文化育人視域下高職院校圖書館文化傳承與創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐

摘??要：高校圖書館作為教育領(lǐng)域的先鋒，在文化育人的方針和任務(wù)下，肩負(fù)起提高辦學(xué)質(zhì)量和文化傳承與創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐的的重任，迫切需要創(chuàng)新載體和途徑。本文結(jié)合咸陽職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院“高校圖書館+書院”模式為高校文化育人提供了文化傳承和創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐，依托儀祉書院建設(shè)實(shí)際，詳析儀祉書院建設(shè)優(yōu)勢與特點(diǎn)，進(jìn)而分析儀祉書院主要面臨的問題與挑戰(zhàn)，并對此提出思考建議。

Abstract：?As?a?pioneer?in?the?field?of?education，?university?libraries，?under?the?policy?and?task?of?cultural?education，?shoulder?the?important?task?of?improving?the?quality?of?running?schools，?cultural?inheritance?and?innovative?practice，?and?urgently?need?innovative?carriers?and?approaches.?This?paper?combines?the?"university?library?+?academy"?mode?of?xianyang?vocational?and?technical?college?to?provide?cultural?inheritance?and?innovative?practice?for?university?cultural?education.?Based?on?the?construction?practice?of?the?academy，?this?paper?analyzes?the?advantages?and?characteristics?of?the?construction?of?the?academy，?and?then?analyzes?the?main?problems?and?challenges?faced?by?the?academy，?and?puts?forward?some?suggestions.

黨的十九大高度重視文化自信，多次強(qiáng)調(diào)文化的重要價(jià)值，為高校的文化育人指明了方向。教育部黨組印發(fā)《高校思想政治工作質(zhì)量提升工程實(shí)施綱要》，明確提出“文化育人”的基本任務(wù)是要“注重以文化人以文育人”。在新的時(shí)代，黨和國家對高校工作提出了更高的要求，高校圖書館作為教育領(lǐng)域的先鋒，自當(dāng)積極踐行文化育人的方針和任務(wù)下，肩負(fù)起提高辦學(xué)質(zhì)量和文化傳承與創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐的的重任，高校圖書館迫切需要創(chuàng)新載體和途徑。

2019年12月，依據(jù)《教育部、財(cái)政部關(guān)于公布中國特色高水平高職學(xué)校和專業(yè)建設(shè)計(jì)劃建設(shè)單位名單的通知》（教職成函〔2019〕14號），我校學(xué)前教育專業(yè)群入選國家高水平專業(yè)群建設(shè)單位C檔。
