成蔭、花鳥成群,更在于綠色開發(fā)與轉(zhuǎn)型。從2018年底開始,穆索諾伊公司開展冶煉尾氣治理行動,大幅降低尾氣污染指標(biāo),推動太陽能照明系統(tǒng)等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),探索和使用更多清潔能源。
From desolation to vibrancy, the mining area in the southwest of Kolwezi, Lualaba Province, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, has been turned into a paradise for migratory birds.
In early 2021, the country and China signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for cooperation on the Belt and Road Initiative. As the “green footprint” on the Belt and Road, the mining area will support China-Africa cooperation in creating a “green” future. The straight-line distance between the mine, built by La Compagnie Minière de Musonoie Global Société par Actions Simplifiée (COMMUS)under Zijin Mining, and the residential areas is less than 100m. Rarely, a mine can harmoniously coexist with the local natural environment.
Development of the “green mine” required not only tree and flower planting, but also green development and ecological transition. Since the end of 2018, COMMUS has been controlling the off-gas from smelting to significantly reduce the off-gas pollution parameter, promoting the construction of such infrastructure as solar lighting systems and exploring and using more clean energy.

Central African Republic:Join hands with China to fight against the COVID-19 pandemic
7月6日,中非共和國總統(tǒng)圖瓦德拉、總理東德拉赴中非首都班吉姆波科國際機(jī)場,迎接中國政府援助中非的新冠疫苗。
面對來勢洶洶的新冠肺炎疫情,中國與中非并肩作戰(zhàn),結(jié)成緊密的命運(yùn)共同體。中國政府此次向中非援助中國產(chǎn)新冠疫苗,再次體現(xiàn)了中國人民支持中非兄弟抗擊新冠肺炎疫情的深厚情誼。
中非衛(wèi)生部長索姆塞表示,中國不僅是首個(gè)向中非提供大量抗疫物資的友好國家,也是首個(gè)向中非援助新冠疫苗的友好國家?;茧y見真情,中國是中非真正的朋友。
On July 6, President of the Central African Republic (CAR) Faustin-Archange Touadéra and Prime Minister Henri-Marie Dondra went to the Bangui M’Poko International Airport to welcome the Chinese vaccine donation.
Facing the pandemic, China and the CAR are side by side in a joint fight, demonstrating a community with a shared future. The Chinese government’s donation of home-made vaccines to the CAR once again demonstrates the deep amity of the Chinese people in supporting their fight against the pandemic.
China is not only the first friendly country to provide a large amount of anti-epidemic supplies to the CAR, but also the first friendly country to donate COVID-19 vaccines to the CAR, said Pierre Somse,Minister of Health and Population of the CAR. A friend in need is a friend indeed. China is a true friend of the CAR.

6月10日,中國土木工程集團(tuán)有限公司(以下簡稱“中土集團(tuán)”)承建的尼日利亞拉伊鐵路在拉各斯舉行通車儀式。
尼日利亞總統(tǒng)布哈里在通車儀式上致辭說道,拉伊鐵路的開通是尼日利亞政府振興鐵路系統(tǒng)的又一個(gè)“里程碑”,對尼經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展意義重大。拉伊鐵路不僅便利民眾出行,也有助于提升港口與內(nèi)陸貨物運(yùn)輸效率,加快尼工業(yè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)活動提質(zhì)升級。
拉伊鐵路是中土集團(tuán)承建的尼日利亞鐵路現(xiàn)代化項(xiàng)目的第二標(biāo)段,連接尼日利亞經(jīng)濟(jì)中心拉各斯和西南部工業(yè)重鎮(zhèn)伊巴丹,干線全長約157 公里,支線長約7公里,采用現(xiàn)代化鐵路標(biāo)準(zhǔn),設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)速150 公里。中土集團(tuán)承建的尼鐵路現(xiàn)代化項(xiàng)目第一標(biāo)段——首都阿布賈至北部城市卡杜納的阿卡鐵路已于2016年7月正式運(yùn)營。
On June 10, the opening ceremony of Lagos-Ibadan Railway in Nigeria, contracted by China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC), was held in Lagos.
Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari said at the opening ceremony that the opening of the Lagos-Ibadan Railway marks another “milestone” in the Nigerian government’s effort to revitalize the railway system, which is of great significance to the economic development of the country. The railway will facilitate people’s travel, and help improve the efficiency of port and inland cargo transport, so as to accelerate the upgrading of industrial and economic activities in Nigeria.
Lagos-Ibadan Railway is the second bid section of the Nigerian Railway Modernization Project contracted by CCECC, connecting Lagos, Nigerian economic center, and Ibadan, a southwestern industrial base. The branch line is about 7km long, and the main line stretches about 157km with a design speed of 150km/h. It was built according to modern railway standards. Abuja-Kaduna Railway is the first bid section of the Nigerian Railway Modernization Project contracted by CCECC. The railway, connecting the capital Abuja, and Kaduna, a northern city of Nigeria, was put into service in July 2016.

斯瓦克大壩位于肯尼亞西南部,是肯尼亞在建的最大水利水電工程。負(fù)責(zé)承建的中國能建葛洲壩集團(tuán)克服新冠疫情帶來的巨大挑戰(zhàn),最終在2020年底如期實(shí)現(xiàn)導(dǎo)流隧道貫通。目前,項(xiàng)目履約進(jìn)度已完成合同工期的56%。
7月9日,肯尼亞總統(tǒng)肯雅塔視察了斯瓦克大壩項(xiàng)目,并對中方為全力推動項(xiàng)目履約付出的艱辛努力表示感謝。
斯瓦克大壩項(xiàng)目是肯尼亞實(shí)現(xiàn)2030年遠(yuǎn)景發(fā)展規(guī)劃和“四大發(fā)展目標(biāo)”的旗艦項(xiàng)目,也是肯尼亞當(dāng)前單體在建最大的集大壩、供水、灌溉、發(fā)電于一體的綜合水利樞紐項(xiàng)目,建成后將造福于當(dāng)?shù)匕傩?,為肯尼亞東南部地區(qū)的供水、供電、農(nóng)業(yè)灌溉帶來巨大收益。
Thwake Dam, located in the southwest of Kenya, is the largest water conservancy and hydropower project under construction in Kenya. The contractor China Gezhouba Group Corporation of China Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd. overcame the enormous challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and finally realized the holing-through of diversion tunnels as scheduled at the end of 2020. At present, 56% of the contract schedule has been completed.
On July 9, Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta paid an inspection visit to the Thwake Dam project and extended thanks to the Chinese side for its hard efforts in promoting the implementation of the project.
It is a flagship project to achieve the vision 2030 development plan and the “Big Four” major development goals in the country,and also Kenya’s largest standalone water conservancy project under-construction, which integrates a dam, water supply,irrigation and power generation. After, it will benefit the local people and significantly improve the supply of water and electricity and agricultural irrigation in the southeast Kenya.
