（一）美句速記

1. be supposed to do 理應(yīng)……

We are supposed to learn English well because having a good command of English means more opportunities in the future. 我們理應(yīng)學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，因?yàn)榫ㄓ⒄Z(yǔ)意味著在將來(lái)有更多的機(jī)會(huì)。

2. 疑問(wèn)詞+不定式

There are several tips on how to learn English well. Firstly， you should spare no effort to read interesting English news， which can help you increase your interest in English. 這有幾條學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的建議：首先，你應(yīng)當(dāng)不遺余力地閱讀有趣的英語(yǔ)新聞，這有助于提高你對(duì)英語(yǔ)的興趣。

3. It is/was...that/who... 正是……（強(qiáng)調(diào)句）

It's because of my effort in class that I managed to get the first place in the English Contest held recently in our school. 正是由于我在課堂上的努力，我才在學(xué)校最近舉辦的英語(yǔ)競(jìng)賽中獲得了第一名。

4. be + of + （adj.） + n.

It is universally acknowledged that learning English well is be of great benefit to us all. 眾所周知，學(xué)好英語(yǔ)對(duì)我們大家都有益處。

5. when it comes to... 當(dāng)談到/涉及……時(shí)

When it comes to improving your Chinese， my suggestion is that you should listen to Chinese every day and practise speaking it whenever possible. 談到提高漢語(yǔ)，我建議你應(yīng)該每天聽(tīng)漢語(yǔ)，并盡可能地練習(xí)說(shuō)漢語(yǔ)。
