生活中該如何正確地使用英語打電話呢？不擅長英語口語的人接到英語電話時，千萬不要手足無措。如果不會復(fù)雜的英文句式，試著記住以下幾個簡單又實(shí)用的表達(dá)，能讓你輕松應(yīng)對英語電話。

情景對話

A： Hello， this is Jeffrey Black from Hisco Technology Company. Can I speak to Alexander Walker？

B： Alexander Walker？ Im sorry. Im afraid youve got the wrong number. Theres nobody here by this name.

A： Sorry， Ive dialed（撥號） the wrong number.

Dial again...

C： Good morning， Thomson Company. How may I help you？

A： Good morning， is Alexander Walker in？

C： Excuse me， who is this？

A： This is Jeffrey Black speaking. Can I speak to Alexander Walker？

C： Hold the line， please. Ill get him to the phone.

C： Sorry， hes not available（有空的） right now. He is attending a meeting. Would you like to leave a message？

A： OK.

C： Hold on for just a second so I can grab（抓住） a pen and paper. OK， go ahead， please.

A： Will you please tell him to call me at 736897... when he is available？

C： Sorry， I have poor telephone reception here. Can you slow down and repeat it again？

A： Sure， please tell him that Jeffrey from Hisco Technology Company has called， and please let him call back at 736897666 when he finishes meeting.

C： 736897666. OK， I will pass the message on to him.

A： Thank you very much.

C： You are welcome！

A：您好， 我是海思科科技公司的杰弗里·布萊克。能請亞歷山大·沃克接電話嗎？

B：亞歷山大·沃克？對不起，恐怕您打錯電話了，這里沒有叫這個名字的人。

Tips

1. 詢問致電人信息

·Who is speaking/ calling？ 誰在說話？

·Excuse me， who is this？ 不好意思，請問您是？

·May I have your name？ 請問您的名字是什么？

2. 介紹自己

·This is Jeffrey Black/ This is Jeffrey Black speaking. 我是杰弗里·布萊克。

·Hello， Jeffrey speaking. 您好，我是杰弗里。

3. 信號不好/串線

·I have bad/ poor cellphone reception. 我的手機(jī)信號不好。

·We have a bad connection/ a bad line. 電話線路好像有問題。

·The lines are crossed. 串線了。

4. 通話聲音太小/對方說話太快

·Could you speak up， please？/ Would you please speak a little louder？ 您能大點(diǎn)聲嗎？

·Would you slow down， please？/ Could you please speak a little slowly？ 您能說慢點(diǎn)嗎？
