[摘要] 目的 對目標管理應(yīng)用于頭頸外科的護理安全管理中的效果進行分析。方法 選取于2017年1月—2019年1月在該院頭頸外科護理工作人員26名作為研究對象,比較實施目標管理前后的護理質(zhì)量,同時隨機選取同時期60例患者進行護理滿意度調(diào)查,比較實施目標管理前后患者護理滿意度情況。結(jié)果 實施后患者護理滿意度96.67%明顯高于實施前85.00%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05),實施后護理質(zhì)量操作技術(shù)評分(95.08±4.03)分、護理服務(wù)(94.18±4.07)分、業(yè)務(wù)能力(94.48±4.07)分、護理文書(93.24±4.27)分、基礎(chǔ)護理評分(93.59±4.14)分明顯高于實施前,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 目標管理應(yīng)用于頭頸外科護理安全管理工作中的效果顯著,不僅可以提高護理人員的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,還可以促進護理人員工作積極性和主動性,提升患者對于護理服務(wù)的滿意度,具有應(yīng)用推廣的價值。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of target management in the nursing safety management of head and neck surgery. Methods A total of 26 nursing staff in the head and neck surgery of the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects to compare the quality of care before and after the implementation of target management. At the same time, 60 patients in the same period were randomly selected for nursing satisfaction survey. Compare patient care satisfaction before and after the implementation of target management. Results After the implementation, the patient's satisfaction with nursing care was 96.67% significantly higher than 85.00% before the implementation, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the implementation, the nursing quality operation technology score (95.08±4.03)points, nursing service (94.18±4.07)points, and business ability (94.48±4.07)points, nursing documents (93.24±4.27)points, and basic nursing scores (93.59±4.14)points were significantly higher than those before the implementation, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of objective management in the nursing safety management of head and neck surgery has a significant effect. It can not only improve the service quality of nursing staff, but also promote the enthusiasm and initiative of nursing staff, and improve patients' satisfaction with nursing service. It has application and promotion value.

頭頸外科屬于耳鼻喉科衍生學(xué)科的一種,是為了頭頸部和耳鼻喉之間惡性腫瘤的診斷和治療的需求而建立的。當(dāng)患者出現(xiàn)嚴重的疼痛感,且持續(xù)加強時才會來醫(yī)院進行就診,往往此時病情已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)一定程度惡化,可能需要采取手術(shù)[1]。在護理管理體系中將護理服務(wù)分為護理安全、護理服務(wù)、特級護理等幾個方面,其中護理安全對于護理人員的服務(wù)質(zhì)量要求更高,也是體現(xiàn)護理服務(wù)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵,護理安全是指患者經(jīng)過護理后未出現(xiàn)風(fēng)險事件[2]。伴隨臨床醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展、公眾健康知識水平不斷提升,自我保護意識、維權(quán)意識不斷增加,導(dǎo)致護理工作的風(fēng)險及難度不斷上升,開展有效護理安全管理措施對于控制護理風(fēng)險事件的發(fā)生,維護醫(yī)院整體醫(yī)療形象、保證醫(yī)療安全具有重要意義。目標管理是通過為患者的護理服務(wù)工作訂立一個目標,由護理人員通過護理實現(xiàn)該目標,從而提升護理人員的服務(wù)質(zhì)量[3]。該文選取于2017年1月—2019年1月在該院頭頸外科進行治療的患者60例,分析研究目標管理應(yīng)用于頭頸外科護理安全管理中的應(yīng)用效果,現(xiàn)報道如下。
