在農(nóng)歷新春佳節(jié)到來之際，國(guó)務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)2月2日下午在人民大會(huì)堂親切會(huì)見在華工作的外國(guó)專家代表并同他們座談交流。

李克強(qiáng)首先向在華外國(guó)專家和所有支持中國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)事業(yè)的國(guó)際友人致以節(jié)日問候和良好祝愿。他表示，中國(guó)改革開放以來，一批批外國(guó)專家來華工作，為中國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)智慧和力量，中國(guó)人民感懷于心。邀請(qǐng)外國(guó)專家對(duì)中國(guó)政府工作提出意見和建議，有利于促進(jìn)科學(xué)民主決策，也是更好順應(yīng)國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際發(fā)展大勢(shì)。

來自美國(guó)、意大利、新加坡、尼泊爾、英國(guó)、法國(guó)的專家就中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融、基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)研究、新冠肺炎疫情防控、教育、科技創(chuàng)新、環(huán)境保護(hù)等提出了意見和建議。

在聽取專家發(fā)言后，李克強(qiáng)表示，剛剛過去的一年，新冠肺炎疫情給包括中國(guó)在內(nèi)的世界各國(guó)帶來嚴(yán)重沖擊。在以習(xí)近平同志為核心的中共中央堅(jiān)強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，經(jīng)過全國(guó)人民共同努力，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)取得了來之不易的成績(jī)，全年實(shí)現(xiàn)了正增長(zhǎng)，外國(guó)專家為此也作出了積極貢獻(xiàn)。我們根據(jù)疫情沖擊特點(diǎn)，主要圍繞市場(chǎng)主體的發(fā)展和基本民生的需求，精準(zhǔn)有效制定和實(shí)施宏觀政策，既及時(shí)果斷又不搞“大水漫灌”，使經(jīng)濟(jì)得以較快恢復(fù)和發(fā)展，主要靠的是市場(chǎng)力量和市場(chǎng)主體活力，這也使得中國(guó)以合理政策代價(jià)取得較好的實(shí)際成效。

李克強(qiáng)指出，面對(duì)依然復(fù)雜嚴(yán)峻的內(nèi)外形勢(shì)和諸多困難挑戰(zhàn)，我們將繼續(xù)統(tǒng)籌疫情防控和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展，保持宏觀政策的連續(xù)性、穩(wěn)定性、可持續(xù)性，推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行保持在合理區(qū)間，使中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的基本盤更加穩(wěn)固，保持中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)長(zhǎng)期向好的局面。

李克強(qiáng)強(qiáng)調(diào)，中國(guó)作為最大的發(fā)展中國(guó)家，市場(chǎng)潛力巨大，實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化還有很長(zhǎng)的路要走。我們將以改革開放為動(dòng)力，處理好市場(chǎng)與政府的關(guān)系，努力構(gòu)建新發(fā)展格局。中國(guó)政府將更大力度推進(jìn)對(duì)外開放，學(xué)習(xí)一切值得學(xué)習(xí)的先進(jìn)科學(xué)理念和研究方法。歡迎更多外國(guó)專家踴躍來華工作，中國(guó)政府將不斷完善吸引外國(guó)人才的制度體系，為外國(guó)專家在華工作生活提供更多便利。

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on February 2nd, 2021 met with and held a symposium at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing with foreign expert representatives working in China, before the Spring Festival, or the Chinese Lunar New Year.

Li extended festive greetings and good wishes to foreign experts in China and all those international friends who support China’s modernization construction.

At the symposium, experts from the United States, Italy, Singapore, Nepal, Britain, and France shared their advice and suggestions on topics such as China’s economy and finance, basic scientific research, COVID-19 prevention and control, education, scientific and technological innovation, and environmental protection.

China’s economy made hard-won achievements and posted positive growth in 2020 despite the shocks brought by the COVID-19, Li said, adding that foreign experts also made active contributions.

China’s economic recovery was attributable to its targeted and effective macro-policies. Market-entity vitality also drove the rallying, Li said.

Noting that China still faces complicated and grim situations at home and abroad, and multiple challenges, Li said the country would keep its macro-policies consistent, stable, and sustainable and ensure that its economy runs within a reasonable range.

As the largest developing country in the world, China has massive market potential and a long way to go for modernization, the premier said.

He stressed that China would handle the relationship between the government and the market through reform and opening-up while forging a new development paradigm.

China will further open up to the outside world and absorb all the advanced scientific ideas and research methods that are worth learning, Li said, adding that more foreign experts are welcome to work in the country.(Source: Xinhua)
