“穿戴”一家

一、put on表示“穿戴”的動作，其后接鞋、襪、衣帽等名詞作賓語;賓語若是代詞須放在put與on之間。如：

It’s very cold outside. You’d better put on your coat. 外面很冷，你最好穿上外衣。

The socks are here. Please put them on. 襪子在這兒，請穿上。

二、wear常作及物動詞，表示“穿著”的狀態(tài)，用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)表示經(jīng)常性狀態(tài)，用現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)表示暫時(shí)性狀態(tài)。另外wear還可表示“穿、戴”動作的延續(xù)。如：

Lucy often wears a red coat. 露絲經(jīng)常穿著一件紅外衣。

Miss Qin is wearing a beautiful dress today. 今天秦小姐穿著一件漂亮的衣服。

She has worn this pair of glasses for eight years. 這副眼鏡她已經(jīng)戴了8年。

三、have on著重強(qiáng)調(diào)“穿著、戴著”的狀態(tài)，相當(dāng)于wear。但have on不能用于現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)。如：

Mr. Wang often has his jacket on. 王老師經(jīng)常穿著他的夾克衫。

四、try on表示“試穿”，指試的動作，但若賓語是代詞時(shí)，應(yīng)將其放在try與on之間。如：

These shoes are very nice. Can I try them on？ 這些鞋子很漂亮，我可以試穿嗎？

五、dress既可表示狀態(tài)，又可表示動作;可作名詞，又可作動詞。

1. 表示穿衣這個(gè)動作，作及物動詞時(shí)，賓語只能是人，其后常接反身代詞。如：

The girl is so young that she can’t dress herself. 這個(gè)女孩太小以至于不能自己穿衣服。

2. dress up指穿著講究，有盛裝打扮的意思。如：

As a middle school student， don’t dress up. 作為一名中學(xué)生，不準(zhǔn)化妝。

Jim dressed up in a black hat. 吉姆戴著一頂黑色的帽子來打扮自己。

3. be dressed in表示穿著的狀態(tài)，后接衣物之類的詞。如：

She was dressed in a new skirt last week. 上周她穿了一件新裙子。

六、in是介詞，表示狀態(tài)，意為“穿著”，其后常接表示顏色的形容詞，在句中常作定語、表語、狀語等。如：

My father is in black today. 我的爸爸今天穿著黑色衣服。

The boy in a hat is my elder brother. 戴著帽子的男孩是我的哥哥。
